Amazing staff
I went to this hotel earlier this year and honestly i thought it was very good. We got an amazing price as it was a very last minute deal - sad to see that the prices are now double but i am not surprised!
The spa staff were particularly good. My wife helped to get one of the girls a job here as she couldn’t get a pedicure. My wife went to a nearby place and Maya was very good. My wife told the spa staff and a couple of weeks later she started working at the hotel! She is very happy there too!
We will come back one day!
Honest review
Never leave reviews but felt i had to this time. Overall experience disappointing after reading good reviews. Outdoor and indoor pools too cold and heating not turned on (in october) despite repeated requests from quite a few guests. Food often cold and although lots of serving stations it felt there was a lack of choice. Staff overall friendly and good. Beach setup is good Rooms quite tired and need updating, although cleaner did their best. We were 2 couples looking forward to a holiday and it was disappointing. Would not return unfortunately

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff is very helpful and positive, the hotel is clean, maintained in a very good condition. You should be aware, that the territory is quite compact but very green. I would say it is more family resort for children, rather than couples. Food is delicious , but compared to other hotels in Turkey, I stayed in, there is less variety , though you still have quite a choice. Area for improvement: Issue with hot water on high floors, it becomes colder during the shower. Other than that everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our holiday until the very last day, and I wanted to leave only positive feedback because everything had been wonderful. The staff were very polite, attentive, and always tried to help in any situation.
The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, the waiters, reception staff, and everyone else were very friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned well.
However, on the last day, when our holiday was coming to an end, I noticed that my headphones had gone missing from my room. Unfortunately, the staff were unable to help me with this matter, and nothing was resolved, which was very upsetting.
So please be careful and keep an eye on your belongings.
