Devastating experience
The advertisement of this hotel feels false, and I was left feeling heartbroken and that I had wasted my money. This hotel was very run down, and the photographs advertised seem outdated. There was always flies landing on the food in the all inclusive and the plates were always dirty. The steak restaurant was atrocious! I left this hotel loosing weight and extremely upset. Other guests at the hotel during my stay felt exactly the same as me and my husband!
NOT 5* IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I went with my boyfriend for 10 nights and it was the first holiday I was looking forward to coming home! The food unless you’re a local or German you will struggle. The staff was far from attentive and moaned if you asked for them to do their job such as bring you toilet roll, make you a poached egg or a cocktail but If it’s not on the menu god forbid they would be willing to make it! Their cocktails don’t quite know where they get the recipes from but they’re not made as they should and to say you pay for all inclusive they give you snide alcohol anything branded you have to pay for!! The hotel is really nice the beach is pebbly sadly but you are at minimum 20 minutes from the next town but no one makes it clear how to get there and what is nice to visit! There are lots of cats which seem to be well cared for and are approachable I’d say that’s the highlight of holiday which is disappointing for what we paid! On an evening there is no vibe you have a lovely beach bar but as soon as 7pm hits the music is turned off even if in the middle of a song and all lights and drinks are terminated. So 7-9 other than the piano bar there is no where to go and no music playing surely this isn’t normal???? Bars open at 9pm but they have an attitude when you order and because people know it opens at 9pm you have ques which seems so backwards. You’ll have entertainment in one bar at 9:30 but that’s it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning to Turkey I hope others do their thorough research and read the reviews so they don’t waste their money!

Lovely hotel with great views
This is a great all inclusive adults only resort, in my opinion the bad reviews you may see here are picky… there are small things that could be improved but overall it was great.
We spent all of our time by the relax pool, and had lunch everyday at the snack restaurant opposite the boho bar. The toilets by the beach and boho bar were kept in immaculate condition, and it felt modern and clean in these areas. The zen garden and grounds around the resort were well maintained and it had a peaceful feel. Around both pools, people did reserve sunbeds early, and on a couple of days we saw towels on sunbeds that weren’t occupied for most of the day, which was a shame and feel like this could be monitored better. A few of the sunbeds around the pool were broken and uncomfortable, and some slightly dirty underneath.
The food was good at the main buffet for breakfast and dinner, and the restaurant has a great view outside over the sea. The coffee shop had a good drinks selection and we enjoyed the evening entertainment. We also had a Turkish bath and 30 min massage at the spa which was great and well worth the money. Overall we would definitely come back here and loved our stay!
Relax as soon as you arrive
Excellent room overlooking the pool and sea. Two pools to choose from, both with a different vibe. The atmosphere is very friendly and we started relaxing as soon as we arrived. Manavgat is a short bus ride away for the markets and shops. A thank you to Sena in guest services for her help with currency information, travel arrangements and booking the resteraunt. Will recommend to friends back home looking for a stress free holiday
