Flora Garden Beach Side

Room was spacious but needed updating and there was a strong smell of damp. Our swim up room was not like the others which all had stairs into the pool, ours had metal steps that were loose and our balcony was covered in foliage which took away most of our sea view. We asked if we could swap rooms and told we could tomorrow, but when we asked again were told we couldn’t, which was disappointing as we were lied to. We did not sleep well on any of the 7 nights as staff were bringing room service to nearby rooms and banging on the doors in the middle of the night. Staff on the pool bar were often really inappropriate and rude, talking about us in Turkish and then commenting on our appearances. The bar near our beach section was closed and so we had to walk a long way to get drinks. The bread that was made on the beach was fantastic but we won’t be returning.

The guest relations team were fantastic. Specifically Sena & Sibel. They helped us book all of our reservations and could not have been more helpful and polite. They gave us all of the information we needed and talked us through each menu in details. I would highly recommend staying here, they made our holiday amazing and stress free.
