Rixos Premium Belek

I like staying in Rixos hotels, they keep a certain quality and standard. Belek resort is the calmest I stayed in, which suits me. I do not have anything I could complain about or point as a flaw. Cleanliness is immaculate. Food is very good, especially in the à la cartes, buffet leaves the room for improvement (service! Oh there’s a lot of training needed for the newly hired Asian staff). À la cartes managers are something else, they truly know their job, they’ll do everything to satisfy you; I especially mean People’s and Greek, what a great professionals and kind men. Pools are lovely but a little bit of sunbed wars. Pool bar was my fave, day and night. Hotel terrain is absolutely gorgeous, with loads of green, walking paths, beautiful scenery. Room spacious and bed extremely comfy. I spent a lovely peaceful time. To the hotel management: please, pay attention on how the waiters during night parties behave. They cannot approach female guests despite a clear „no”. I want to shout out to Tania who served at Shisha bar, such a lovely, sweet girl. The night entertainment show called Symphony if I am not mistaken, that was something! A full range, regular concert with several artists singing and a variety of music styles - I had a blast and so much fun listening to it.

We booked Rixos on the promise of all the things we had seen on social media, it's high ratings and reviews. And I can confidently say it lived up to the hype. The resort is very extensive and is beautifully over the top from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. I'm a person who is very big on cleanliness and honestly it was spotless. The cleaning staff do am amazing job considering the size of the resort and the number of people. What is unique about the resort is the holiday assistants dedicated to you when you arrive. We had a WhatsApp chat going with them and they were able to assist us with all our queries and it delivers the personal touch which is really special. At the start of our stay we had Mediya and Emine who were just the kindest and most loveliest members of the team. We had a slight issue with a brief power outage in our room and they were dealing with it and providing us with updates. They do daily check ins to see if there is anything to improve or deal with. Honestly it is a really lovely service provided by Rixos. During our stay we were very kindly upgraded to a club prive villa. This was on our 25th wedding anniversary. My husband and children were so honoured and grateful. It was the most luxurious treat ever. Here we had new holiday assistants..Deniz and Mariem.. again they were just brilliant. They organised us moving over and our welcome to the club resort. It was like something out of a dream. Both of them were very quick to respond and treated us so well. They even arranged for our room to be decorated and we had a special cake with our dinneretc. Such a treat. The food and drinks are lovely. You honestly get your choice of premium drinks... and they are made by really good bartenders. The choice of bars are amazing with something for everyone. We loved the lounge bar as the female bartender there is really talented and it had a lovely relaxed vibe. Beach bar is great for a more upbeat evening. Again the staff are very attentive and you get snacks with drinks.. whether it is fruit and crisps nuts etc. The sports bar is great. Amazing to watch the football from and great staff. In terms of food.... where to start. The choice of a la carte restaurants are impressive. We tried every one and loved them all. The best entertainment is at the Mykorini greek place. Just feels very authentic with the outdoor seating and greek theme. The Z'asya pan asian had the loveliest food.. sushi and dimsum were yum.. Great staff and service as well. We loved the Italian as well.. Great tasting food... pasta was delicious and fresh and the best tiramisu!!! And lastly the steak. It is an impressive restaurant but feel like the steak options could be better. The starters we had were delicious and the pomme puree was so good! Peoples restaurant was my kids favourite to go to all the time. Having Godiva and Starbucks at the resort was just a bonus bonus. What a treat on options to have. We were honoured as we were upgraded to be able to go to the club house for food and wow.. if you can choose to stay at the club prive.. do it!! The access to 24 hour private restaurant was out of this world! The food the wine the staff just so good!!!! The fact that you can use a private beach club as well as cabana for the day with waiter service was real VIP treatment. Almost forgot to mention the sports centre and list of activities included. I took part in zumba and pilates. It was brilliant and the gym was outstanding. Highly recommend taking part! If i have any criticism it would be in terms of the main buffet restaurant.. the food options were good but customers were allowed to push in if they spoke the local language. So not much order is in place. But that was literally all I could criticise. Thank you to the management for making our holiday so special!!
