The holiday village is located on a long stretch of coastline east of the city of Antalya and is approximately 1 km from Belek, the golfing centre of Turkey. Local transport is available from in front of the hotel with links to nearby towns and villages. Various restaurants, bars, pubs and nightspots are to be found some 1.2 km from the hotel. This large holiday village with spacious grounds backs onto a long, sandy beach. In addition to a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out services, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom, services available to guests at this 450-room air-conditioned beach hotel include a hairdressing salon, bar, disco, games room, TV lounge and a restaurant. All rooms come with a private bathroom. A balcony is a further standard feature.
This was our third stay at Güral Premier Belek (I hope we could come again in the future) , and once again we had a really enjoyable time as a family.
We stayed in the incredible Presidential Suite, which was really large, comfortable, and well designed.
Housekeeping team was consistent and did lovely job keeping everything clean and organized through the week, I cannot thank them enough. The hotel grounds were maintained well.
The food was generally good, with plenty of variety, that is Gural Premier Belek's one of the strongest sides . The quality was consistent and there was always something new to enjoy. The staff at the buffer were friendly and helpful, and you could see the grat effort they put in, especially during busy periods.
For families, the hotel continues to be a great choice. My kid became a huge fan of Aquapark. There are plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming.
Overall, our lates visit continued the positive impression, and we would definitely consider come back again.
Thank you all the people of Gural Premier, especially "Yakisikli", who is at the bar.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to report a serious safety incident that occurred in the aquapark at your resort. My son suffered a deep cut under his foot—requiring three stitches—near the bubble zone by the lazy river, caused by a hazardous guardrail fixture or broken tile.
Beyond the exorbitant medical costs (€1,500 at a private clinic), I am deeply appalled by the staff's complete lack of care and follow-up. Despite us providing our room number, names, and passport details, not a single person from the hotel came to check on my son's condition. Furthermore, no staff member attempted to inspect or secure the hazardous area, even though a young girl had cut her hand on the slides the previous day.
This highlights a major maintenance and safety failure, as well as an unacceptable indifference toward your guests. As returning guests of two years, we are extremely disappointed, and this will undoubtedly be our last stay at your resort.
Nice green environment, spacious pools, and a fun aquapark. Plenty of engaging activities for kids, quality food with good variety, and an overall relaxing atmosphere for families.
Really nice location, beach sandy and water not deep at wall Amazing waterparks Best entertainment every day for kids and adults Rooms big and clean Air conditioning 10/10 Good service Food not bad at all but is always room for improvement Bars with all kind of cocktails Plenty swimming pools for everyone and sun beds
I came with my family (wife and two kids 6 and 3). We came early in the morning, like 7-8am.The holel is booked maybe 50%. They made us wait till 14pm with two children because my room "was not ready". I clearly saw how other guests came and received rooms ASAP. Hotel is nice, have expencive look, but have very cheap staff in the reception.
