Every thing was so nice every single staff treated us so nicely,the food was another level and the shows were so nice. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is that the pools are 32 degrees and it is not refreshing if it could be like 25 or 27 it would be a 5/5

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly enjoyed every single day. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly attitude and excellent service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the food offered plenty of variety and tasted great throughout our stay. The real highlight of this hotel is the entertainment team. They bring so much energy and enthusiasm every day without ever being pushy. There were fun activities around the pool, sports, games, and something happening all day long for guests of all ages. Every evening there was a different show, and we were genuinely impressed by the quality. The live music, themed parties, and professional performances created a fantastic atmosphere and gave us something to look forward to every night. A big thank you to the entertainment team for making our holiday so enjoyable. Their friendliness, positive attitude, and ability to involve everyone made a huge difference to our experience. We have stayed in many all-inclusive resorts over the years, but this one really stood out. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and everything was well organized.
