Very dirty rooms
One of the villas we stayed in was extremely dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned for 4 days, the rooms had not been cleaned for 4 days, even the insects were on the balcony dead and not cleaned. Both rooms were not cleaned for a single day. The stairs to the villas were extremely dirty, with hair and insects that had not been cleaned, not to mention the other dirt on the stairs.

The hotel was absolutely perfect from A to Z. We had a wonderful, relaxing one-week stay, and everything was truly excellent. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Amazing holiday
The holiday was amazing!! The room was very clean and the restaurant/ bar had a lot of options (food available all the time). The animation team were fabulous!! So many activities to do throughout the day and at night! Particular shoutout to Evren he’s the best!!!
Clean, Comfortable, and Family‑Friendly Hotel
The hotel stay was really great — clean area, friendly service, and easy access everywhere. The beach was tidy, the sea was beautiful, and the food courts were well kept. There were plenty of spaces for kids, including comfortable pools, and lots of spots to sit, relax, and chat with friends. The staff paid close attention to cleanliness, which I really appreciated. It would be even better if there were clocks around the beach and pool areas, and while the food was delicious, it would be nice to have more variety on different days.
