Located in the Kiris district, approximately 5 kilometres west of Kemer on Turkey's south coast, this stylish design hotel consists of 3 blocks and is situated on 9 hectares of land with a 350 metres private beach, connected by subway. The complex is suitable for most ages and features a particularly large pool and aqua park area, a spa centre, meeting/events room and a range of leisure activities. With a mountainous backdrop, this luxurious establishment is 50 kilometres from Antalya city centre and is easily reached by public transport which is available from beside the hotel.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Hotel has a private beach, which is clean and has a lot of sunbeds. Also hotel guests can visit water park free of charge. The big problem is that I never seen water slides working. I came in the time that slides supposed to be working but they never worked or stuff was closing them in front of me. Hotel rooms are old, not so clean. Cleaning lady didn’t change bed linen in a week and never cleaned the floor which was from beginning dirty. One day there was no hot water in the room too. Get ready to also hear everything that is happening in other rooms, because the door isn’t helping to prevent hearing noises outside your room. Food in the restaurant was always cold and kinda tasteless. Also in the snack bar. Drinks were okay, beer and wine were great, but juices are not drinkable at all (too sweet and too many chemicals but I guess that’s problem everywhere, not this hotel’s issue). They also bring you some free water to the room every day and you can take drinking water from the fridge near the bar or at the restaurant. Massage was great but spa workers forced me to take this massage, telling me that I’ll get it cheaper and the cheaper price is only for me. Gym at the hotel was pointless because had a lot of cardio machines and just a few dumbbells so very difficult to do a normal training. The lightning was also very bad at the gym. The hamam and sauna were great, liked them so much. Outside pool was clean but inside pool was dirty and smelled bad. If you’re a young woman get ready to get a lot of attention not only from guests but also from workers. Some of the workers wanted to get my contact and were very insistent. Overall the atmosphere and the service wasn’t great, I don’t recommend that hotel at all. You can find a better place for the same price. The only good point about this vacation was that the weather was amazing and I spent a lot of hours outside under the sun.
We arrived here on May 12, and our wish was to get a room with a good view. We got exactly that right away thanks to a lovely receptionist, who said that Estonian girls are “chocolate girls” and wanted to do us this favor. :) The hotel area is very large, including a big water park and even a small zoo where you can see different birds and even rabbits. It was a pity, though, that they did not really promote the zoo, because hardly anyone visited it. The pools were clean, and the drinks and food were good. The staff were all friendly, and the massage was also very enjoyable. Since my birthday was on May 13, the hotel also surprised me with a lovely fruit platter and a bottle of wine. :) However, another issue was that water was not brought to the rooms regularly. We had to ask three times before water was finally delivered to our room. Unfortunately, there were very, very, very many children — we could not even understand whether there was some kind of camp going on or something similar — and this made staying at the hotel a little unpleasant because there was noise everywhere. I understand that this is a family hotel, but when it starts disturbing your vacation, it becomes a problem, especially since the children were noisy even at night, and that was not okay. As for entertainment, it kind of existed and kind of did not: there was a show in the evenings, but at the “disco” they only played Russian music, which did not suit us, so we left. We also visited the à la carte restaurant, and that was a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank our waiter, who explained every dish to us separately and was very friendly and kind. As for the rooms, they had clearly seen better days. At one point, a strip on the door fell off, but we informed reception immediately, and it was fixed. Also, in the bathroom, water leaked out from the shower area, and the beds were very hard. Overall, we were satisfied, although there were also some downsides. Thank you, Miarosa Kemer Beach, for hosting us. :)
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the animation team made every evening special and full of energy. Special thanks to Özcan for his kindness, positive energy and beautiful smile. He made guests feel welcome and always created a great atmosphere during the activities. I will definitely remember this holiday for a long time and I hope to visit this place again in the future.
Great location. Very pleasant atmosphere and service. Rooms are okay, with daily cleaning and towel changes. The hotel is quiet, but the water park often plays pleasant music. The A'La Carte restaurant has a very atmospheric atmosphere. The service was excellent and friendly, especially from Mehmet and Muhammet. We recommend it for holidays with children😀
We recently spent a very pleasant holiday at this hotel. The rooms were fairly clean, although it was noticeable that some areas in the hallways and around the hotel could use maintenance and repairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. One area that could be improved is their English language skills. The food was varied and delicious. I would especially like to praise the spa centre and its staff. I was more than satisfied with the massages and would highly recommend them. 🫶🤗
