A fantastic stay for our family of 4. Great food and facilities. We stayed at the end of May.
There are always sun beds in the pool or beach area regardless what time you want to grab them. The water slides were brilliant for our 6 and 4 year old girls, the pool was the perfect temperature and never too crowded. We absolutely loved our swimming and beach days - the pool, aqua park and beach were the best parts for us! There is a main pool bar and a beach bar, always quick to order cocktails and other drinks can just be picked up such as soft drinks, beers and water. They had a cocktail area set up by the main building bar too. The indoor pool was nice enough but we preferred outside.
The food was great with tons of options but for a 7 day stay a bit more variety in each of the sections daily would have made it much better. We enjoyed most things we ate but our only note is that the dessert section was lacking for us - lots of options but nothing particularly great!
Service was mostly excellent although during breakfast we found it was quite tricky to get someone’s attention to order coffee and coffee queues are sometimes long.
Whilst facilities were great - free table tennis, beach volleyball, exercise sessions, free restock of the room mini bar daily, nightly entertainment, we would say it felt more like a 4 star than 5 star hotel although we are not fussy so we were very pleased with it all!
Kids club was another one of the highlights - staff and activities daily were just amazing and varied! We grabbed sunbeds right outside / within eyesight each time they went for an hour or two to watch the girls as anyone could just walk in and out.
The kids night disco was only 20-25 mins long though and pretty much the same each night (apart from the first night when they met some Zootopia mascots!), lots of songs were not in English although the girls still loved it! There was other entertainment a couple of nights after like kids karaoke and mini fair but started very late so the girls missed most of these!
It’s a little far from any shops or main areas although there isn’t much need to leave, the shopping centre inside is handy for emergency stuff (we needed insect repellent which we forgot and mosquito bites were rife!) but very expensive so watch out. There is a massive golf course right next door which looked fab if you are into that.
When we booked we were told we would get one à la carte meal free in the week but upon arrival were told it would actually cost us 30 euros. There are a few activities that came at an extra cost but this was always very clear and we didn’t need to avail most of these with the facilities already available.
The room was big and comfortable and cleaned well daily but you don’t get sun from most of the balconies because of how the building is situated. Didn’t bother us as we were always out.
Overall we had a wonderful time and we would recommend it to any family as we felt it was great value for money!
Absolutely excellent hotel. Could not be faulted. We'd been to Zeugma and Belville so wanted to complete the trilogy in Belek. I think this is the best of the three hotels. For us, two 50 somethings...... Food top notch. A la cartes something else. Go very hungry. Daily restaurant had many choices. Bars have many and varied drinks and they will make what you ask for. All imported varieties of spirits. Entertainment wise and varied. Special parties on Saturdays. White Night and the Pier Party. Shower room available on or last day free of charge was excellent. Spa was excellent. Had three mixed massages by Pink, an amazing lady with a superb skill. Trips available to book via reps but we used trip advisor to get cheaper. Kids clubs looked brilliant and really well and safely staffed. Sitting by the pool or on the beach or on the pier, drinks service is available. Free mini bar in rooms. Brilliant. Feel free to dm if questions. We booked side sea view but got full sea view without requesting.
It was the most perfect hotel i have ever been on great employes, great room, great food, just what I imagined:)
Best moments of year, best place, best kitchen, thanks to the entertainer Nyazif. 5 stars! With love from RUSSIAN
We come here with my mom all the time — love this hotel! Compact, clean, green, great animation for kids and adults, shows every night. Ultra all-inclusive at its best. Totally recommend!
