Terrible impressions!!!!
The staff is not friendly at the reception, we met them with sour ms, the ladies seem to have come here for free, the suitcases were dragged into the room and it's 5 stars? They clean terribly, you can't wait for the table to be cleaned in the dining room if you like to wait half an hour with full plates in your hands, then you're here, the food is monotonous, and I don't say anything about drinks, and they pour paper glasses on the beach, take into account the fact that cocktails near the beach don't make 0 food))) we't seen anything like this before, no one is responsible for anything, if something happens, they immediately stop understanding the language, Russian and English. The beach is full of cigarette butts and garbage that no one cleans up !!!!!! On the plus side, a large number and a warm sea! We will never come back in our lives!!!!!
Super kids club
We had a wonderful stay at Royal Alhambra Palace! Everything was excellent – the hotel, the food, the service, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation.
However, we would especially like to thank the amazing team at the Mini Club. Our 6-year-old daughter absolutely loved it! Every morning she couldn’t wait to go there, and every evening she didn’t want to leave. She wasn’t interested in the swimming pool or any other activities – all she wanted was to spend time at the Kids Club.
A special thank you to the wonderful animators for taking such great care of our daughter, making her feel happy, safe, and welcome. Thanks to you, we were able to relax and enjoy some time together while knowing she was having the best time of her vacation.
Your kindness, energy, and genuine care made our holiday even more special. Thank you so much! We will definitely be happy to come back.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic food, we loved it!
The hotel has everything you need, and there are many places to eat and drink. The surroundings are tidy and clean. The beach is nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The airport is close, which is important. The minibar is stocked every day with soft drinks, water, and beer.The food is tasty, with lots of choices, and tons of cakes that are really delicious. We saw high-quality evening shows at the Arena.The beach is sandy and gently slopes into the water. The pools are big and clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach too.The waiters are hardworking and helpful.The little mini amusement park and slides is very cozy, for both kids and adults.There is also a bazaar near the hotel.Thank you very much for Mr. Agan's help. I would emphasize that there are countless food options, which are also very tasty.We had a great time and we will definitely come back.

Let down
On arrival the hotel looked beautiful but that's as far as it goes. Food was a huge let down. Lunch was the same thing every day we felt trapped and couldn't wait to leave! Ice cream/donuts were only served between 3-4pm! No snacks available if you get hungry before/after lunch. Then dinner time felt like feeding time at the zoo with luke warm food. Room was noisy. Entertainment aimed at Germans so as a British family this was not enjoyable. The only positives were the pools and fun fair. Wouldn't recommend.
Not a hotel for British, only ones there for the 10 days and very poor housekeeping in bedrooms not to standard.
This hotel is not for Brits, we were the only ones for the 10 days in the very large hotel, also very poor housekeeping that wasn’t to standard
