Boasting a beautiful location on the Mediterranean coast a short drive from the larger resort of Kemer and with the magnificent Taurus Mountains forming a back-drop, this luxurious complex is an ideal destination for families and couples. Refurbished at the beginning of 2015, the property offers a host of entertainment and relaxation amenities occupying a spacious 107,000sqm of land. The fabulous outdoor facilities include a beautiful garden with large pools catering for the active with waterslides and for those looking for a quieter spot, a relax pool. Beach lovers can enjoy a 400m long shingle beach with its' own pier and for those guests wanting a little exclusivity, there are VIP pavilions for their pleasure. A rich choice of cuisine is served in the various restaurants in the hotel and for enjoying a relaxing drink, guests can benefit from a host of different venues.
Just got back from a lovely vacation with my family from this hotel. We enjoyed every minute of, especially my son who was practically glued to the waterslides and the pool with heating. Drinks and food were tasty and as per the Ultra All Inclusive package that we bought. We were also very lucky with the weather.
Staff were very accommodating and the cleaning was top notch. There were also limitless amounts of bottled water and ice tea available all over the hotel area.
I do not have one negative to say about this hotel. Thank you for wonderful time. Will definitely return some day.
The hotel itself is lovely. Food brilliant. Lots of good pool space and a beach (albeit stoney) too. Staff all lovely. The only downside is the hotel is geared up for Russians. Many staff couldn’t speak any English so made life a little difficult. All entertainment and kids clubs also Russian speaking so if you are looking for kids clubs this probably isn’t the place for you. But we did love the hotel itself.
We came hotel super 👌 animator super rooms so good food tasty thank u Dobedan
We recently returned from the Dobedan World Palace hotel, where we stayed with our two young children. The hotel left a really good impression, and the grounds are beautiful, green, and very cozy. We especially loved the bakery tucked away under the shade of the trees—it was a lovely place to spend time. It is also great to see that the hotel has implemented quite a few smart technological solutions that make the stay more convenient.
Logistics and Rooms: A big plus for the smooth and convenient arrival process. Even though we didn't get our room immediately, the hotel allows you to start using all the services and facilities right away. The same applies to departure—if you have a late flight, you can continue to enjoy your vacation fully. Furthermore, there is a real possibility to extend your room stay for an extra fee, which is an absolute lifesaver when traveling with toddlers. The rooms themselves were spacious, tidy, and cleaned daily.
Water Activities and Kids' Areas: The infrastructure for children is excellent. The pools are very good, warm, and perfectly adapted for the little ones. The kids' water zones are well-designed, and the water slides are high-quality and safe. We would also like to praise the very good, specially balanced kids' menu in the restaurant.
Cons and Observations:
Kids' Club: While the water zones are great, the activities and programs inside the kids' club (playroom) felt weak. The entertainment lacked creativity and engagement.
Food for Adults: Compared to many other 5-star hotels we have visited, the food seemed average to us. There is plenty of choice, but it lacked a touch of uniqueness.
Sunbed Issue: There is a noticeable issue with finding free sunbeds by the pools and the beach. The management tries to fight guests who reserve sunbeds with towels early in the morning and don't actually use them, but this problem remains highly evident.
Cleanliness in Common Areas: We noticed that the public restrooms around the property were poorly cleaned; this area definitely needs more maintenance.
Guests: Guests from Russia clearly dominate the hotel.
Overall, it was a high-quality and comfortable family vacation. We recommend this hotel to families with children looking for great pools, though the animation program at the kids' club could use some improvement.
Today we were in the patisserie lobby and the lady who served us was Nurƶada. She was very polite, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. I would like to thank Dobedan World Palace for the very good service!
