Volleyball and Darts games are the best animators!
Just got back from a 10 day holiday and after reading recent reviews we were quite apprehensive. Our review is. The hotel grounds itself and scenery are great. Everything is in walking distance. FOOD- breakfast was quite monotonous as it always is in Turkish resorts, there’s only so many varieties of egg you can eat. Lunch, there’s always something available and a great selection for children in the main restaurant. There’s other snack bars in the resort you can eat at and order via a QR code and these all good. Dinner, the main restaurant can get very busy at peak times but 8 of us would generally get a table within 5 minutes. There’s a wide selection and always something nice to choose from. We had 1 à la carte during our 10 night stay, the oriental restaurant and the food was great. The waiter staff are generally slower than other resorts we’ve been to regarding serving you with drinks and seem slightly understaffed. DRINKS - Budweiser, efes, and efes malt available at the pool bar and a selection of cocktails. Cocktails seemed to be slightly hit and miss depending on who is serving. As always the cocktails are better in the lobby bar and patisserie. All the glasses around the pool are plastic but they will give you glass if you ask. The pier bar was nice to go for a drink late afternoon but you can only sit on stools at the bar and the staff there do seem less enthusiastic as other bars. . There are no tables and chairs POOLS - the loungers around the pool are plentiful and there would still be empty loungers around 11 am. The lagoon rooms and other pools around the resort obviously reduce the sunbed wars. ENTERTAINMENT - there’s plenty of options during the evening as other Turkish hotels, live shows around 9pm in the main show area before a live band or dj in the pool bar.
Overall I’d recommend the hotel to others. The staff obviously work hard although they could do with more numbers. There are some rude guests that do not believe they have to wait when they can see a queue of people waiting but you’ll always get this in Turkish resorts.
Aleyna, Buse, Ceren Mazhar sef I would like to give big thanks for all these people. They are amazing and super persons in the hotel.
super barmen, made best drinks
Lobby Bar is a place we always return to with great pleasure. The service here is of the highest standard, and Onur, Ceren, Aleyna, and Buse form an exceptional team – extremely polite, always smiling, and full of positive energy towards every guest. Onur makes excellent cocktail recommendations and often surprises us with his own special creations, turning each visit into an unforgettable experience. Conversations with him are inspiring and very enjoyable. The entire bar is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is calm, elegant, and very welcoming. Without a doubt, this is one of our favorite places in the hotel.
