Try to give best review i can for this Hotel First of all price is overhelmed for service received Confirmed by e-mail servicing of Jack Daniels in several bars i will give one example 1 Bar Jack Daniels served beetween 4pm-8am second day of My stay Midnight no more jack Daniels i think this was after 4 drinks i had so far in Bar Next Day We Had Meeting with guest Relation Manager and Bar Manager promissed Me this wont happen till end of My Holiday so 8 days remaining in those 8 days it happend twice more Wednesday and Saturday so there is no reasons creating meetings confirming that beverages wont finish if they anyway will finish then Im flustrated Bar staff rude and flustrated... Room cleanless after day 1 coming to prepare to evening no towels at all in room no toilet roll next morning tooked 4 toilet rolls from troley cleaner agreed and seen it on evening coming to room after cleaning 2 toliet rols left and 2 other been taken away joke some days 3 pm still room not cleaned sometimes we felt she does it on purpose. Bar and Bar staff very difficoult to approach example 2 persons behind bar conversation good 5 minutes You waiting they see You and after conversation they will ask what i can get for You this is not 5* service at all. Pool Bar only Beggining of June for beer You can wait good 10 minutes many times passing this Bar we did gived up queing for 250ml cup of beer staff 4 of them there but 1 serving instead see que reliefe it for couple of minutes with few bar staff but no we all can wait like we havent paid nothing for this holiday mojito if finish is finish in pool bar so is like lucky dip may have mojito may not beach bar distance from hotel no mojito at all . This Hotel prepared for Russian Turists I mean language to speak English is very rare on every corner Russian Language is priority connection Language Overall This is not 5* Hotel service for Price We Paid well overpriced Only 1 positive Person Helpfull It was Omar Guest Relation Manager He did help us with our rooms straight away when My sister Landed in Basement He did sorted Our Both Rooms straight away All Our Family feel Did His Best but in Our opinion some queries like Bar service it was above Him amd above His competences to sort it Out Even involiving Metin Bar Manager to have chat with us Yes it was nice conversation but results no where near to this conversation. I wont reccomend This Hotel to nobody i know family and friends but everyone is diffrent averyone have diffrent standards but once again for price We Paid You can get Hotel in Lara area We been in past but we go back to Turkey but we always change Hotel This Time for Us I Have to say That it was worse Hotel We stayed so far In Turkey Hope this review at least Help Families to think Before You Decide to Go. Lack of support from the staff
The location was fantastic and we tried to enjoy the holidays but there were some really negative points The air conditioning was not working,after we told the reception they changed the room.Even in the second room it was not working properly,with two little kids it was terrible specially at night.We told our concerns multiple time at the reception but they didnt really care telling that a tecnician checked and everything was ok.Only after I contacted the travel agency the problem was solved.So a big no for the way of treating the customer The hotel was old and outdated Another big problem we had was at the pools,the tiles were super slippery,my children fell multiple times The food was ok but very repetitive

A fantastic holiday at Crystal Prestige Elite! The combination of views—beautiful mountains and the clear sea—is truly impressive. The hotel is excellent, but the entertainment team deserves the biggest round of applause. They do a brilliant job, and their programs and energy are an absolute hit. Highly recommended!

Many of swimming pools, a lot of attraction, nice staff, very good food, many restaurants, but my room is street view (niusy)
