The vacation at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort in Belek was, without a doubt, one of those experiences that stay with you long after returning home. Right from our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to suite 1216—featuring a terrace and a pool—located on the first floor of the main building. The check-in process, handled promptly as early as 8:00 AM, allowed us to immediately settle into the holiday mood. Fresh fruit, champagne, and traditional sweets welcomed us into a space where attention to detail is evident from the very first moment. Everything is easily accessible, yet nothing feels crowded. The gardens are impeccably maintained, and the Mediterranean vegetation creates a stunning backdrop that perfectly complements the resort's atmosphere. The dining experience deserves special mention. The main restaurant is a true showcase of abundance, variety, and attention to detail. The culinary selection is impressive, featuring a wide range of dishes—both traditional and international—including hot and cold appetizers, cheeses, cooked and grilled specialties (beef, lamb, fish, seafood, and shellfish), salads, diet-friendly meals, baby food, gluten-free options, and dishes suitable for diabetics. The fruit is available fresh, dried, or candied, and a selection of nuts and seeds rounds out this impressive offering. The hearth oven is a real highlight, where traditional Turkish specialties like börek and gözleme—as well as pizza and pita—are prepared right on the spot. Whenever we inquired about gluten-free menu options or products, we were met with constant care, helpfulness, and kindness; this level of attention transforms a very good resort into a place where you feel truly welcome and respected. Special thanks go to Mr. Subik from the main restaurant, as well as Mr. Maruf and Umit, for their attentiveness and kindness. During our two-week stay, the amphitheater shows captivated us with their creativity and surprising elements, ranging from contemporary and traditional dance to ballet, acrobatics, and even motorcycle stunts. Equally enjoyable were the evenings featuring live bands, café-concerts, DJs, and musical groups that enlivened the areas in front of the à la carte restaurants. The diverse program ensured that every evening was unique and full of atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience. We were once again convinced that a successful vacation depends largely on interactions with people—on their warmth, care, and attentiveness.
