Orange County Kemer Resort Hotel

I am writing this review with disappointment. Compared to my experiences in previous years, I believe Orange County Kemer Resort has lost a significant amount of its former quality.

First of all, the food quality has noticeably declined. Items that were once among the highlights of the hotel, such as meat-topped pizza, Turkish flatbread, and other specialties, are no longer at the same standard. Finding high-quality grilled meat options is almost impossible. The grill section mainly offers meatballs and Adana kebab. Even getting watermelon often requires waiting in line, and basic fruits such as bananas seem to be treated as premium items.

Another major issue is overcrowding. The hotel appears to be operating beyond a comfortable capacity. Finding a place by the pool, on the beach, or even in the main restaurant can be very difficult. Unless you arrive early, securing a sunbed or a table is a challenge. Instead of relaxing, guests often spend time looking for available seating.

Compared to previous years, the availability of drinks around the beach area has also been reduced considerably.

The hotel has introduced an excessive number of VIP areas. Parts of the pool area are reserved for VIP guests, and the nightclub heavily promotes VIP tables and sections. This creates the impression that regular guests are treated as less important.

The gym is also below expectations. Some equipment is outdated, certain machines are not functioning properly, and there is no fitness instructor or staff member available to assist guests.

I also had negative experiences at some of the venues affiliated with the hotel. Guests who do not consume alcohol do not always seem to receive the same level of attention. In addition, I noticed significant differences between menu prices and the amounts ultimately charged for some items.

While some employees remain friendly and helpful, the overall level of service and hospitality is not as warm and guest-oriented as it was in previous years.

In conclusion, Orange County Kemer is no longer the exceptional resort it once was. I would recommend that potential guests adjust their expectations accordingly. For me, this stay was disappointing compared to previous visits.

I do not recommend this hotel, the staff does not behave with respect, if there is a problem, they do not seek to solve the problem,They prefer to blame the guests for everything. For example, I got confirmation from the hotel reception twice for an issue but later they didn't keep their word, I even insisted to check the cameras to prove my point but they refused and accused me of lying, I had a very bad experience in this hotel and I suggest you choose other hotels in this price range
