The hotel is super amazing with service at the most highest level, the rooms are amazingly and house keeping is again at the best of service, The exclusive sports academy is amazing and they offer the best help , support and classes which I’ve never seen before, miss Eylul ZUHAL the teacher is amazing and a great tutor who motivates everyone and the super smile of miss Eylul motivates me to join her classes at the exclusive sports academy .

Amazing Rixos Premium. It was a fantastic hotel, the staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless. Comfortable bed. Great WiFi, bathroom spacious with fab toiletries. The buffet was fantastic, so much variety. We visited all the à la carte restaurants which were amazing. We couldn't find one thing we didn't like. Entertainment for all. Beach and pool service fantastic. So much fun for all. Five star service! If you want great atmosphere then visit the Rixos.

We’ve just returned from 10 nights at Rixos Premium Belek in late September with our 5-year-old and absolutely adored it. We would return without hesitation - our only regret was not staying longer!

Rooms & service

We were incredibly lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom room after politely enquiring before travelling. The room was spacious, modern, fresh and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping were fantastic, the minibar was replenished daily and there was always plenty of bottled water.

The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, but our WhatsApp assistants, Mediyah and Emine, deserve a special mention. They were brilliant from start to finish and genuinely helped make our holiday.

Our son is an extremely fussy eater and they went above and beyond to accommodate him, even arranging food from restaurants we weren’t dining in. When he discovered he loved the chicken noodles from Z’Asya, the chef made portions especially for him on other evenings and our assistants arranged for them to be brought to us.

They also arranged a lovely bottle of wine and food platter for our room as a one-off gesture and offered to prepare lunch boxes for our journey home - which we foolishly declined and regretted at Antalya Airport!

Food & restaurants

The food is outstanding. Turquoise buffet is enormous, with a fantastic selection of meats, Turkish dishes, salads, fruit, breads, cheeses, sauces, sushi and more. It was always busy enough to have a nice atmosphere but never felt chaotic, and we never struggled to find a table.

For parents of extremely fussy eaters, I would recommend bringing a couple of familiar things from home. There was plain pasta on the children’s buffet, so we brought our son’s usual pesto to mix through it. Some of the children’s meat/fish options weren’t things he would recognise or eat. This isn’t a criticism of the hotel - the overall choice is phenomenal - but it’s worth knowing if you have a child with a particularly restricted diet.

We tried all of the à la carte restaurants and Z’Asya was our favourite by far. The sushi was fantastic, as were the gyozas, and the Korean chicken wings are an absolute must! We loved it so much that the hotel kindly arranged for us to return on our final evening.

The daytime food court was also excellent. The jacket potatoes in particular were amazing, along with kebabs, chicken doner, noodles, salads, fruit, waffles and pancakes.

Drinks felt genuinely premium, with branded spirits and very good cocktails - especially the Aperol Spritz!

Pools, beach & grounds

The pools are fantastic and, amazingly, there were no sunbed wars. Some days we didn’t arrive until around midday and could still find a Bali bed.

Our favourite was the slightly quieter pool near the show centre. The Bali beds were extremely comfortable, the service was excellent and you could still hear the chilled music from the beach bar.

Fresh towels are freely available throughout the day, with no towel cards or limits. There are QR codes around the pool areas for drinks, and staff regularly come around to clear bins and check on guests.

The beach is sandy and the sea was lovely and warm, although not particularly clear or blue during our stay. We actually spent far more time around the pools simply because we loved them so much.

The entire resort is beautifully maintained and, despite its size, never felt crowded. Be prepared to walk - we regularly did 10,000-20,000 steps a day exploring the resort!

Kids Club & entertainment

Rixy Kids Club has fantastic facilities, including indoor and outdoor areas, pools, water slides and activities throughout the day. The teen area also looked brilliant, with games consoles, TVs, snooker and plenty to do.

Our only slight issue was that we travelled outside the main English school holidays and there weren’t many English-speaking children. We also didn’t encounter any native-English-speaking staff. Their English was perfectly good from an adult perspective, but our 5-year-old sometimes struggled with the accents, so he wasn’t as comfortable being left there as he has been at more British-focused kids’ clubs.

That’s very specific to our child and timing, though. The club itself felt incredibly safe, clean and well organised.

The evening entertainment was one of our favourite things about Rixos. There were proper productions with acrobatics, magicians and other shows, followed by a great atmosphere around the beach bar with DJs and live music.

The Irish Bar is also lovely if you want somewhere quieter and more comfortable for a drink, and it’s great for watching sport.

Land of Legends

The complimentary Land of Legends access was very straightforward, with regular shuttle buses and wristbands provided on arrival.

We didn’t personally love it as much as we expected, mainly because we only had our 5-year-old with us and therefore couldn’t make the most of the bigger attractions. He enjoyed the Paw Patrol and SpongeBob areas, while we all enjoyed the Star Trek simulator and dolphin show. I think families with older children/teenagers would get much more from it.

Spa & facilities

The spa is beautiful and my partner really enjoyed the sauna. One warning - the indoor spa pool was absolutely freezing during our stay! I had expected a warm indoor pool and couldn’t bring myself to get in.

There’s also a lovely peaceful adults-only outdoor pool with a swim-up bar.

Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the resort.

Weather

Late September was perfect for us, generally around 29-32°C during the day and approximately 20-22°C in the evenings. We only had around three hours of rain during the entire 10-night stay.

Departure

The hotel continued looking after us right until we left. We were kindly given a complimentary late checkout until 2pm, porters collected and stored our luggage, we could access it whenever necessary, and I used the spa showers to freshen up before our transfer.

One tip for anyone flying from Antalya: accept the hotel’s offer of a packed lunch! The airport was extremely busy when we travelled and we paid £44 for three small baguettes while rushing to our gate.

Overall

Rixos Premium Belek manages to work brilliantly for families, couples and groups because you can find both lively and peaceful areas throughout the resort.

The food, pools, entertainment, cleanliness and facilities were all fantastic, but the service was what really stood out. The way the team accommodated our son’s needs made a huge difference to our holiday.
