The staff is very rude, only the receptionist is good, the bar staff is very rude, the food is very bad, far from the beach, we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and I only had breakfast once. For this reason, I do not recommend it to anyone. I will never go again

Excellent hotel!!
We went as a young couple for a 4-day vacation and stayed at the Mr. Crane hotel. It was a lovely atmosphere from the bottom with pleasant staff who are always only willing to help. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but it has exactly what you need, from food most of the day to free alcohol from morning until night. We are sure we will be back there soon

This hotel is NOT a family friendly hotel. The music was very loud until 00.00 in the midnight. Many of the guests complain about it but the hotel didn't care. However they have not cleaned our rooms for 5 days and there was not even toilet paper in the room. Every time we complain about the staff was disrespectful which is my general perception of the staff. One of my worst ever experience of a hotel and I have travel a lot.

Stayed two nights here, but it's difficult to imagine how they are a 4-star hotel. I don't even know where to begin but the most annoying part for us was the loud music coming from the "bar" of the hotel. Even though our doors and windows were shut, the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep. All the hotel could say was "the music continues till midnight and there's not anything we can do about that". If you are planning to have a relaxing night, just forget about it, you won't get it here. I have seen here some comments that give five stars to this hotel, praising its food! Our experience was not even mediocre, there are very few types of dishes, what is available tastes bad and they don't even have enough cutlery for 50 people. When we asked for knives, they said we needed to wait as they were washing the ones from the previous guests. It sounds like a joke but it is not. If you want to take a warm shower after 9pm, forget about that as well. They will run out of hot water by then and you will need to wait "a few hours" to get back hot water. And this is 2023! Last but not least, the mattresses in our room were so old, you could feel each spring in it and you needed to search for spots where they didn't disturb you in your sleeping position. It is difficult to believe other high-praising comments are genuine after our experience. Definitely not recommend, avoid at all costs.
