This hotel is conveniently located in Side, a great base from which to explore the area. The hotel enjoys easy access to the city's myriad attractions and landmarks, such as Agora Museum, Theatre, Temples of Apollo and Athena. Antalya is some 65 km from the hotel and commercial areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the near vicinity. There is also a stop for the public transport to be found in front of the hotel. This hotel is an ideal place for travellers seeking charm, comfort and convenience in Side.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We rarely go to the same hotel twice unless the experience is exceptional. This hotel was and we will definitely return. Every member of staff was so polite. Hotel was clean and had everything you needed. You could eat and drink from the moment you got up till you went to bed. No getting up early for sunbeds. Plenty available. The beach was beautiful and a mini bus literally ran you there in under 5 mins and operated all day. Had free sunbeds and a restaurant that was included with your wristband. Breakfast, snacks, flatbread, ice creams, cakes, dinner and then late night snacks. What really made our stay was the entertainment team so happy and came to talk to you everyday. I was persuaded to do activities I wouldn't normally do....thanks lilly and Sarah for the yoga. Shout out to Mimi, mike, junior, mario, djo,Rio,Murat,Dido and their leader max for making our time enjoyable. We did not use the kids club so sorry did not get their names. The shows put on by this team were better than some professional shows we have seen. We took a dolmus to the old town and enjoyed the harbour and shops.
Very good value for money. Family friendly hotel with a large pool, slides and amenities. Great selection of food. Most of the guests were Turkish followed by European guests, friendly staff. Would recommend.
This was my third time staying at Hotel Terrace Beach, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. Every visit has been consistently wonderful, which is why I keep coming back. • Food: Always fresh, varied, and delicious — plenty of options to satisfy every taste. • Hygiene: The entire property, from rooms to restaurants, is spotless and well-maintained. • Service: Simply outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. • Staff: Super friendly, always smiling, and genuinely attentive — they make you feel at home.
Overall, another fantastic experience that makes me look forward to my next visit. Hotel Terrace Beach truly delivers on quality, comfort, and hospitality every single time. Highly recommended for anyone planning a stay in Side, Turkey!
This is very nice hotel for family with children. Everything is very, very clean, rooms, restaurant, even the beach. The beach is amazing, with gold sand and slow entrance to the sea and enough space for sun beds. We spent most of our time here. Everything is very close, restaurant, pool, bar and snacks, so you don't have to walk a lot. The food is very good and you always can find something you like. Except the soup, only one type and very spicy, not for kids. Everyone, waiters, cleaning ladies, receptionist are very kind and if their English isn't good (it isn't) they try to help in some other language (German, Turkish). We really did not have any unpleasant experience with them. Big NO to the animation team, they are really total disaster. They talk only in German and ONLY to German people, ignoring other guests. That was very rude. More entertainment my child got from Ebru the waitress and photographer (i forgot his name, sorry) than from animation team. For most of the activities we saw the poster, day after it happened, no one ever told us anything. They played German songs. I didn't want to hear that. I came to Turkey, I love Turkey, I want to hear "gunaydin" not "hallo". But if hotel's policy is to have only German guests, than put a sign. Otherwise you have to improve your English. This didn't ruined our vacation, because we really enjoyed the beach and we met so many nice people, and we don't care for other people rudness. But maybe it could be batter.
If you’re looking to meet some fellow brits , don’t bother ! The hotel is catered for Germans , signs , language , food etc nothing wrong with Germans at all but we enjoy meeting people on holiday but we felt very isolated, stood out like sore thumbs and was even told by a waiter we were the first Brit’s there in 10 years !! The hotel itself was ok definitely not. 5* though . The food was bland and Luke warm lots of nothing really ! Themed food nights looked amazing but unless you’re queuing up at 5pm for your evening meal you wouldn’t get a look in ! The good part was the beach and the beach bar , very short walk, beach towels are supplied at the hotel , beach bar close for drinks , sunbeds a plenty but you are covered by a roof sail , great if you like the shade but if you are a sun worshipper you need to move your bed to a gap with the sun shining through, numerous times ! Evening entertainment was rubbish ! Outside the hotel ,A short walk and there are plenty of shops and Chemists, nothing u can’t get really . There are a few pubs/restaurants on the main road and a bus stop where you can goto Side town and marina for a few euros ,worth it ! we’ve been to many different areas of Turkey but unfortunately this part of Side wasn’t for us :(
