Everything was really nice, hotel is good, the staff is so kind! I can recommend:) really good place for a holiday. I came with a friend and we were afraid to go alone to Turkey but it was all good! 😊
Fabulous hotel perfect for families and couples. We stayed in room 809 which was large and spacious it was very close to the pool and restaurant with sea views. Our room was cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis. All meals and have been great, breakfast fresh omlettes, fried eggs, continental meats , breads , cereals , yogurts, pancakes. There is a snack bar where you can get burgers chips, jacket potatoes, pizza, ice creams and waffles during the day as well as the buffet restaurant which serves a variety of food for lunch and dinner - plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. Ignore any comments about the staff here they are all lovely and speak english. The bar staff are great serving a variety of drinks all day long. Big shout out to the great animation team. The pool and beach is lovely with clear sea and plenty of sun beds. Would we come back yes 100%
At first I would like to say that we were very satisfied with this hotel. There were few things to mention we did not like but first things we liked:
Now cons:
What a beautiful hotel set in picturesque mountains. We travelled here as two families with children under 10. The entertainment team made this hotel, we could not have been happier with their constant efforts to keep the little ones entertained all day and evening. They even had my daughter sat with them while they ate their tea, at their request which was above and beyond. They made our girls feel very special. You can make your holiday as busy or as chilled as you like. If you like the pool games and dancing then secure a sun lounger in the main pool near to the restaurant & beach bar. My husband enjoyed taking part in the pool activities and we all loved a morning dance on the bridge. If you prefer a more chilled vibe then go near the children's pool. We alternated depending on how we felt each day. The rooms were a decent size and the hotel itself didn't feel overcrowded. The cleaning staff work tirelessly all day. They walk around the pool areas constantly cleaning. They had different themes each night for food and we never struggled to find something to eat. Book into the a la carte Marine Restaurant, amazing food in there. And catch the sunrise for a spectacular view across the sea and mountain range. This is the first time I've seen my daughter come away from a holiday genuinely upset at the prospect of leaving. Don't hesitate to book if you're considering this hotel.
Average 3+ star family hotel – nice views and great flexibility, but don't expect 5-star luxury
Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3.5 / 5)
We stayed at this hotel a week before the official season started, and honestly, it is far from a 5-star experience. It feels much more like a standard 3+ star family hotel. While it had its highlights, we probably wouldn't choose it again for this price.
Service & High Flexibility (Huge Plus!)
Most of the waiters looked quite unhappy to be there. However, one cleaning guy was always cheerful, smiling, and welcoming! They do not speak very much english.
A massive, super positive bonus for this hotel was their flexibility with check-in and check-out. We were allowed to get into our room a couple of hours before the official check-in time. Even better, since we had a late flight back home, they let us stay in the room a few hours longer. We were also allowed to keep our all-inclusive wristbands, meaning we could eat at the buffet right up until our transfer arrived. This was a wonderful gesture and a huge plus for the hotel!
The Food
I chose this hotel based on previous reviews praising the "amazing food," but we found it to be very average. Our family is not picky at all, but the selection repeated itself every single day, and we got tired of it after just a couple of days. It is possible that the variety improves once the official season kicks off, I really do not know.
The Pools & Entertainment
Because it was pre-season, there were no evening shows. As for the pools, the main pools were not heated. Fortunately, the kids' pool was heated, and the water slides were working.
Other Positives:
Cleanliness: Our room was cleaned punctually every single day.
The Location & Views: The beach was beautiful, and the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning.
Local Sightseeing: There is a gorgeous canyon near the hotel, which is definitely worth a visit!
Summary:
The flexible room management and beautiful surroundings made our stay comfortable, and if you go in with 3+ star expectations, you will have a decent time. But if you are paying for or expecting a 5-star resort, you will likely be disappointed.
