Mirada Del Mar Hotel

We are staying here the third time, always a pleasure! So many activities, everything is always clean and fresh, and the views unbelievable!! Saying hi to the entire team, including Ahmed, who is always striving to provide a beautiful experience to the guests!

We have stayed at Mirada several times over the years, and this was without a doubt our best visit yet. While there are still a few areas that could be improved—for example, the gym feels somewhat outdated and some of the equipment could use maintenance—the overall experience was excellent and noticeably better than during our previous stays.

A big part of that was thanks to the amazing animation and guest experience team.

A special thank you to Irem, Aysun, Beyza, and Deren from the Mini Club. As parents, one of the most important parts of any holiday is knowing that your child is safe, happy, and having fun. They exceeded all expectations. Our son absolutely loved the Mini Club activities and Mini Disco every evening. In fact, even we as parents looked forward to Mini Disco and enjoyed joining in the fun. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and caring, not only towards the children but also towards us as parents. Their energy and dedication made a huge difference to our holiday.

We would also like to thank Mizgin, the yoga and fitness instructor. She challenged and motivated my wife during her classes, and she was also one of the first people to introduce us to the changes that had been made since our previous visit. She showed us that those changes were definitely for the better.

Gokhan deserves a mention as well. He takes his job seriously, works hard, and at the same time has a fantastic sense of humor. He always brought positive energy wherever he went and made activities even more enjoyable.

Ali Aslan was everywhere throughout our stay, making sure guests were happy and involved. He clearly leads by example, works incredibly hard, and genuinely cares about the guest experience. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and communicates exceptionally well in English.

And then there is Tuana. She truly became one of the highlights of our holiday. She has a wonderful combination of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great sense of humor. My wife joined her Zumba classes and enjoyed them so much that she continued attending Zumba classes after returning home to Sarajevo. That says everything about the impact Tuana had. She played a huge role in making our stay so memorable—after all, happy wife, happy life!

Last but certainly not least, an honorable mention goes to Yakub, the General Manager of the Animation Team. Bringing together such a fantastic group of people is an achievement in itself. He was always approachable, open to feedback, willing to listen, and genuinely committed to ensuring every guest had the best possible holiday experience.

The people mentioned above played such a big part in making this our best stay at Mirada so far that we have already booked another visit for September. We are genuinely looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Because this stay was so exceptional, I decided to replace my previous review with this one. Although my earlier review was also an “Excellent” rating, it didn’t fully reflect just how wonderful Mirada Del Mar truly is.

The rooms and overall hotel areas were always very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The food was also consistently great, with plenty of variety and something for everyone every day. On top of that, the atmosphere throughout the resort was fantastic, with lots of activities during the day and live music and entertainment in the evenings, so there was always something going on without it ever feeling overwhelming.

Everything was perfect and we loved the miniclub as we met the best people there. :)
