I can’t express just how delightful our stay really was! From start to finish we were made to feel welcomed and nothing was ever too much trouble! My son had travel sickness, and I thought he ruined his outfit! I asked reception if they could clean this to wich they did! And to my surprise the same day it was washed dryed and ironed looked like I’d just took the tags off it again and placed on our bed! This was so cheap also! There are staff in particular that really stood out for their hospitality and kindness shown to my family! Omer the life guard, he taught my 2 year old son how to use a water gun! His face brightened up every day for seeing him! Mirac, he greeted us on arrival, and every day of our stay! Making us feel welcomed and high five/ fist bump my son which he loves so much! Serkan, a very hard working chap! Even when there was a que at the bar all night it was never too much trouble and I felt he didn’t stop working, he was always on the go, even when he must of been tired from a busy day showed politeness towards us and service with a smile! Bager, he spoke little English when we arrived, at the end of our holiday his English had improved significantly! He said he studies when he’s home and English was one of the languages he was studying! We always went to the snack bar on an afternoon, his smile would light up the room nothing was too much trouble, loved a laugh and a joke with us! Mert and Memet from the entertainment, there was also a lady but I didn’t catch her name! My son LOVED the kids club/mini disco and learnt so much from these 3 in the short time we was here! Volkan always said hello and made sure we was happy with everything and got what we needed! Our room had clean towels and bed sheets were changed daily! The cleanliness was amazing! There was always a different variety of food! (Feel like iv put a stone on) and was always at a top standard! My son LOVED the spaghetti bolognaise in particular 🤣 The only downfall was a guest that didn’t have things go there way when playing prize bingo, even when they didn’t win gifts was being given equally but one guest had something they didn’t want and tried to report the staff member for this! That was a spoilt guest issue NOT THE STAFF! They didn’t have to give there prizes away to the people that didn’t win! Me and my family are looking to come back September/October time! We also left the kids toys, things we didn’t want to take home to anyone who could make use of them to the staff just to show how thankful we are for the great service the domestic ladies shown to us! This was my first time in turkey! Due to this experience it won’t be my last now! We shall see you all soon! Our overall experience was above our expectations!
