Excellent holiday for a 10 year anniversary, myself and my wife was treated in a exceptional way as soon as we walked in by Polina, she made the experience very personal with a few special surprises that went beyond expections creating a exceptional experience. Seyma from guest relations also gave a great experience with various options on how to make the experience extra special.

Very nice hotel with plenty of attractions for children. Very good service—special thanks to Seyma, who welcomed us to the hotel and showed us to our room and the Nikos restaurant team—it was delicious and very pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel.
Perfect holiday
Regnum Carya en Regnum the Crown are the most perfect hotels for us. As a couple you can choose for relax places but also for entertainment places. And even in july you have places every were, without to put a towel early in the morning.
The food is in every restaurant perfect. To book a la cartes, never a problem.
Alia is our most favorite place. They serve you with a smile and with pleasure. Cafer is the perfect chef.
But its like that at all places.
Other names that deserves extra attention: Melissa and Oksana from guestrelations, Ela from the bar in the Crown, Ibrahim from Alia, Ilhan from the bar, Filiz and Pınar as the chefs, Buse as life guard , the skating men at the adults pool, al the girls at the front from every restaurant. And for sure, we forgot people.
Its our second home here.
Never we will find a place like here.

Best vacation
I had the most amazing family holiday , I have been going there for five years and each year it does not disappoint. The Alacart restaurant especially Nikos entertainment, live music and food was very good. Alia gave us very good service each time and waiters and management were very friendly . Our hotel room was very comfortable and very clean each day and night. The location of our hotel was amazing and breathtaking views . The hotel was good value for what you got. I would like to say thank you to Adnan for always being there when needed. Also a thank you to Berk, Yaşar , Recep for the entertainment.
