This exclusive beach hotel is located directly on the beach. Belek is about 5 kms away. There is a minibus that runs twice a day to Antalya and once a day to Side. The airport is 35 kms away. Opened in 2002, this hotel includes a total of 338 rooms. Each of them is tastefully furnished with modern amenities and Internet access. The hotel offers access to various shops, a bar, a nightclub, an auditorium, a games room, an air-conditioned main restaurant with non-smoking area, and a number of à la carte restaurants. Additionally, a conference room, a public Internet terminal, car park, playground and a kid's club are available. The hotel has two swimming pools with a children's pools, sauna, hammam and a gym. It also offers various water sports. Guests can join the aerobics and archery classes.
We have stayed at all three Papillon hotels within the past year. Zeugma is clearly the newest and visually the most luxurious of them all. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and comfortable, and the hotel itself makes a very good first impression.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to that impression.
One disappointment was the food. For a hotel of this level, both the quality and variety felt underwhelming. The selection changed very little during our stay, and the food was generally not particularly enjoyable in terms of taste. More importantly, both I and our two-year-old son had stomach problems during the holiday, which significantly affected our stay.
Service and communication were another major weak point. Many staff members seemed to speak primarily Russian (Russian is primary language of the hotel, expect Zdravstvujte instead of Hello), while some clearly struggled with English. This would not necessarily be a problem on its own, but it directly affected the service. In the restaurants, even simple requests were often misunderstood. For example, when we ordered four glasses of water, one beer, and a straw, we received three glasses of water, no beer, and spoons instead. Combined with the generally disorganised service, it made the restaurant experience frustrating and far below what we would expect from a luxury resort.
To be fair, the hotel is new, nice and has a big potential for improvement. I suggest to management to visit Papillon Ayscha to speed up the learning.
Compared with the other Papillon hotels we visited recently, and with our previous experiences in Turkey overall, Zeugma was unfortunately the weakest experience.

After 20 years in Turkiye and lot of hotels,this is a first time that one hotel is better than my previous visit in this hotel 4 years ago.They improved almost everything,exelent service and customer care in whole hotel is almost perfect,much better than I think it will be.Hotel is clean that it can only be compared with the best hotels in Turkiye.After heavy disappointments in Rixos sungait(loud,bad service and relations with customer) and Reinesans (filthy,bad service)in last 2 years,this hotel gives me hope that you can still find a hotel that is on the level we deserve.Just keep going and dont worry
I love this hotel. It is super luxury and everyone is really professionell. A big and huge shoutout to the Animation Team which is doing a great job in making our holidays even more enjoyable. Specially i would like to highlight here Tina and Stephan. They are super engaged friendly and I love to participate with them. Coming back soon.
Currently staying at this hotel only one word can describe our stay so far and that is superb.
We had a room in the main building, room is spacious for a family of 3.
Room comprised of a double bed. A single bed and a large sofa. Balcony a bit small but we have not really sat out in balcony. Mini bar restocked every day and room cleaned every day.
Guest relations at check in were amazing and welcome drink of champagne was a lovely touch.
The food and drink selection is excellent with a wide variety of choices throughout the day. A big thanks to Hakan in the food court for your kindness every day. The staff in the pool bar fabulous and nothing too much trouble for them. Sima our drinks server on roller skate you are superb and always smiling and so helpful.
The ents team are amazing with family activities throughout the day. You can never to bored at this hotel. Daytime and nighttime activities and shows 1st class. A special mention to Tina your passion for your job shows and you are a credit to the Papillon name. Timur for being so welcoming and making the games so fun and engaging. Yana superb relationship with guests. and really friendly. Thanks for learning us to play Boccia.
Hotel areas all spotless and cleaned regularly. 1st class hotel which definitely deserves 5 stars.
