We had a wonderful family holiday at Güral Premier Belek and overall we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is especially great for families with children and there is so much to do that the kids were never bored.

The water slides and aquapark were definitely one of the highlights. The children absolutely loved them! The hotel has a fantastic selection of slides and pools, and there was always something to keep them entertained.

I would especially like to mention the gentleman who organised the darts games. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was fantastic with the children. He organised really fun darts games twice a day and made the kids feel involved and excited. He was genuinely great with children and deserves special recognition. The food was very tasty and varied. There was a lot of choice and we enjoyed the meals throughout our stay. The only disappointment for us was the seafood selection. The fish, prawns and other seafood were generally either quite bland or overcooked, so this was one area where we expected a little more.

The evening entertainment for children was excellent. There were magic shows, a children's festival, circus performers and many other activities. The children especially loved the Oktoberfest fireworks – the fireworks show was absolutely huge and very impressive!

The hotel grounds are beautiful, large, very green and well planned. There are lovely wide areas to walk around, and the large swimming pools were great. As adults, we particularly enjoyed the river pool – it was probably our favourite place to relax. We also really enjoyed the drinks and premium ice creams around the pool area. The Mövenpick ice cream at the patisserie was especially delicious. And if you like good coffee, I recommend getting it from one of the bars downstairs by the pools – the coffee there was surprisingly good. Coffee was actually quite ok everywhere.

One thing that really needs improvement is the housekeeping and towels. We stayed in a Family Deluxe room with six people, but the housekeeping staff repeatedly left only four towels for six guests. It was especially inconvenient after spending a long day at the pool and beach, when you come back to your room before dinner, only to discover that there are again only four towels for six people. One day we specifically stopped a member of housekeeping to explain the situation. Usually, we were already at the pool with the children by the time the room was serviced, so it was difficult to address it every day.

The children's water-slide pool could also be a little warmer. Unfortunately, during the first three days of our stay the weather was cooler and the water in this particular pool became quite cold. A slightly warmer temperature would make the children's aquapark even better.

We also used the hotel photographer for a family photo session, and we were very happy with the experience. The photographer was excellent with children, the session was quick and well organised, and we received some really beautiful family photos. Definitely something I would recommend to other families.

On cooler and rainy days, we also spent some time in the spa, which was a lovely area. The indoor pool was very pleasant and we especially enjoyed the salt room, with its warm and comfortable heated chairs – a really relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the water in the large hot tubs was cold during our stay. It was not really possible to enjoy them as hot tubs, and we noticed that hardly anyone was actually sitting in them. This would definitely be something worth improving, especially on cooler days.

Overall, we had a great family holiday and would happily return. The combination of the huge green grounds, fantastic aquapark, good food, entertainment and the amount of activities for children makes this a very good choice for a family holiday. With a few small improvements – especially the towel situation and the temperature of some of the water – it would be even better.
