Fantastic meal and service
We had a fantastic meal at Gecce Restaurant. The food was excellent, with every dish full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The ambience was lovely too—relaxed, stylish, and the perfect setting for a great dining experience. We would definitely recommend Gecce Restaurant

Family holiday
We have just left the hotel after a lovely family holiday. The hotel and all the facilities are brilliant. The activities and entertainment are excellent.. The onsite shops are very expensive though but there are shops just over the road where you can get most things from. There is an onsite spa and they do amazing massages. There was a lot of guests staying in the hotel that were very rude and ignorant, although, that is no fault of the hotel, some people just have no manners! I would also advise that if you agree something with a staff member, get it in writing!! We went to reception on Friday afternoon to book the steak house for Saturday night, they advised that if you wanted the set menu you had to tell the reception staff, otherwise if you wanted to choose off the menu you did so when you got to the restaurant. we wanted to choose off the menu so gave no order to the reception, just got the time for 8pm the following night. When we got there they had no reservation for us. So we couldn't eat there as they had no room for us and apparently you need to give your order and payment to reception so they can let the restaurant know what to cook! This is not what reception staff told us, so was really disappointed! We also went to reception the day before we left to ask if we could keep 1 of our rooms on for longer as we wasnt being picked up until 5pm on our departure day (we had 2 rooms) The reception staff said yes that's fine, just come back in the morning between 9am and 10am and we will sort it and take payment. Went back the following morning as told to and was told, no you can't keep any room! We explained what had been told the previous day but they was still saying we couldn't keep any. So we spoke to a manager and they agreed to letting us keep 1 room for an extra 2 hours. (Its 40 euro per hour to keep your room on, just for your information) We just feel a little let down by being given the wrong information twice. Other than the 2 little moans in the review, we have had a fantastic holiday, The staff are lovely and very friendly.and We would come back to this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others

Amazing resort/holiday
The food is very good the watersports and all sports generally are very good. Had a very good time with my friend Erdogan quality man and a quality time.
And also the sea was so good the pool and the foods are really good at a great time rooms are very clean so thanks to everyone
Excellent hotel- worth a visit
Leaving today after a 10 night stay, our first at at Swandor Kemer.
We took a private transfer from the airport which took just over an hour. Due to a delayed flight it was very late when we arrived, however, there was a late supper and the staff were friendly and helpful assisting us to our room in block 3.
The hotel facilities, restaurants, bars and entertainment are really great. The entertainment during the day and on an evening is some of the best, if not the best I’ve experienced in a hotel!
All of the entertainment team work really hard and include everyone. Even though I would say the hotel caters more for Russians and Turkish nationalities they recognised us being English and also made sure we were included in everything. Special mention to Bilal.
The buffet restaurant has a lot of choice. Sometimes too much. Food isn’t always piping hot in my opinion, but it must be hard to cater for the number of guests and throughout. Waiting staff are attentive clearing tables and offering drinks. My only suggestion would be more of a themed approach as everything is a bit repetitive after 10 nights!
Drinks are great with most branded spirits included. Again the staff cannot do enough to help and will gladly repeatedly serve you. Special mention to Hamit and Aslan.
There was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool, on the beach and on the jetty. There is a great pool towel exchange and you get fresh towels daily.
Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and the mini bar restocked. I would however recommend taking your own hairdryer. The one in the rooms are next to useless!!
We had a duplex room and this was fantastic for our family, especially as my step daughter is 17. This meant she had lots of space to herself.
The gym is well equipped, with an excellent range of cardio machines.
We had a Turkish bath and massage on day one. Whilst it is more expensive than off site, we enjoyed our experience.
Unfortunately during the last few days of my stay I was struck with a stomach upset which left me in the room for a few days. My partner and daughter did not get unwell. My partner visited the pharmacy in Kiris for some medication which helped some of the symptoms. The hotel were kind enough to give us a later checkout which was helpful as I was worried due to a late flight about being outside of the room for too long.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to others even though I was unwell I can’t say for certain how or why I got this.
