Amazing kids club and great staff
Amazing vacation, delicious food and helpful staff. Thanks a lot to Regina from kids club (and whole team as well). We’ve found everything needed and wanted in Maxxi Land 😍✨
Service on a whole new level
Wonderful hotel and service, with even more wonderful staff! I have never experienced service like this before! Our assistants/butlers Ufuk and Onur were awesome! They did everything to make my sons 10th birthday unforgettable! Great food, only quality drinks, and canned and bottled soft drinks at the bars!

Such a disappointment!
I just came to Maxx Royal from Cullinan and prior to Cullinan my family stayed at NG Phaselis. I must say I am quite shocked with the experience at Maxx Royal during my first day.
- When the taxi arrived, no help was provided at the front of the hotel to offload the luggage from the taxi. I heard the service in Maxx Royal was amazing. But I was shocked that the person at the front door was standing looking at his papers rather than rushing to help with the luggage.
- The rooms are incredibly old when it comes to the design and renovation. Everything is so outdated and looks horrible. It creates an impression of very unclean and unsanitary environment. It looks like a cheap 2 star motel. To share more, the rooms are extremely small. There is no room to walk between the table and the bed, that’s how small the rooms are. Please refer to the image attached.
- One of the main reasons I decided to try Maxx Royal was the food. I must say I was very disappointed to find only watermelon, figs, oranges, bananas and a few more types. To compare, in Cullinan there is a wide range of exciting fruit provided such as maracuya, dragon fruit, mango, a wide selection of berries such as blackberries/blueberries, etc. Dessert choice is very limited (maybe 10 options), while Cullinan and NG Phaselis offer 20-30.
- There was no beach bags provider in the room. When asked, there was one bag given for a family of 4 adults. The quality is quite poor.
- No kids supplies were provided upon check-in. No toothpaste, shower gel. To compare, Cullinan provides 2 kits per day.
- Cullinan provides luxury Bulgari shower suppliers, while Maxx Royal seems to be saving $ on de Parma supplies.
I would never recommend Maxx Royal. I paid $1580/night and it is much much more inferior experience than Cullinan or NG Phaselis for the same price range. I am beyond disappointed with the experience. It does not match luxury 5-star experience in any dimension 💔

As a repeat guest, I appreciate that Maxx Royal continues to deliver a consistently high level of service across the entire resort.
This season, there was a visible improvement in the restaurants and bars—specifically regarding food quality and speed of service, which felt sharper and more refined than before. Throughout the property, the staff remains genuinely pleasant, courteous, and attentive.
Special credit goes to our Maxx Assistants, Ahmet and Anastasiia, whose responsive communication and dedicated support ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the stay.
A reliable, excellently managed resort that continues to meet expectations.

What a place. If you do not enjoy this hotel the problem is not them it is you. They have thought of everything.
