This exclusive beach hotel is located directly on the beach. Belek is about 5 kms away. There is a minibus that runs twice a day to Antalya and once a day to Side. The airport is 35 kms away. Opened in 2002, this hotel includes a total of 338 rooms. Each of them is tastefully furnished with modern amenities and Internet access. The hotel offers access to various shops, a bar, a nightclub, an auditorium, a games room, an air-conditioned main restaurant with non-smoking area, and a number of à la carte restaurants. Additionally, a conference room, a public Internet terminal, car park, playground and a kid's club are available. The hotel has two swimming pools with a children's pools, sauna, hammam and a gym. It also offers various water sports. Guests can join the aerobics and archery classes.

Returning stay at Papillon Zeugma
We have been returning to Papillon Zeugma for the past 10 years, and during all these years we have always appreciated the consistently high standard of service, cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the rooms, beach and public areas, as well as the quality of the entertainment and evening programmes.
I would especially like to mention Kadir, Emel and our favourite animator, Teena, who once again did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A big thank you to all three of them!
Unfortunately, during this stay we encountered an exceptionally large number of very young children – something we had never experienced during any of our previous visits over the past 10 years. I believe the hotel should reconsider using the word “Relaxury” in its marketing, because being surrounded by loudly screaming young children does not really contribute to a relaxing holiday.
The designated 16+ areas unfortunately do not prevent the noise from reaching these spaces, and the age restrictions are not always strictly respected either. This is a real shame, because the hotel has so much to offer and has traditionally been a place where we could truly relax.
For our next visit, we may therefore consider choosing an adults-only hotel in the area instead.
As for the food, it is adequate, but unfortunately nothing exceptional. In previous years, the selection was more varied, richer and, in our opinion, tastier. Another issue is that the food has often been only lukewarm for approximately the past three years.
The outdoor buffets have also become very much like fast-food outlets, which is another disappointment. In the past, they offered a much better and healthier selection.
Overall, Papillon Zeugma still maintains a high standard in many important areas, which is why we have returned here for so many years. However, some of the changes we have noticed recently are disappointing, particularly for guests who come here specifically for a relaxing holiday.

For me, this place has become more than just a hotel — it has become a second home. Every time I come back, I feel the same joy, the same sense of peace, and the same warmth with which I have always been welcomed.
The people, the atmosphere, and the way we are treated make this place truly special to me. And the Animation Team has a very special place in this whole story. Through their energy, their smiles, and the way they bring people together, friendships are created and moments are shared that you carry in your heart. ❤️
