We had a wonderful stay at TUI Magic Life Belek and would happily return!

If you're looking for a modern luxury resort with extravagant rooms, this may not be the place for you. However, if your idea of a perfect holiday is a welcoming, relaxing, and unpretentious resort where you can truly unwind without paying for unnecessary luxury, then TUI Magic Life Belek is an excellent choice. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and for us, that was more than enough. What really stood out was the atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.

One of the things we loved most about the resort was its layout. Instead of large hotel blocks, the accommodation is arranged in charming two-store buildings surrounded by lush gardens, palm trees, and colorful flowers. The bougainvillea cascading around the buildings and balconies creates such a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere that makes the entire resort feel relaxing and welcoming. The resort is also very animal-friendly, which was a lovely surprise. Our daughter enjoyed petting the friendly cats and was fascinated by the tortoises and even a hedgehog we spotted during our walks around the grounds.

A very special thank you goes to the amazing TUI Entertainment Team. You truly made our holiday unforgettable! In particular, we would like to thank Hannah, Ivo, and Oscar for their energy, kindness, and enthusiasm.

Our 11-year-old daughter looked forward to the activities every single day. From archery, banana boat rides, swimming pool games, and slackline to countless other fun challenges, there was always something new to enjoy. She couldn't stop talking about the entertainment team and everything they had done together, which says it all about how comfortable, included, and happy they made her feel. Seeing her so excited every day was one of the highlights of our holiday.

The entertainment wasn't just fantastic for children. There were plenty of activities for adults throughout the day and lively evening entertainment that created a great atmosphere for everyone. The team did an outstanding job of bringing people together, making guests feel welcome, encouraging everyone to join in, and ensuring there was always a smile on everyone's face.

Thank you to the entire team - OSCAR, IVO, HANNAH, FLEUR, JANIS, PHEEBS, CANSIN, and ALYA- for your joyful spirit, positivity, and genuine hospitality. You helped create memories that our family will cherish for a long time. We can't wait to come back!

Just returned from this beautiful hotel and gardens. All the staff are amazing and friendly. The food was fantastic and varied.My husband and I loved the setting on the private beach . We were blown away by the beautiful gardens. Thank you and we will be returning.

Dear TUI Magic Life Belek, Well what can we say, we have just returned from our seventh visit and yet again we have been treated like royalty. The hotel grounds remain beautiful and peaceful and are a credit to the gardens team. The food, as always, both in the Magico and Levante, was of a very high standard and we have, as usual, gained the weight to prove it. The guest services manager Coskun and his amazing team were especially attentive and could not do enough for us, making us feel like VIPs. Special shout outs to Emir, Erin and Tatiana who went over and above to meet our needs, including ensuring we were safely boarded on our transfer. Our room maid, Zeynep, provided excellent service and ensured that some minor room issues were dealt with promptly and resolved. She would look out for us each day just to say hello. Yet again Savas and Muslum treated us like members of their family and their hospitality and care were second to none. We love them dearly.Additionally, Eren Can and Melek at the Wunderbar, Adem at the Oasis Beach Bar and Onur at the coffee shop were shining examples of great customer service, consistently greeting with a smile and polite words every visit. Although we did not travel with our grandchildren this time, we were remembered by the MyMo team, who work extremely hard to entertain the children, and they frequently stopped to chat with us. Our holiday would not be complete without our interactions with the legend that is Kivi. Over the years that we have been visiting we have built a special bond and we feel he is integral to our enjoyment. Although we rarely take part in activities Kivi still takes time to check in with us and make sure we are having a great time. We appreciate that there is a greater number of staff who contribute to making sure we have a fantastic time, and we appreciate each and every one of them for doing so. We are very much looking forward to rebooking for our 8th visit next year and will eagerly anticipate meeting some old friends again.
