- Grand Mir Amor Hotel

This luxury hotel is located in the upscale area of Kiris, in Kemer, a popular seaside resort in the province of Antalya, on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. It is 250 m from a pebble beach and 4 km from the centre of the town of Kemer, with many shops, bars and restaurants. Kemer's main attraction is its natural landscape with a beautiful coastline, mountains and pine forest and it is a great place for sports enthusiasts, offering activities such as paragliding, horse riding, cycling and water sports. The property offers an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, fitness centre, restaurants and bars, water park, Turkish bath, sauna and an array of activities such as table tennis, darts, aerobics, water gymnastics, beach volleyball and a nightclub. It also has Internet and airport transfers, both for a fee. The air-conditioned rooms have LCD satellite TV and a variety of amenities.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
If you want to ruin your vacation, visit Grand MIRAMOR, the most terrible service, conditions that do not correspond to the price and quality, no one knows English normally, they answer in Russian, no one communicates in German at all, the territory of the hotel is dirty, the food is not tasty at all, solid unsanitary conditions, everything is old, it seems that this hotel has not been restored and renovated all the equipment for 30 years
A separate story about our hotel room, which is simply amazing! The room can be very simple, but it must be clean! There is no cleanliness in the room! The condition of the room is terrible, I will attach a photo. The ear sticks in the box are packed, which are yellow, dirty, that is, they do not even check what they put on people for personal hygiene! It is scary to imagine the quality of the products in the kitchen and in what conditions the food is made. Why can't you keep it clean? You position yourself as a hotel, no one changes the towels in the room, they don't clean, on the demand to change the room for two days, different people told us that we need to turn to another person, and then offered a room on the 1st floor near the bar, which did not look the best even from the street, not that inside. I think it is not acceptable and inadequate to ripe people of such money for terrible service! You should be ashamed of such services, you would not even return to this hotel for free, spoiled vacation, birthday, and rest.
Firstly, my wife and I are very frequent travelers, this year alone we have travelled to 6 different counties in the 9 months so far and enjoyed each destination, each meeting our expectations.
We have never experienced a hotel that is awful and the Grand Mir Amor, Kemer, Turkiye.
When we arrived (10PM) they told us that we did not have a booking - untrue we were able to show them the evidence. They agreed to put us up for our arrival night in a room and that we could try and sort the problem out in the morning. We would however have to pay for the room. Unfortunately, we have wifi issues so my son booked the room from London. Simultaneously my payment went through, so we had now paid twice for the room. Again we were told we could sort this error in the morning. The room had cost us £250 for the night. The pictures, I believe speak for themselves. The room was nothing short of disgusting. The receptionist had to smell the towels before he gave gave them to us to check if they were clean. The towels were not needed as the we really were unable to use the bathroom due to its disgraceful state. There was mold in every corner and crevasse, the shower hose was covered in mold and the shower head covered in scale, the ceiling was unsafe to look at and the ceiling shower head was filthy. I have deliberately not included pictures of the other bathroom facilities as they were disturbing. Neither my wife or I were able to use any of the facilities in the room. We felt unable to even use the sink to brush our teeth.
The staff were very dismissive of our concerns about the standard of the room. There was undoubtedly a threatening atmosphere in the place.
The following morning we asked that we get a refund for one of the over payments. 4 weeks later, his has not occurred. We were also informed that all the hotel rooms were of the standard of the room we had already experienced. We explained that neither my wife or I were able to cope with rooms of this disgraceful standard. Further conversation did not go anywhere and based on there agreement to refund us for the night and return our payment for the subsequent week we made the decision to return to the Airport and book flight home. At least that was successful.
Not to allow this to destroy our trust in society and hotels we organised to go to San Sebastian a few days later and appreciated what normal was like again.
Please be very mindful if you plan to attend this hotel, my advise is don't. Do not be persuaded by the website picture or any of the positive reviews.
I was very disappointed with my stay. From the reception service to the room quality ,food experience, and kettle is completely rusty inside . nothing reflected the standards of a five-star hotel.
Me and my family (4 adults, 4 small kids) had planned a stay with Miramor Hotel from 10th to 19th October. Unfortunately, we had a really unpleasant experience upon arrival and the following day. We arrived late at night and received smaller rooms than what we have booked. The rooms offered for me and my family were also worn, dirty, with a dirty ashtray full of cigarette buds and a used cup on the table. We were then offered a much smaller room in the other building for max 3 people (we were supposed to be 4 in that room). The receptionist and staff were not eager to help. This continued the following day where it was very hard to get the family rooms that we had actually booked from 10th Oct. Further, we experienced dirty ice and water coolers, dirty dishes and old food in the canteen, toilets that were not maintained, nor clean. Not what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. We then cancelled the stay and checked out on the following day, with the promise to get our money refunded for the stay. That has not yet happened. This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had and we would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
My family and I stayed at this hotel from 3 to 16 November 2025. Although this was the off-season and the price was discounted, we still expected the basic standards of a 5-star hotel throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several ways.
To begin with, some basic amenities were missing. Our room did not even include simple items such as toothpaste or toothbrushes. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, some soap dispensers were broken, tissues in the bathroom were limited, and overall the cleanliness of the rooms could have been much better.
Another major difficulty was communication with the staff. Very few employees spoke English, including at the reception desk. In many situations we had to rely on Google Translate just to communicate basic requests, which is surprising for a hotel that hosts international guests.
As the end of the season approached, many facilities started closing while guests were still staying in the hotel. We were told it was because of the off-peak period. However, services continued to disappear during our stay. By the last few days, even basic things like seating, canopies, and lighting in the garden and beach areas had been removed.
The hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive, but the quality and variety of food noticeably declined during the second week. On our final morning, instead of a normal breakfast, we were given a small takeaway package with cold bread and cheese wrapped in plastic. This was very disappointing, especially since we had paid for a full two-week stay and were never informed that normal services would stop before the hotel closed for the season.
One of the most frustrating incidents happened two nights before our departure. At 12:30 AM, we received a phone call in our room from the reception desk. Because of the language barrier, we could not understand what they were trying to say. Shortly after, staff members came to our room and knocked on the door, waking the whole family, just to ask what time we would leave the hotel. It seemed they were not even sure about our checkout date. When I went to the reception desk to complain, no manager or supervisor was available and there was no proper apology.
Some staff members, especially at the beach service area, were also quite unfriendly, and the beach seating was often dirty. The location itself is not bad, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but the issues inside the hotel made it difficult to enjoy the stay.
A final note for travelers: some small shops near the hotel had very aggressive sales tactics and were selling low-quality or fake products. In one case, a seller became verbally aggressive when I refused to buy a fake perfume. These shops are not part of the hotel itself, but visitors should be aware when walking around the area.
Overall, this was not the relaxing holiday we expected, especially considering the amount of money we paid. If the hotel plans to close facilities during the off-season, this should be clearly communicated before guests book their stay, not gradually implemented while guests are still there.
For these reasons, I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to travelers looking for a relaxing holiday.
