Alva Donna Side, sister hotel to Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel Belek is situated directly on a large, private sandy beach and offers a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is a short distance from the city of Side, home to long beaches and Greco-Roman ruins.
The hotel has an outstanding outdoor pool, as well as an indoor pool. Children are catered for with a special kids club, activities and entertainment. An Ultra All-Inclusive property, Alva Donna Side has authentic Turkish and Italian restaurants to dine at, with the option of reserving your evening meal at a choice of three a la carte restaurants.
Rooms at Alva Donna offer a Land or Sea View, with balconies to look out to the amazing area of Antalya. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel with air conditioning keeping your room cool in the Turkish heat. A wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations! The food is varied and very tasty, the beach is wide, sandy and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is at a very high level. It is clear that everything was created with the comfort and good mood of the guests in mind. Special thanks to Lilia, who with her kind attitude, smile and professionalism contributed to our vacation being even more pleasant. Such people leave the best impression and make us happy to come back again. We recommend the hotel with pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would not come again
Staff is horrendous. The man who helped us with the luggage was waiting in our room after leaving the suitcase so that we leave him a tip. We didn’t and as he left the room he seemed like he was swearing at us. The boy at the reception asked me to repeat my name 5 times, so that he checks me in, he did not check me in and he just left to help a guest on the corridor and didn’t even ask his colleague to help me. The cleaning was often done really late in the day, around 2pm, when people and especially families with kids sleep. I had to phone reception twice on two occasions to tell them again to bring me something they didn’t bring me the first time I asked (like toilet paper). The staff at the restaurant was not professional at all, they weren’t standing between tables to jump in like they do at other hotels. They were often chatting to each other in a corner or nowhere to be seen. On a few occasions they saw me pushing the baby food chair around and did not offer to help. One evening I ordered drinks by the pool through their QR code on several occasions and after waiting for ages, they did not bring anything. No explanation, just no one came. The room view is not very nice, the best view of the sea is from the side and the sea is also far away. They don’t seem to have good evening shows and they don’t advertise them in the elevator or on corridors so that we know what is on. We liked the food, and we appreciated not getting stomach sick like at other Turkish hotels, but I would not come again and I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are plenty of great hotels in Turkey where they treat guests much better.

We will come back
Currently in dobedane. Staff really friendly, food great and multiple choices. The rooms are clean, the pools ,beach and all around the hotel are clean. The staff is cleaning constantly. Multiple times per day there are different activities in the pool or other areas. Music is great. We like the vibe.
A wonderful experience
An excellent hotel that surprised us with its friendly staff, cleanliness, daily entertainment, and excellent food. We were thrilled.
Great for family holiday
Great atmosphere hotel for a family vacation. Good food, good drinks, nice pools and close to the sea. The internet speeds are also ok.
