This family hotel is located in Camyuva region on Turkey's southern coast, 6 km from the popular resort of Kemer. Nearby attractions include the resort of Kemer, the ruins at Phaselis and the large city of Antalya, 52 km away. Antalya Airport lies some 70 km. This hotel boasts fantastic views out to sea with mountains on the other side. The small town centre is a few minutes' walk and links to the public transport network are located directly outside the hotel. Suitable for families and couples, the hotel has a spacious garden leading down to the shingle beach where a jetty juts out into the sea. Other amenities include a couple of outdoor pools and an indoor pool, a wellness centre offering a range of treatments and a comprehensive activity programme and kids club. Various dining and nightlife options are on offer in the bars, disco and restaurants.
Decent hotel, decent rooms. But categorically not a 5* by any means.
Biggest problem was the food, no kids food. Snack bar open for max 5 hours is not good, food from snack bar was cold 95% of the time and sometimes didn’t have certain foods which was weird.
Restaurant food Basic stuff like rice, fish and chicken dishes. Other than that it’s not great Breakfast again not great Coffee though was good!
Pool Pool is nice, but not heated to absolutely freezing and at most had two people in it at a time because of that. Most people swam in the sea.
Room Room was ok, shower pressure and temperatures were all over the place and was an issue but that seems common in turkey
Do your research on the area as they’re isn’t much to do that’s walking distance
People are nice, but like I said this isn’t a 5* hotel
Also not that is bothered us too much, this hotel is more catered to Russian peoples, we were the only English at the time haha
So wouldn’t recommend UNLESS you’re on a small budget and the above doesn’t bother you
Thanks
Gorgeous kind friendly staff. Nothing is a problem. Guest relations lady Nuraiym was superb. Food & drinks were fabulous. Service excellent and staff friendly.
We arrived at the hotel around 9 AM and had clearly stated both through the travel agency and on the hotel form that we wanted a room with three beds. Unfortunately, the hotel’s front office manager, Arif, told us that all rooms were fully booked, even though it seemed obvious that there were still many available rooms that day. What made the situation even worse was his extremely rude attitude — when we explained that the offered room did not match our booking or request, he arrogantly told us that if we did not like it, we could sleep on the lobby sofa. This behavior was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely ruined our first impression of the hotel. Other people at the front desk were very friendly. Additionally, we were glad that we got a early check in about 11 o’clock.
At the beginning of our trip, we had to change hotels unexpectedly, and for the same amount of money we were offered this hotel, which honestly did not fully match the expectations or value we expected for that price range.
Overall, the hotel itself left a rather positive impression. The hotel area was large and beautiful, and around every corner there was something new to discover. For example, we only found out later that the evening disco was held in a completely different building — this was never explained to us upon arrival, and better information would have been appreciated. We really loved that the beach was a right there.
Most of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We especially want to praise Muhammet U from the beach bar, who quickly remembered our drink orders and was always kind and attentive. The boys working at the American Bar, Umut and Recep, were also very friendly. The spa staff also left a very positive impression.
At the same time, the hotel had a very large number of drunk Russian tourists, and many of the discos and karaoke events were clearly aimed mainly at Russian guests. Fortunately, we still felt accepted, and the staff always communicated with us politely in English.
The biggest downside of the hotel was definitely the rooms, which are in serious need of renovation. The room felt outdated — furniture and fixtures were loose, plaster was falling off the walls in some places, and overall the room looked worn and neglected. It did not meet the expectations we had for this hotel. We had ants running around our room too.
One very positive aspect, however, was the peace and quiet. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing holiday with good sleep, this place is perfect. We honestly have not slept this well for seven nights in a row in a very long time. The pillows were amazing. However, if you are travelling with friends and looking for nightlife and more energy, the atmosphere in Camyuva is much quieter compared to places like Kemer.
In conclusion, this is a rather charming hotel with many kind employees and a lot to explore, but the condition of the rooms and the extremely unpleasant experience with the front office manager left us with mixed feelings. Because of that, we are not sure whether we would choose to return to that hotel in the future.
I really liked the atmosphere in the animation team; they are very friendly and cheerful people. Out of all the hotels I have worked in during my life, this one stood out to me so much that I didn’t want to leave. I truly enjoyed my time there.
Wonderful time, brilliant spa centre Highly recommend!😎
