Innvista Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Innvista Belek. The hotel is very pleasant, with delicious and varied food that offers something for everyone. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. A special thank you to DiLan, she made our stay even more enjoyable with exceptional kindness and professionalism.

Every evening featured a different and fantastic entertainment show, which made each night special and memorable.

We only had one issue during our stay. Although we had booked a Family Suite, we were initially given a smaller room. We reported the problem to the reception, and the next day they moved us to the correct room. It was a bit inconvenient, but fortunately the issue was resolved quite quickly, and we appreciated their prompt response.

We recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

Had a fantastic family holiday at Innvista Hotel Belek.

The location is right next door to land of legends which is a great theme park/water park for a day out. 5 mins shuttle to the beach as well. Room was great, i expected a room with a double bed and a couple of pull out beds next to it but it was a very spacious 2 bedroom room which was a good surprise.

The restaurant was good with varied selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. At busy times could be a bit chaotic though and some queue jumping could be frustrating. Plenty of snacks avaiable throughtout with ice cream and ice lollies available at pool bars and a gozleme tent. Plenty of different drink choices at the hotel bars. At busier times the hotel could maybe do with an additional body behind the bars though but generally service was good. Pools were fantastic with a mix of more relaxing options and the aqua park area with slides for the kids. Plenty of sunbeds as well and never had trouble getting them at different points of the day.

Hotel cleanliness was generally very good and rooms cleaned everyay but one small thing is that sometimes the outside tables and sunbeds had food left on them and were left for a while so maybe a few more bins around would encourage people to bin their rubbish.

My kids absolutely loved the mini club and the staff there were brilliant. From day one they made us feel very welcome and get to know us personally, which meant my kids wanted to go every day to get involved with the daily activities which were always planned and organised well. Extra special thanks to Berrin, Irem, Madina, Dinara and Ons who made the kids time extra special at mini club. They were both really sad to leave. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday.
