Constructed on an area measuring 120,000 m2, this spacious 5-star holiday village has an Ottoman-Selcuk architectural style and is ideal for families with children. The complex consists of a main building and 2-3 floored club buildings. Located close to Belek on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, the complex features a large sandy beach with a sun-bathing jetty. Public transport and a taxi rank are available at the hotel entrance. For golf lovers there is a golf course opposite the hotel. (Some facilities may not be operational year round due to weather/seasonal conditions).

Not so great.
Megasaray Club Belek certainly knows how to make beautiful promotional videos. Unfortunately, our actual experience was very different.
We arrived at around 10:00 AM. Our room was not ready, which is understandable, and we were told it would be ready between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. We finally received it at 2:15 PM.
Considering we had booked a SWIM-UP room, the condition was disappointing. The shower head holder was loose and wobbly, while the shower hose looked more like a garden hose from a cheap motel and leaked almost as much water as came through the shower head.
The handle on the door leading from the pool into the room appeared to have been fixed with self-tapping screws and was completely loose. The TV stopped responding to the remote after we tried to change channels, making it impossible to watch football, and cables were visibly sticking out from behind it.
Looking at the room and its maintenance alone, I would struggle to rate it above two stars. Does anyone from management actually inspect these rooms before giving them to guests?
More seriously, while my wife was drinking a cocktail at the bar by the sea terrace, she nearly swallowed a PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS that was inside her drink. This is a genuine safety issue that could have resulted in serious injury.
At the same bar, most of the ceiling fans were not working – only two out of six or eight seemed to be operating.
The most frustrating experience came at checkout. We were told to pay €90 for à la carte restaurant visits. We had originally booked three restaurants, but CANCELLED one and only visited two. The first à la carte visit was also supposed to be complimentary.
I explained this to the receptionist and showed him our WhatsApp conversation proving that one reservation had been cancelled. He showed little interest in resolving the issue, kept insisting on his version and was unpleasant and dismissive. So we paid.
Later, the hotel contacted us and admitted THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE.
Their solution? COME BACK TO THE HOTEL for a refund because I had to physically present the payment card. By then, we were already at the airport waiting for our flight home.
Perhaps bank transfers or other modern refund methods have not yet reached Megasaray Club Belek.
Mistakes happen. What matters is how a hotel handles them. Here, the hotel made the mistake, yet solving it somehow became our problem.
There were positive aspects. Most of the staff were genuinely friendly and pleasant, apart from the receptionist mentioned above and one bartender. The food was good, and the resort grounds are large.
However, the hotel seems heavily focused on families with children. I found it strange to see very young children sitting with their parents in bars around midnight, surrounded by people drinking alcohol and smoking.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the place either. There was almost constant noise from somewhere near the tennis courts, plus petrol-powered utility vehicles or “tractors” regularly driven around the resort by employees.
Considering the condition of an expensive swim-up room, poor maintenance, broken glass in a drink, noise, the incorrect €90 charge and how it was handled, the price-to-quality ratio simply does not make sense.
Megasaray Club Belek looks fantastic in its advertising, but producing a luxury-looking promotional video is clearly easier than consistently delivering a luxury hotel experience.
Based on our stay, I would not recommend it.

Best of all
Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the beach and facilities were fantastic. The staff were very friendly, helpful, from the entertainment specially Dilan and entertainment team professional, and the night show and activities was perfect and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and there was always something to do. Overall, everything was perfect but the coffeehouse their should do better and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation. I will definitely come back again!

Birthday + Anniversary Celebration
Very good property and amazing guest relation. Had a few requests that was out of scope and they went above and beyond to cater to them.
The cleaner was also very good and would come and go to make sure they don't disturb us.
Reception was also great and they helped us with a few issues regarding late checkout.
Highly recommend!
Fantastic All Inclusive Family Hotel
What an excellent hotel. This hotel has everything we wanted for total relaxation. We arrived in the small hours and were pleased to find that from 10pm until 7am when the main buffet opens, there is an area providing snacks like pizza and drinks. So effectively you can eat or drink any time 24 hours. The buffet was outstanding, there was so much choice and such nice surprises. For example fresh salmon on the breakfast buffet, fruits, egg station, soups, a huge selection of olives to try out, lots of cooked choices at every meal and an outside seating area if you didn't want to be indoors with aircon. As I am vegetarian/avoiding wheat, I asked for help with choices, most of the main choices are labelled for dietary needs and I was invited to request anything I wanted made for me - I had a gluten free pizza and a gluten free pasta made for me. There was plenty of choice throughout the week and even a gluten free area with bread/cakes/desserts. The salads were on the buffet for every meal, really good with fresh herbs, fruit and veg, cheeses and meats. There is a huge cake and bread area at every meal too. There are themed restaurants but we didn't try them as the buffet had so much on offer.
The grounds are well landscaped, clean and easy access for disabled (lifts to rooms). The ampitheatre offers very good entertainment (a 'circus' of acrobats and contortionists was a nice surprise). It was so nice to have open air bars around the pools with music/band playing - and especially nice to have a quiet bar at the pier open at night until late.
We had a nice room with balcony in block K which got afternoon sun, a well stocked fridge, powerful hot shower and daily cleaning. Plenty of storage and mirrors/sockets/hairdryer/tv.
We had a cabana for a day - it was a lovely experience with a safe, fridge, service of fruit, food and drink from the all inclusive. We don't drink champagne so declined but were offered as complimentary).
Theres a very good coffee 'shop' which is part of the AI package, it has an outside seating area, open during the evening with candlelit tables - such a nice touch.
The pools are clean and safe. We liked the Relax Pool best although some folk did hog the sunbeds and not use them all day until late afternoon! The main pool had activities, we joined in some water games and also the pool foam party which was fun and well organised (safe for all). There is another large pool with a huge bar which we also enjoyed. We were impressed that there were life guards on duty at the two main pools and on the beach. The beach was crowded and sunbeds were hard to find unless you went early morning. I think some people put down towels and didn't use the sunbeds, maybe this could be monitored. The sea was calm and safe for children.
The hotel has its own waterpark area with slides, a games room and kids club - we didn't experience these but could see others were enjoying themselves .
We took a 10 minute bus ride to the nearest town for souvenirs although the hotel has adequate shops we wanted to explore, there is very little outside but everything you could possibly want is on hand within the hotel complex.
It is an unusual and pleasant surprise to find brand name drinks on offer in an all inclusive and we enjoyed some nice cocktails.
Also were surprised to find brand name icecreams in a help yourself freezer at the pool and a lady cycling round with a chilled branded icecream service (ie. cornetto).
Lots of fridges around the hotel with help yourself bottles of water access 24 hours.
Only one towel station which is at the beach front - could do with an additional towel station near the pools.
My husband invented his own cocktail: he's called it the Megasaray Nicespresso: made with espresso coffee/milk/kalua/coffee liquer ice and a scoop of icecream!
The staff are all very friendly and attentive, especially the animation team, guest relations (to pass on dietary needs, print boarding passes, give general info).
To sum up, there's something here for everyone and Megasaray Belek exceeded our expectations, we would love to return.
