Review Title: Absolutely shocking – Not a 5-star hotel. Misleading reps and terrible service!
Review Body:Do not waste your money coming here. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel—at best, it is a dated 3-star property that is in desperate need of a complete update. Furthermore, the hotel primarily caters to Russian, German, and Turkish guests, with almost nothing offered or accommodated for English-speaking travelers. The animation and entertainment teams were absolutely rubbish.To make matters worse, the local MTS/loveholidays travel representative (Selçuk Ayaz) is a total rip-off merchant. He sold us an excursion to The Land of Legends, pitching it as a special birthday offer. He explicitly told us we would get the travel for free because of my birthday and promised us there would be a massive show to watch.When we got there last night, there was absolutely no show. He completely failed to inform us it wasn't happening. We were left stranded at the park, not knowing what to do, with no Wi-Fi and absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone for help.When we finally confronted the representative to complain, he dismissively told us "it's tough." He changed his story, claiming the nonexistent show was the free part and that we actually had to pay for the transport. We only went on this trip because of his direct recommendation and false promises.Save your hard-earned money and book somewhere else. The service is terrible, the hotel is dated, and the representatives cannot be trusted.

Hotel and Resort at Bozankent/Belek at Antalia region for a wonderful vacation. SPECIAL THANKS TO the ENTERTAINMENT TEAM. They kept us entertained and engaged all the time with Aquabic, water sports, pool parties and ZUMBA 💙🩵❤️♥️🦋🦋🦋😍🙏🙏🙏
Worst place ever
To be honest the worst place I’ve stayed in, the staff don’t understand what you want, language is an issue where no one speaks English. Food is catered for Eastern Europe people whom eat meat, not much vegetarian food available. Staff unhelpful. Would not recommend this place again.

Atmosphere great. Day time activities very good. Staff very nice people. Pool lovely. Food and drinks good. All staff very friendly. Plenty of room around the pool and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed 🩷
