⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Amazing Stay!

We have just returned from an incredible 10 day stay at the Susesi Hotel, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

A huge thank you to our personal butler, Memet, who made our stay so special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so kind, attentive and always happy to help with anything we asked. His English was excellent, which made everything so easy, and he was a real credit to the hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with fantastic facilities, great food, lovely pools and friendly staff throughout. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived until the day we left.

We arrived at the hotel on June 19 at 11:30 PM. A young lady at the reception assisted us with the room allocation and offered each of us a drink, both for the adults and for the children. After the room allocation, we were invited to a late dinner. The standard rooms are large and spacious, perfectly suitable for a family with two children. We had a large king-size bed (approximately 2x3 meters) and a sofa. The minibar was fully stocked with still water, sparkling water, various soft drinks from the Coca-Cola range, Tuborg Gold beer, juices for children, and jelly candies. The room also included a TV, an electric kettle, and coffee. In the bathroom, there were towels for all four of us, along with shower gel, shampoo, soap, and everything else you would expect to find in a hotel room. We then went down for the late dinner, where we were pleasantly surprised to find a wide variety of dishes available even at 12:30 AM. The hotel is wonderful. The beach is beautiful, with fine sand and a gentle entrance into the sea, making it ideal for families with children. There were four rows of sun loungers, but we never had any difficulty finding available ones, even though we were three families traveling with children. There was also a beach bar serving drinks throughout the day. The hotel features three large swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers available around them. In addition, there were two poolside bars offering a wide selection of drinks, as well as snacks served between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. The food was excellent and very diverse. In addition to the regular daily selection, each evening featured a themed dinner, offering an even wider variety of dishes to choose from. There was always an abundance of options available, ensuring that everyone could find something to their taste. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. On the contrary, there are several aspects that deserve special praise. The waiters were incredible. This was the first vacation where, both in the main restaurant and at the pool bars, the staff would come to your table and bring you whatever drinks you wanted without having to go and get them yourself. The beverage selection was also excellent. They served Carlsberg beer and the full range of Coca-Cola soft drinks. It was actually the first resort I have visited in Turkey where the bartenders knew how to make a Hugo cocktail properly—and it was genuinely very good. In addition to the beer, I also tried the gin selection, which allowed guests to choose between Gordon’s, classic Beefeater, and Beefeater Pink. All my respect and appreciation go to the hotel staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness played a major role in making our stay truly enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire resort. The rooms were spotless, the restaurants were always well-maintained, and, most impressively, the restrooms near the pools and the beach were consistently clean at all times of the day. It was clear that hygiene and maintenance were a priority for the hotel staff, as everything was kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. This attention to detail contributed greatly to the overall comfort and quality of our holiday experience.
