The holiday village is located on a long stretch of coastline east of the city of Antalya and is approximately 1 km from Belek, the golfing centre of Turkey. Local transport is available from in front of the hotel with links to nearby towns and villages. Various restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots are to be found some 1.2 km from the hotel. This large holiday village with spacious grounds backs onto a long, sandy beach. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom, services available to guests at this 450-room air-conditioned beach hotel include a hairdressing salon, bar, disco, games room, TV lounge and a restaurant. All rooms come with a private bathroom. A balcony is a further standard feature.
Our Experience at Güral Premier Belek
We stayed at Güral Premier Belek with our family at the end of May 2026. The hotel has beautiful grounds, excellent food, and many facilities for families. Unfortunately, one serious incident completely changed our impression of our holiday.
On May 27, at approximately 10:00 a.m., we left our child at the Kids Club under the supervision of the hotel staff. About 30–40 minutes later, I returned to pick him up and found him crying on the playground. We were not informed that any accident had occurred.
Over the following two days, our child continued to complain of pain. After visiting the hotel’s medical center, an ambulance transported him to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed two fractures of the left collarbone.
As parents, we were very disappointed that no one informed us about the incident when it happened. We requested an explanation and asked that any relevant CCTV footage be preserved, but we did not receive a clear explanation before leaving the hotel.
Because of this incident, we spent an entire day in the hospital instead of enjoying our vacation, and the rest of our holiday was overshadowed by our child’s injury and recovery.
I am not claiming to know exactly how the injury happened because I did not witness the accident myself. However, I believe parents have the right to expect proper supervision in a children’s club and to be informed immediately if their child is injured.
Our son is now recovering, and we sincerely hope he will make a full recovery.
I am sharing our experience so that other families traveling with children can make an informed decision.
We spent a wonderfup week with my family in this resort. Kids enjoyed the aquapark which is the best here, and the all day food selection. I could join the yoga class every morning by the sea with one of the most charming lady, our yoga instructor from animation Seval.
Here’s a full detailed review of this hotel. As someone who has been to Belek more than 10 times and experienced several 5-star hotels, I will be comparing Güral Premier to better hotels in the region (like Kaya Palazzo or Voyage Belek) and equal hotels (Gloria Golf, Granada, etc.).Our check-in was really 0/10. We arrived at 13:00 and the room was not yet ready, which is understandable as check-in, like everywhere, starts at 2 PM. However, what is not acceptable is that at 2 PM the room was still not ready. We said they are obliged to provide the room at that time, as we need to comply with all the hotel rules and pay extra for late check-out, for example. They said 20 more minutes were needed and that we could go eat to kill some time. We didn't agree, as we needed a shower after the trip. At 2:20 PM, the room was still not ready. We took the key card and said we just needed to shower and they could clean up afterwards. So I have no idea when the room would eventually have been ready, but nowhere have I ever had such an experience, not even in a 2-star hotel. And we were not the only ones. Multiple people were still waiting as well.
Negatives:
Positives:
Overall so far: Comparing Güral Premier with top-tier Belek hotels such as Kaya Palazzo or Voyage Belek, it falls short in terms of service, atmosphere, and guest experience. Compared with hotels in a similar category such as Gloria Golf or Granada, there are both strengths and weaknesses. The excellent food, aquapark, and availability of sunbeds are definite positives, but the disappointing check-in experience ruined it for us. Also, last day we asked for a favor and they said its against policy and did’t grant it- it’s not ok that policy counts only for us and not for them, what we asked was really small favor and would have proven their hospitality and this hotel clearly failed in that.
The apartment by the pool where we were met our expectations. The lady at the reception Amra Sogukpinar was very kind and extremely professional, with knowledge of several languages, a great help to the guests. We will definitely come again.
Overall, it’s a great hotel for families with children. The large water park offers plenty of fun and activities for kids.
The food is generally good, but there are often long queues when collecting your meals.
The nightlife, however, is quite limited. Everything closes at 1:00 a.m. Although the hotel advertises a disco bar that stays open until 2:30 a.m., this is not true. There is no disco bar.
Adults can play table tennis, but the lights are turned off at 1:00 a.m., so you can’t even continue playing after that.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
