A paradise for couples and families with children, this large hotel complex consists of modern buildings and well-manicured gardens bordered by tall palm trees, all just a five-minute walk from Kemer. Antalya Airport can be reached with an hour drive. The hotel features a 180-metre private beach in addition to a variety of pools and an aquapark. Public transport passes in front of the hotel, providing easy access to Kemer, and guests will be able to reach places of interest such as Antalya's old town and harbour in under an hour's drive. The hotel's sleek guest rooms feature modern décor with laminated parquet or carpeted floors, an en suite bathroom, satellite LCD televisions and free wireless internet access. Guests can choose from seven bars and four restaurants specializing in seafood, Italian and Turkish cuisines, and spend warm, sunny days relaxing by one of the pools or enjoying the entertainment programme.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
On the day of our arrival, only one room was ready for us instead of two—so we slept in one room, where there were only two comforters and three pillows for four people. We had room No. 2108, where the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even once during our entire stay—not even before we arrived—with a thorn on the floor, a dirty mirror, and faucets that were completely filthy. The towels weren’t even changed during the last two days of our stay. Another major downside was the dirt and mess on the beach. The entire week, there wasn’t a single cleaning, except for taking the trash out of the bins. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I know, despite the fact that the sea was amazing—but that’s not the hotel’s doing.

Hotel located directly on the beach, It has private beach and a lot of facilities ( restaurants, Gym, Spa and arcade area, shops…). A lot of restaurants with different theme in addition to the main open buffet. For all inclusive resort it provides everything with unlimited quantities the open buffet has plenty of choices daily and continues refills. Drinks and Ice cream open all the day without limitations. Evening entertainment is acceptable mainly acrobatics show, but the night will continue with live music. Room is old but its ok, space acceptable but the cleaning service is a weak point that we continue calling them daily to clean or to replace towels. The worst is the reception its very small and team is don’t speak languages and seems they don’t have any experience dealing with check in process. The bell captain are involved in making sure the queue is well aligned and we prepare our passports in advance! If hotel make a re- arrangement and make reception area bigger as normal 5 stars resort this will give better first impression for newly arrival considering the wide area used as mini lobby. Overall resorts is very good to whom don’t stick to details
Hotel animation and water activities the best, thanks for animator Ksenia and Valeria. Very good vacation
We arrived as a family of four at 11:30 PM, but our room was not ready. Two of the single beds were missing pillows and duvets. There was no shampoo, the shower gel was practically empty, and there was hardly any toilet paper left. To make matters worse, the safe was broken, and the balcony door would not lock—meaning anyone from the neighboring balcony could easily walk straight into our room, which felt completely unsafe. We reported these issues to reception three times, but we were completely ignored.
Additionally, my sister and her family stayed in another room where there was a constant, heavy smell of sewage. My mum stayed in yet another room and experienced the exact same sewage stench.
The hotel itself feels very run-down and poorly maintained. On a positive note, the resort grounds were lovely and the food was excellent. However, given the high price, I certainly would not recommend staying here to anyone.
, this hotel only deserves 3 stars, and all pictures and videos are a scam, so basically fake advertising, and weak safety precautions. Why I am thinking like that here is the answer,
First, we arrived at the hotel around 1230 so we all know that check-in time is clearly 14:00; however, because of having a 5-month-old baby, I thought they might help us, but they forgot about helping me. They kept postponing our check-in time further. I asked them to check in around 1400; they said I did not claim I had a baby while booking at the hotel. They added my baby to the list, which I don't know why it took so long. Mrs Ece, who works as a receptionist, keeps saying, "We will call you once the room is ready." Around 1530, my dad asked one of the girls at the front desk and finally got the room. Well, I need to add this. No one will help you if you do not tip them. I am guessing employees do not get paid well…
Second, we arrived in the room; the bathroom mirror had a big stain that looked like mold to me. There is a dead fly on the wall; we were not able to turn the AC on because no one explained to us that if the balcony door did not close completely, the AC would not start working… There was no explanation either around the AC or balcony door.
Third, as you can see from the photos, the staff is extremely dirty, lacks qualifications, and is very rude. They do not use gloves while working in the background, which is the cooking area; they also prepare their breakfast there. There are flies everywhere. I wanted to drink white wine; the white wine was warm. Once I asked if there were any cold ones, I got an answer from their chief: NO SORRY, she said: “Well, our fridge is out of order; hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow”.
Fourth, my mother and I would like to use the spa space, where we would like to have a Turkish bath by ourselves. They said, “If there is no client getting a spa and massage, you can use the area; otherwise, there is a small area behind this you can use there. Well, you will clearly see in the photo that this area was not ready for use. There were paint bottles, which looked dirty. We were shocked… Also, I was told this spa was closed 1800. That is ridiculous; I have never seen the hotel’s spa close at 6 pm, especially in this kind of touristic area.
Lastly and more importantly, my parents, my 5-month-old baby, and I were stuck on the balcony under 45 c degree; we were not able to reach anybody to help us, nor our neighbors. Finally, one of our neighbors went outside and found somebody to help us. My baby was crying, and we were scared that my baby would have sunstroke. And the staff who helped us were smiling once he opened the balcony door.
My mother and I talked with the manager of the hotel, Mr. Fikri. He apologized, and he said the balcony door was not able to open from the outside due to safety concerns. What safety concerns? We did not understand. This hotel was not safe; there were thieves around… we said, "Why not?" There was no sign that ppl would be aware of the situation. He was silent… You can see the YOUTUBE link to see how we were terrified…
Coffee cups were dirty, the food tasted bad, and the staff did not care about anything… lifeguards looked at their phones and smoked all day long. I am sorry there are not enough pictures for everything, because at the end I was very tired of all that was happening.
So as a result, we continued to stay in this 3-star hotel and paid a 5-star hotel price. That was a gift to my parents. I want my money back.
