- Megasaray Club Belek

Constructed on an area measuring 120,000 m2, this spacious 5-star holiday village has an Ottoman-Selcuk architectural style and is ideal for families with children. The complex consists of a main building and 2-3 floored club buildings. Located close to Belek on Turkey's Mediterranean coast, the complex features a large sandy beach with a sun-bathing jetty. Public transport and a taxi rank are available at the hotel entrance. For golf lovers there is a golf course opposite the hotel. (Some facilities may not be operational year round due to weather/seasonal conditions).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
"We just wrapped up our holiday in Antalya, and staying at Megasaray was hands down the best decision we made. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything was top-tier. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, the snacks and drinks were excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. What truly sets Megasaray apart is the staff—everyone goes above and beyond with a genuine smile. I would name every team member individually, but the list would be way too long! Having visited many 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive resorts before, Megasaray is easily a cut above the rest. You won't need to worry about a single thing here. Highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Antalya!"
The stay was amazing, and the food experience was amazing! Also the shows were great; every day was new experience! Suitable for adults and children and families!
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Not 5-star quality at all.
Arrived at 2am to be given the wrong room. Couldn’t unpack as we’d have to move again the next day.
The hotel looks good on paper but close up its tired; old and run down.
Parasols don’t open and stay open properly; there’s scuff marks all over walls and doors. Paint work is chipping, even part of the floor tiles broke off on the swim up platform next door.
Flys everywhere in the main restaurant with minimal air conditioning.
There was a strong sewage smell on near block E which we’d have to pass to get to the main building / restaurant
Strong sewage smell in the drains in the sinks in our rooms (we had interconnecting swim up rooms)
My side of the room / bed smelt like strong urine. Carpet in my room looked like it had seen better days. It could do with a good wash with a Bissell or a Vax carpet cleaning machine.
Staff are over stretched; there is not enough of them to cover 2000+ guests for 660+ rooms.
Soft drinks were flat and not chilled when served and glasses were regularly dirty. Most of the time we ended up serving ourselves.
Food was bland and repetitive. Not much variety and the meat tasted like it hadn’t been washed before cooking (if you know, you know). On this basis we didn’t bother using the Ala carte restaurants.
Too many people in the dining area at once.
Staff need customer service training as it seems like it is too much trouble to get served
Main pool was overcrowded, not enough sunbeds and parasols. We went pretty much every day after breakfast and no sunbeds or paroles available at the main pool.
Looked like if you spoke the local language, or if you were German or Russian you were looked after a bit better.
Mini bar was full of the same repetitive dead-beat crisps and choc chip rolls and branded cans of drinks like Fanta, Coke Sprite that tasted like knock offs.
On the whole, this place was overcrowded, dirty, not enough serving staff in the main restaurant, pretty much non-existent air conditioning in the main restaurant, pools were hot and in the heat of 36-42 degrees Celsius you needed the pools to be cool.
On the plus side, the daily evening shows were great. Although the room cleaning ladies didn’t speak English, they were great and did a good job Beach was very good although would have appreciated a drinks service rather than having to leave the kids to get drinks
I personally would not recommend this place and will not be coming back.
Just spent a fantastic week with the family at this all inclusive hotel. Food was non stop. Plenty of choice. Entertainment was non stop. Harun who was very friendly and the team made it so much fun along with the water park. Plenty of sun beds even on the beach there was plenty of beds and umbrellas. Can’t find any negatives.
