Restauran excellent servis from Alican and Kahraman they are number one.
I stayed at Pine House by Werde Hotels from May 3 to May 9, and I truly enjoyed my vacation there.
First of all, I would especially like to highlight the entire hotel staff — starting from the owner of the hotel and ending with every single employee: the reception staff, animators, DJs, bartenders, waiters, chefs, and housekeeping team. Everything was at the highest level. The atmosphere of hospitality and care could be felt everywhere.
The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views: on one side of the hotel you can see the mountains, and on the other side the hotel surroundings. The location is also very convenient — there are many shops nearby, and the beach is within walking distance.
The beach area was excellent. There is a beach bar with snacks available for guests of both the 4-star and 5-star hotels. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, mattresses, and towels. Everything was clean, well maintained, and organized perfectly.
The hotel territory is very cozy. There is a swimming pool, a children’s pool, and water slides. There are even small turtles living on the hotel grounds, and I loved feeding them vegetables — it brought me so much joy.
I also really enjoyed the evening entertainment program. The animator Kivanch created an amazing atmosphere in the hotel and paid attention to every guest. There were many activities: karaoke, discos, daytime games, darts, dancing, and much more.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and very diverse. There was red fish, many types of meat, plenty of fruits, and even watermelon in May. Everything was fresh, tasty, and varied, so everyone could easily find something they liked.
The bar also offered a wide selection of drinks, from champagne to tequila.
I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. In my opinion, the quality of the hotel and service even exceeded the price we paid for this vacation.
Thank you very much to everyone at the hotel for such a wonderful experience!
This is my third vacation spent in this hotel, the first one was in 2021 second 2022 and in this year and I must say that hotel atmosphere, food and service changed a lot from previous years. If you are not Polish or Russian, don't go to this hotel, because entarteinment is especially made for them, most of songs in the evening are on polish or russian language, and also karaoke(drunk polish are loudly singing in the night). Every morning is the same breakfast, I ate eggs in various ways(pastries are not fresh), during the lunch and dinner a lot of vegetables are missing as side dish. The manager of restaurant offer to the three of us a very small table for dinner(it was a big crowd of people in restaurant that night), but we refuse to set at this table. After that night we have noticed that he didnt want to say hello to us, and he was pretending that he doesn't see us. I think that it was unproffesional behaviour, since he was very polite to polish people of course. Launch packet which was made for us while we are leaving hotel was also dissaster, only bread and ham which was out of date. I will never go to this hotel again, neither recommend it to my friends.
I don't write reviews often but I know that families looking for a holiday during peak summer time and the amount of money this costs, I would have appreciated an honest review. We spent a lot of time researching holidays and we read many of the reviews which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. We booked our holiday in May and went in Aug and since our return we've seen the reviews left by Michael W (Aug 5) and katie (Jul 2023). Both those reviews are very accurate.
Pros
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a fault in our room and their maintenance guy turned up immediately to fix it.
Rooms are clean, the pool area is also very clean. The staff are always walking around and clearing things away.
Pool is lovely and warm and generally very quiet.
Beach is very close to the hotel and had good variety of water sports. The sea was lovely and warm too.
The beach bar served drinks and snacks which you could take onto the beach with you. This was the only area they had a pizza on offer but it was always a meat pizza, so if you're veggie then you couldn't have this.
Rooms were fully air conditioned, cleaned every day and fridges stocked with water.
They served popcorn every night which went down well with the kids (and us!).
Wifi was fairly decent - get a good reception in pool area and it stretched to the beach.
Cons
Definitely the food - it was not great. The food was poorly labelled, my sister who is a vegetarian really struggled because there were not many options - she pretty much had salad and chips every day. Our kids struggled to find anything to eat and they are not fussy eaters at all. The breakfast was poor, they don't have the toast machine turned on so you have to turn it on and wait for it to warm up which takes a while. Their pastries consisted of dried bagels. There is no hot breakfast except for omelets or porridge. Lunch and dinner seemed to be the same, they'd swap out a couple of hot dishes and it would consist of the previous night left overs which they would just change the name of it. They would always have a potato option, rice and one tray of pasta. The meat was very poor quality and always had bones in it. Occasionally they served burgers but with no buns. They have a real issue with flies, they were all over the food and the cheese section was the worst for this - needless to say we couldn't eat that.
The snack bar only has one option (sometimes two if you're lucky) this would be onion rings and chicken goujons. Other days they had a strange bread with meat on it and once they had garlic bread (we thought we'd won the lottery when they had this). In the afternoon they would have cake and biscuits.
Ice cream is only available at 3pm every day and this is brought to you in a tub. If you miss this time then it's tough, you won't see the ice cream again - we didn't understand why they couldn't just have the ice cream available throughout the day or even at lunch/dinner.
Slides - these were only turned on once in the morning and once in the afternoon for approx. an hour at a time. There was no lifeguard so we didn't know why the slides couldn't be on all day? When they were off, this just resulted in kids climbing up the slide - no staff to tell them not to do this.
Not enough sun beds for the amount of people. We counted 68 beds and the hotel would have a capacity of 300/400 people. They have plenty of space to put more beds out so it's strange they don't use this wisely. Also, some people put in their review below there were always beds available, this is not true. Most beds were taken by 8.30am with towels. Most of the time these people never showed up so they would reserve their bed but never actually use it. We also had our towel stolen whilst we went on lunch so be careful.
The entertainment team do work hard and tried their best to get people involved however this is directed mainly towards the Russians. the hotel was 70% Russian, 20% Turkish and rest were Germans and polish with only a handful of brits. This is fine with us and we don't like going to hotels over run with brits, however it did mean all the entertainment was in Russian and catered for them.
The bar area was lovely but in the evening it was far too hot to sit in, we had to go to the hotel lobby most nights with the air con. They really need to have some sort of fans or air con on in the bar area.
I wouldn't bother taking Turkish lira, they prefer euros or dollars.
The area outside of the hotel was lovely but you are pestered a lot and they don't have prices on anything so be prepared to haggle over a tub of pringles! We went into Kemer to have a bite to eat one night, most restaurants will provide free transport to and fro. However, it's not cheap to eat out at all. Although the food was nicer than in the hotel.
Overall the hotel itself was lovely but if you have paid all inclusive it's not value for money at all. If food is a big part of your holiday then this hotel is not for you.
It is the perfect hotel to enjoy your vacation. All the staff members did their best to meet our expectations.Always smiling and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily, the air conditioning works well. There is a great variety of food, desserts and drinks. The beach is five minutes walk from the hotel, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, the beach bar is nearby where they serve cool drinks and late breakfast too.Beer and juice are of good quality.Everything is very clean and they good care to make the tourist feel like home.Special mention for the receptionist Jabar and the waiter Bedirhan who helped us a lot. We will certainly come back to this hotel.Thank you everybody for your effort. The only minus is the animation meant only for kids( exception was the Turkish night ) and the music which was too loud. But this not prevent me from giving 5 stars.
