This hotel is located in the resort of Kemer, just a 5-minute walk from the sea. The air-conditioned establishment comprises a total of 228 rooms and welcomes guests into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom, lift access, a children's playground and kids' club, games room, bar, disco, restaurant, conference facilities and a car park. The rooms each have an en suite bathroom, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, a telephone, TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer and a minibar. The bathrooms feature a cosmetic mirror, bathtub, shower and WC, and the suite rooms include a shower cabin and double washbasin. Guests may also like to spend time relaxing on the private balcony or terrace (Some of the rooms have a French balcony).
Fair 4*, but of course, far from 5*. My family and I spent 9 days in this hotel. Overall impression is quite positive. Turkish hotels fully rely on tips so make sure you tip and then you get greater experience- better room, better cleaning etc. My family left some tip to get a better room, we got 435 pool view with a balcony. The room itself was fine, but when you look closer, you realize that “ugm yeah this is not 5* for sure*. In some places near the entrance, the laminate was swollen.. the bathroom wasn’t so clean. but I suppose in high season they don't have time to clean the taps, bathtub, etc. they provide shampoo, shower gel and slim soap. For your reference, in real 5* you also get - toothbrush, toothpaste, blades, floss at least. I was not on a vacation but worked remotely so had to spend a lot of time in the room.. near the socket.. and in 5* hotel you’d expect a socket by each bedside, in reality, in this hotel, there was ONE socket by one side of the bed which only worked when the bed lights was on. So during the day, I had to turn on that particular lamp to get some electricity in the socket.. very old fashioned I’d say…. In the hall there are not so many sockets too.. but I guess no one needs them besides me. But convenient sockets in the room are necessities. The food was great, I was able to find smth to eat each time. There were many desserts too, but most of them tasted the same. We also had some fruits: melon, watermelon, apples, peaches, grapes, plums. Maybe due to the season (October) most of fruits were not so sweet. The biggest disappointment was Ala card fish restaurant. If you stay for more than 7 days, you have one free visit, otherwise 10$ per person. Firstly you need to book a place immediately after you arrive to get the date you want. But when you get there.. you get all the same as in casual dinner one floor above. They serve that particular kind of fish which has bit bitter taste and loads of fat.. the appetisers.. simply bad.. those baked shrimps.. they add the spice they add into meat and it tastes like regular meat from lunch. (It’s good for meat but kills the fish taste) we were so disappointed that evening and just went up to a standard dinner. The sea experience was very positive for my parents, they liked the clean water, no waves and convenient enter. For those who like active sports, there are sup, bananas , parachute etc. also each 30 minutes there is a transfer from the hotel to the sea. 2 minutes and you are there or 6 minutes of walking, so for me getting to the sea was not an issue, quite close. Animation was simply bad.. but you go and decide yourself maybe you’ll like it. Also my dad had birthday during the stay, it was mentioned in our vaucher, but there were 0 compliments from the hotel. But during the evening animation I heard some kids were celebrating their birthday, so maybe it’s relevant for kids only. The stuff was nice, we lost a phone and a hoodie and were able to find it on reception. Kemer itself is quite small, but cozy, so you can have a lovely walk in the center. Also there are many people offering different excursions, so if you need, you can sign yourself for a little trip for 25-35$ a person. I would recommend this hotel to those who don’t care about little details, overall it was good, good stuff and the sea, so you can get some proper relax. I would not recommend it to young people who experienced real 5*.
Junior and his entertainment team were absolutely fantastic! Every night there was something different and exciting to enjoy, which made our stay even more memorable. From the incredible fire shows to the fun karaoke nights, every evening gave us something to look forward to.
The entertainment alone made the trip worth it! The atmosphere was always lively, fun, and welcoming for everyone.
The hotel food was also superb, with so many varieties to choose from every day. There was always something delicious for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to come back again!
It was such a nice experience. We went by the end of May, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent food, peaceful location, cleanliness and installations. Great environment for both a relaxing holiday with family or a friends trip. Special thanks to Mr. Volkan, coordinator from the aquapark and beach facilities: his professional skills, kind attention and outstanding smile gained our heart!! Definelty will come back in the future
I don't recommend to any one from UK come to this hotel is rated as 5 stars but no where near 5 starts the room is tired and dated the entertainment dreadful and repetitive and monotonous. The drinks alcohol and non alcoholic poor and tasteless the food was average the gym very tired. Plenty of hazards everywhere the spa and massage was alright 70 euro for two people for 45 minutes Turkish hammam and massage. The shuttle bus running every half hour and no Aircon in it. The food by aqua park is poor. The room a bit rusty and the furniture shipped and there is no proper wardrobe in the room for disabled people the swimming pool full of hazards kids jumping from high places the water volley ball very dangerous as the ball hits the sunbeds and drinks and some people even. Am not coming back never ever. This my first time in turkey and I think will be the last .
I have stayed at many Ultra All Inclusive (UALL) hotels in different cities across Turkey, and this was by far the most disappointing experience.
All the other UALL hotels I have visited offered multiple restaurants with excellent food, a wide variety of meals throughout the day and night, diverse breakfast options that changed daily, enjoyable entertainment programs, and most importantly, they were true resorts with the beach directly next to the hotel.
Although Meder Resort is advertised as an Ultra All Inclusive hotel, I did not experience any of the features that are normally expected from a UALL resort. There was only one restaurant, and the food was repetitive and of poor quality. There were only about five main dishes at each meal, and they were almost the same every day. The breakfast was very disappointing. After 9:00 p.m., there was nothing available to eat.
The beach is not next to the hotel. Guests have to wait for a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes or walk to reach the beach. The hotel has only one small swimming pool, which quickly becomes overcrowded. Compared with other hotels, the entertainment program was also very limited and unimpressive.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. I had to repeatedly ask for towels, tissues, and bottled water; otherwise, they were not replenished.
There was a young boy working at the hotel who helped guests with their luggage and room check-in/check-out. He was exceptionally polite, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, most of the other staff members were cold and unfriendly.
Our room was located behind the hotel's water pump, and we constantly heard the loud noise of the motor. The air conditioning in both the lobby and the guest rooms was very poor. During the day, the room never became properly cool. The restaurant was also extremely hot due to inadequate ventilation. We were sweating while eating, and our clothes smelled like food afterward.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its beautiful location and the surrounding natural scenery.
I would definitely not choose this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine Ultra All Inclusive resort experience.
