Definitely NOT 5 stars.
Awful . Definitely not 5 star , barely 3 star! Air conditioning did work , complained multiple times but ignored . Rude staff if you’re English ! Reception staff disgusting attitude on checking in and out. Main restaurant is like a canteen and zero manners ! Children literally everywhere screaming. Avoid !

Lovely hotel with great staff
Took about 40 minutes in a private transfer from the airport to hotel. Was greeted warmly but had to help ourselves to a welcome drink. Check in was good was allocated a lovely room with a nice view. Did email the hotel prior to visit as I required a walk in shower which thankfully I was allocated. Room was a good size with a plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely big shower. The housekeeper was excellent often having lovely towel art.
Have to say the staff are excellent nothing too much trouble. Lots of different t bars to visit and always welcomed with a lovely smile. Lots of pools and sunbeds don’t have to get up early to get one around the pools or on the beach. We hired a cabana on the pier for 2 days which was worth every penny the service was excellent nothing was too much trouble.
The main restaurant gets very busy with lots of kids running around but we always managed to get a table. The food is good but after 5 days it did get a bit samey. Would have liked to use the Italian restaurant but didn’t want to pay the supplement to me it should have been included. The Indian restaurant is included but only get a choice of 2 choices. Didn’t try the fish of Turkish restaurant.
The snack bars have the usual burgers chips pizza etc which were all fine. Loved the sandwich rolls. The coffee shop has loads of different cakes and desserts which were lovely wished is stayed open for longer.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend but wouldn’t go back as too repetitive for us.

Big beachfront resort
We have just returned from 8 nights at the resort. I would say this is more 4star than 5. Wifi good. Bus outside the main gate for 1.50euro into the town which runs every 30 minutes. Our room was fine- nothing fancy but clean and had a mini safe and bar fridge. The bed only has a thin "throw" we would have liked a blanket too. Aircon and fan in the room. We travelled with our family and emailed months before to ask if they could put us near to one another. When we arrived we discovered we are in separate blocks. The indoor pool is a nice facility would be nice if it was heated. The jacuzzis outside are cold water. Staff battled to speak English. Some of the shows were great. Lots of pool loungers which was great. The pier is a great place to relax and dive into the sea. Pools are great and the kids enjoyed the slides. Beach area is kept nice and clean. The buffet area gets really really busy in the mornings and evenings. Staff in the buffet area are very friendly. Lots of German guests seem to visit this resort. The south african band " the unforgettables" were great. Overall a nice holiday.

Deeply disappointed, especially considering that I had emailed the resort before we made our booking specifically to ask about the food options for children. Baby food jars? The same ones every single day. Breakfast? Exactly the same all 7 days. Lunch? Nuggets, onion rings, fries and spaghetti — every single day, day after day. Seriously, what parent would feed their child that three times a day? Fried hot dogs? OMG. Regardless of the children’s ages, I think I saw a maximum of two kids actually eating from that buffet. There were also a lot of spiders in the rooms, and we had to call ourselves to get our towels changed. Cat hair everywhere. Definitely not a 5-star experience.
Wonderful staff
Had a very good time here, first impressions we thought the hotel was a little bit dated and need of an upgrade but only in the hotel rooms however, drinks were good, food was fine, à la carte restaurants were very good, and the staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble they all looked smart and clean and well mannered. They are a credit to the hotel chain including Maria guest relations manager.
