A hotel in a beautiful setting, with a stunning view of the Taurus Mountains. The service is top-notch, always smiling and friendly. Special thanks to the batmen Yunus, Mehmet, and Ayse Nur for the pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it :)
As a hotel review blogger i can say hotel have some issues but also and good side. Entertainment team brilliant. Thank you for all entertainment. Room cleaning good, cleaner very nice. Room mini fridge filled not everyday. Food main restaurant perfect food. But food courts not good, need more details for kids and also use caps, because found in burger hair. About evening show needs more news if something changing, if show must start 21:30 it must starts. Kids waiting for the show but must watch in the main scena football. Garden very nice and big, beautiful territory. More in video.
By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The greenery, the food, the service, and the large beach are all pluses. And the bartenders are the best of the bunch!
We've enjoyed a lot our stay at Kimeros. Clean rooms, silent nights, tasty/various food and different snacks at any time. Clean beach, the water in the sea was transparent. Perfect place to rest with kids. All the staff was very kind to us all the time - barmans, waiters receptionists. Special thanks to Furkan - the barman/waiter from the pool bar who is very skilled at his job and who spoiled us with delicious cocktails/snacks every afternoon!
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Kimeros Park Holiday Village. The resort has beautiful surroundings and good facilities for families.
However, I believe it is important to share our experience regarding baby food. If you are traveling with a baby under one year old, please be aware that the available food options were very limited and almost identical every day. The menu usually consisted of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, chicken, beef (which was often too tough for a baby), Bolognese pasta, undercooked pasta, a few other vegetables, and one soup.
In addition, there were only two types of baby food jars available: one fruit puree and one vegetable puree. During our stay, we did not see any other varieties, which further limited the available options for young babies.
We spoke several times with the guest relations representative and requested additional baby-friendly options. For two days, we were repeatedly assured that the issue would be addressed and that other suitable meals would be prepared. Unfortunately, each time we went to the restaurant, nothing new had been prepared and no additional options were available. It felt as if our request was not being taken seriously.
I am writing this review to inform other parents rather than simply criticize the hotel. Families traveling with babies under one year old should know that the baby food selection is very limited and lacks the variety needed for a longer stay.
Apart from this issue, our overall experience was generally positive. However, I would not specifically recommend this resort to families with babies under one year old if suitable baby food options are an important consideration.
