Great Family time
As the time has come to pack our bags and say bye bye to Rixos Premium Belek now till we come again next time. The stay was quite nice expect some minor things which we experienced in the starting but Thanks to the management who took the note of the things and resolved them and made our stay comfortable. Most of our time, we spent on the beach ( Cabana 6) and Mr Sebastian who looks after the services was wonderful and cheerful all the time and Mr. Ulugbek made sure that we have everything at place and every 10-15 minutes was asking if we need anything. So big thank you to you guys. And big thanks to Mr. Deepak, chef from the Indian buffet for his tasty and delicious Indian meals. So over all the stay was excellent and we spent a good family time and will definitely come back in future.

I will never go there again
Its the worst experience ever My kids didnt like it at all The service is very bad, the staff are not happy and not giving us what we need The room is very small and no place to set, no chair or sofa And when I ask for anything immediately they will reply unfortunately we cant do it No place for the kids to play in the resort, they have to go to the land of legend to play Even the land of legend, the kids couldn't play at all, we have to spend hours in the line to play one game There is more and more to say but I dont have time We paid too much to enjoy but my money gone for nothing We waisted our holiday this year

Check in and check out times wasn’t explained, demanded us out the room after checking in at 5am they said that counts as one day previous ! Then we left the room for our luggae to remain in there for another 7 hours
Exceptional and recommended
My husband, two daughters and I had a truly lovely week at Rixos Premium Belek. Deluxe room with sea view was modern, very spacious and we loved that our 8-test old daughter had a real bed (not a sofa bed) which meant great comfort for her too. Buffet Restaurant (Turquoise) has a large selection of food options, truly all one can think of and to suit different dietary needs and tastes. We’ve tried all À la carte restaurants, our favourite was Mykorini (staff went above and beyond creating a superb and lively Greek atmosphere with singing and dancing with guests. The desserts were also exceptional), followed by Piazzeta (the Italian), Akşam (the Turkish but more steak house concept than pure traditional Turkish) then the Z’asya (Asian). In all restaurants, the staff’s welcome and professionalism was outstanding. They all welcome guests with a smile and show genuine care while delivering their service. The only recommendation we would make is to reduce use of plastic water bottles, opting for glass for example. The hotel is already well engaged in sustainability and that’s a hugely important thing.
