This resort boasts a magnificent setting close to Belek. The resort is set on a sprawling sandy beach, just a short distance away from a myriad of attractions. The complex is serviced by public transport links, as well as a taxi rank, offering ease of access to other areas to be discovered and explored. This spectacular resort is sure to surpass all expectations. The guest rooms are luxuriously appointed, exuding classical elegance and sophistication. Guests can enjoy a round of golf on the resort's course, which was designed by Peter Thomson. An extensive choice of first-class facilities and services are available for guests' use. Guests are assured of a truly unrivalled experience, rich in comfort and convenience, at this sublime hotel.
This was our 4th stay at Regnum Carya (2015, 2019, 2025, and now), so we’ve seen how the hotel has changed over the years.
There are still many things we love about this hotel. The nature is beautiful, the grounds are very well maintained, and the sports facilities are excellent. The tennis and padel courts are some of the best, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The buggy and shuttle service is much better than last year, and the Regnum Assistant on WhatsApp is one of the best services they offer. They reply almost instantly and are always helpful.
At the same time, I feel that since Regnum Crown opened, the quality at Carya has gone down. The food is not as tasty as it used to be, hygiene doesn’t feel at the same level, and the service is no longer as polished or special as I remember from our earlier visits.
One of the main reasons we kept coming back was the entertainment. Regnum used to have amazing parties, but during our 10-day stay this year there wasn’t a single party, only evening shows. That was a big disappointment.
Room cleaning could also be much better. It doesn’t feel as detailed as it used to.
When we first stayed here in 2015 and again in 2019, Regnum Carya really gave us that ultra-luxury feeling. Every part of the experience felt special. Unfortunately, I don’t get that same feeling anymore.
The one thing I really like is that guests can use both hotels and all of their restaurants and facilities. After spending time at Crown, it’s hard not to notice the difference. The food, service and overall quality there feel a level above Carya.
Regnum Carya is still a beautiful hotel, and we’ll probably come back. I just hope they bring back the quality and attention to detail that made this hotel stand out years ago.
Perfect hotel nice staff. Very good food
This was our second year in a row at Regnum Carya. Although I have stayed at several similar hotels in Belek, I have to say that this is by far the best.
The entire resort is very family-friendly, especially Aqualantis and the other entertainment areas. The food caters to all tastes and offers an excellent variety.
Last year, we had to wait four hours to check in because we arrived early. Since it was our first stay, we did not know what we could do while waiting. The reception staff simply told us to wait, without giving us an estimated check-in time or suggesting that we use the restaurants or resort facilities. After asking several times, we were eventually told that we could go and have something to eat. This year, however, the check-in process was completed within minutes, so perhaps we were lucky. Better coordination between the hotel and the travel agencies regarding arrival and check-in times would be very helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms was as expected. We experienced a few very minor issues that are not worth mentioning, and they were resolved promptly.
Overall, we had a great experience during both stays and would highly recommend the hotel. The value for money is definitely there, around 90% in our opinion. With a few improvements, it could easily become 100%.
There are only a few areas that could be improved:
Since The Crown opened, it seems that the same number of buses is now shared between the two hotels. As a result, the waiting time appears to be much longer than it was last year. Please consider increasing the number of buses.
We stayed in the villas, and last year we tried to rent a buggy for our entire stay but were unable to get one. This year, we managed to rent one for the final three days, but only after visiting the concierge approximately three times a day.
We were told that buggies could not be reserved and that there was no waiting list. Please consider introducing a reservation system and prioritizing villa guests, as they generally need buggies more than guests staying in the main hotel buildings.
Ideally, guests should be able to reserve a buggy before arrival. I would gladly book one by email for our entire stay next year. If advance buggy reservations become possible, we would seriously consider staying at The Crown next time.
Walking long distances with a child while staying in the villas can be difficult, especially when you may also need to wait 15 minutes or longer for a bus just to reach another area of the resort.
The concierge service could also be improved. One member of staff was very helpful, took my WhatsApp number, and eventually helped us rent a buggy. However, some of the other concierge staff came across as dismissive and slightly arrogant.
At times, it felt as though we were bothering them simply by asking a question. On one occasion, I said that I wanted to rent a buggy and asked when the next one would become available. The concierge corrected me by saying that it was not free of charge, even though I had clearly said that I wanted to rent it, and then simply told me that none were available.
Having to return three times a day was frustrating, especially since this was a paid service and the staff did not seem interested in helping us find a solution.
The same issue applies to the à la carte restaurant reservations. Although almost everything else was excellent, being unable to book a single à la carte restaurant during an eight-day stay was disappointing.
Please consider creating proper reservation and waiting-list systems for both buggies and restaurants. Information about these systems should also be shared with travel agencies so that guests know what must be booked in advance.
These are only suggestions, and I sincerely hope the hotel considers them, as they would make an already excellent experience even better.
Regnum Carya is still, in our opinion, the best hotel in Belek. We were not disappointed when we returned this year, and we are already planning to come back next year, possibly to stay at The Crown.
We are currently in this horrible hotel, room 2352!!!! Nothing worse has ever happened in my life than paying that kind of money for a vacation and being treated like that. If I had to choose between going here or to Maxx Royal, I'd rather go to Maxx Royal! I will never come here again. I'll start from the beginning: we were put in a dirty room, I'm sorry, of course, but when you can see dust in clumps all over the floor and trash everywhere in the room upon check-in, that's too much! The light in the hallway was broken, it was flickering, after the flight we had to deal with it, wait for the engineers, and watch all this repair work. I generally wanted to rest, but oh well. The water in the sink doesn't come out at all, I said once, twice, and they still did nothing. My mother, daughter, and I checked into the room, and the beds are for 3 people, we had one bath towel and one toothbrush. Are you kidding me?! I called today and they brought me ONE toothbrush AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! TWO towels!!!!!!!! By the time we leave, we're finally going to get THREE towels in the room?!?!!!??! There's no toothpaste at all! They didn't put anything for the child, oh and the best thing is, you can't ask them to clean the room, they'll give you a very serious answer at the call center! Cleaning starts from 10:00 to 16:00! We'll clean it when we can!!!!!!!!! I won't even mention the dirty toilets on the beach. I have nothing bad to say about the kitchen, the food is normal, except for the Chinese soup. Have you tried it yourself?! Disgusting hotel! I'm counting the days until my departure. Спасибо вам за испорченный отдых!!!!!!!!!!!
We had lunch at the Alia beach club and the food was divine. Muhammad’s service was top notch. Will definitely be back again.
