Wonderful hotel
We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it more. We stayed for 9 nights in a Lagoon room which was incredible! The hotel has the perfect mix of being able to relax but also having lots of activities to do while you stay. My husband and sons played golf every morning as the hotel has its own golf course. All the staff were lovely and helpful. As we were staying in a Lagoon room we could eat at the Lagoon restaurant. Our waiter, Ahmet, was fantastic! He made our holiday even more special. We will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience ever after visiting antalya for 6 years
We booked a duplex room in this hotel. The room and all duplex rooms had smoke and humidity smells. Our kids were struggling to stay for 5 mins.
We waited in the lobby for 6 hours and when they found a downgrade for us the duty manager was extremely rude to ask us to take the smelly room or cancel the reservation.

Sixth Stay at Kaya Palazzo – Still Absolutely Incredible!
We’ve just returned home from another amazing stay at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, and once again it was absolutely incredible. This was our sixth visit, and there is a reason we keep coming back year after year and even have booked another week in August this year!
Everything was amazing as always. The food was lovely with so much choice, the drinks were great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff really make this hotel what it is everyone is so welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.
A special thank you to Rida, who was so lovely and would walk around checking in on everyone, making sure guests were okay and happy. It was such a nice personal touch and really made a difference.
We’d also like to thank Ramazan on the pier/beach, who was one of the cleaners and was so kind and friendly every morning. He would always pass us towels and was just such a lovely person. The bar staff were also amazing and always made us feel looked after.
We were also very grateful for the room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special.
Other than that, we honestly couldn’t fault anything. Thank you to everyone at Kaya Palazzo for another unforgettable holiday we can’t wait to return again.
Good food, drinks and room size
We were a group of 11- 4 adults and 7 kids. We visit turkey yearly and thought would try kaya this year based on feedback from family and friends who had visited previously. Pleased with the room size which was spacious. Food was delicious and great quality and did not get repetitive. Drinks were in glass bottles and lovely selection of ice cream. Loved the patisserie and spent a lot of time chilling there and the staff were amazing.
Some niggly bits were the bar at the pool would prioritise other guests over kids when kids would go to the bar to get drinks and ended up waiting ages and similarly the street food would do the same at times . However when an adult went over they quickly responded quickly.
The guys on the rollerskates were great getting drinks but a few times we were ignored by one of the girls.
Housekeeping were spot on and went out of their way.
The whattsapp chat we had with our assistants was amazing and they dealt with all our queries and needs promptly. Also there was a lovely man who always went round asking if we were ok and having a lovely holiday. He was the only one who did and was lovely. Sorry didn’t get his name.
Overall had a nice time and would recommend the hotel.
