Sherwood Dreams Resort

​We just returned from an amazing family vacation at Sherwood Dreams Resort, and it exceeded all our expectations!

​The Hotel & Rooms: The resort itself is beautifully maintained. A huge shoutout to the cleaning team and the gardeners, who work tirelessly to keep the entire hotel and grounds cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. Our rooms were wonderfully spacious, giving the family plenty of breathing room, and the mini-fridge was topped up with fresh drinks every single day without fail.

​The Pools & Water Parks: The resort is a paradise for water lovers. The massive swimming pools were incredible, and the kids absolutely loved the dedicated water park. There were also plenty of bigger, thrilling slides for the adults and older kids to enjoy, keeping everyone entertained all day long.

​Food & Drinks: The private beach is pristine, offering out-of-this-world views. We loved the food, especially the freshly made-to-order omelettes in the morning. For lunch, the hotel offers a fantastic pizza restaurant which we really enjoyed, and there is also a lovely coffee shop with delicious cakes for a sweet treat. Eating at the à la carte restaurant with direct views of the ocean was a real pleasure. We also noticed that the drinks menu had been updated since our last visit, featuring a fantastic mix of both modern cocktails and old-fashioned favorites.

​The Service & Guest Relations (The Real Highlight): What truly sets this resort apart is the staff—they provide some of the best service I have ever experienced. We didn't actually need Guest Relations because we never encountered a single issue, but their proactive care was amazing.

Baris, the Guest Relations Manager, sat down for a coffee with me in the morning just to ensure we had everything we needed. We also spoke with

Nazria and Aidana to let them know we were having a lovely time, and they were so incredibly cheerful and happy to help with anything. ​Other extraordinary team members made our trip unforgettable:

​Mehmet (Snack bar & main restaurant): An absolute star. He worked tirelessly, and by the evenings, he would already have our drinks waiting on the table. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. ​Evren (Beach & lobby bars): As an early riser, I was so grateful for Evren. He knew my routine and would have my iced lattes ready for me every single morning. ​Ella (Lobby & beach bars): Always smiling, Ella brought so much positive energy and warmth to the room whenever she was working. ​Erol: On our first day, when the roller-skating staff were on a well-deserved day off, Erol went above and beyond to make sure we had the lay of the land and personally brought drinks right to our loungers. ​Abdullah: An absolute legend! He zoomed around the pool areas on roller skates, making sure we always had a refreshment top-up with amazing efficiency and a great attitude.

​This was a flawless family holiday. We cannot thank the team enough and we will definitely be back!

This is a lovely hotel, rooms are nice and modern, pool area nice with enough sunbeds if you were there before 9am, bar and restaurant staff very helpful and good selection of additional food places to eat during the day. However, we didn’t get off to a good start with reception, we arrived over 2 hours late due to flight delays and just wanted to get to bed, we were on one booking with 4 adults and 2 young children and had previously requested 2 rooms next to each other, only to discover we were 3 floors apart, when we mentioned this to the reception staff the guy told us they were full and we were lucky to be in the same building! There were various other families on our floor who had obviously been placed together, so wouldn’t have been unreasonable to expect this. When customer relations asked for feedback one day I told them about our experience, I had to speak it into the phone so that it could be translated as their english is not very good, after speaking to me she then proceeded to go over to the guy at reception walk him across to the bar and point over at me obviously telling him what I had said, very unprofessional. The à la carte Italian restaurant was not worth going to we all had to go to the buffet restaurant after it as we were starving, starters were soup which was lovely however the tiniest plate of soup I have ever had, then ravioli for main course which was 2 pieces of ravioli. Late checkout was refused due to the hotel being busy, however a lot of flights are late flights, for a 5 star hotel not to be able to work out how to offer this is disappointing and made our last day a bit stressful.
