Exceptional Guest Relations, Beautiful Lake Houses & a Truly Luxury Stay
Having stayed at quite a few of the luxury hotels around Belek over the years, including Ethno, Regnum and Cullinan, we had a good idea of the standard we were hoping for from Ela Excellence. I can happily say it lived up to it!
First and foremost, a huge mention has to go to the Guest Relations team. Mehtap, Aylin and yhe team were amazing from start to finish. They helped us with all of our à la carte reservations, answered anything we wanted to know about the hotel and were always there whenever we needed assistance. More than that though, they were genuinely lovely people. Warm, friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. They made a difference to our holiday and deserve a very special thank you.
We stayed in one of the Lake House rooms and loved it. The room itself was beautiful, the robes were perfect and the views across the water and greenery were stunning. The whole Lake House area has such a relaxing feel to it. Being able to step straight out and swim around the houses was brilliant, and there were even cabanas around the pool area that you could use.
The service around the Lake Houses was excellent too. There are QR codes at the tables for ordering drinks and somehow, within what feels like minutes, the waiters come rollerblading over with your order! A special mention to Youseff, who was a lovely guy and looked after us brilliantly.
Something else we really appreciated about Ela is how green the resort feels. It’s a large hotel, but there are so many trees, shrubs and landscaped areas that it never feels like one huge concrete resort. There are lots of lovely little spaces throughout the grounds and it gives the whole place a much more relaxed atmosphere.
Food was another massive highlight. We tried La Perla Italian, La Salsa Mexican and the Teppanyaki restaurant. Honestly, wow. All three were excellent, but the Teppanyaki experience in particular was fantastic and definitely one of the memorable nights of the holiday.
La Sofa by the beach also became one of our favourite places during the day. Having proper à la carte food and table service right beside the beach was brilliant, and the bar there was great too.
The evenings had a really nice atmosphere. Good DJs, a nice buzz around the hotel without it feeling over the top, and importantly for a hotel at this level, a really good selection of premium branded drinks.
For our final day we booked one of the beach cabanas and it was probably the perfect way to finish the holiday. Having your own space by the beach with service throughout the day, food and drinks brought over and nowhere you needed to be was exactly what we wanted for our last day.
Overall, Ela Excellence absolutely deserves to be considered alongside the other top luxury resorts in Belek. Beautiful surroundings, fantastic Lake Houses, excellent food and drinks and, most importantly, some genuinely wonderful people working there.
A massive thank you again to Guest Relations Team for looking after us so well, and helped make an already brilliant holiday that little bit more special.

Amazing hotel and service
Hotel, facilities, food, kids club, service is extraordinary, staff are very attentive, the app is great Absolutely wonderful for children and young couples Great exercise classes Beach is clean, staff are beyond Mehtap was incredible and took care of us for our whole holiday. We are back next year with friends and family
Relaxing Family Holiday with Fantastic Food, Drinks and Service
4.5 Star Family review! We went as a family of three early in September for 10 nights. Positives
- If your looking for delicious quality food and branded drinks at many restaurants and bars, this hotel is for you!
- Restaurants are free in the daytime for lunch. At night there is a free buffet, kids restaurant and 24 hour restaurant. You do pay a supplement for others, we tried a few and I would say they are worth the extra money. We enjoyed the mexican the most.
- We loved the all inclusive little shops, a nice touch - chocolate, pastries, cakes, coffee, smoothies, milkshakes and ice cream!
- Fantastic service, could not fault
- Amazing kids and teen club, so much to do. Loved the touch of the free teddy and book as a keepsake.
- Pools and slides were great, pools are still warm in September. Weather is perfect, average around 33, ranging from 30 to 36. A nice cool breeze by the sea. Only 1 cloudy day.
- Relaxing daytime activities, I enjoyed the pool mat pilates and darts
- Quiet relaxing atmosphere
- Talented high class shows
- Special attention given for our anniversary, very much appreciated
- Very close to Land of the Legends
- The Spa/Gym - all amazing one of the best we have been too and if you have quiet children they can join too!
- Special mention to Ozcan (Ozzy!), and Urhan (Superman!) they were both super helpful and provided great service and a warm friendly face. Thank you!
Negatives
- The hotel lacks atmosphere, especially in the evening after shows, they may aswell not have a nightclub, no one goes. Some nights the music/band/dj was on with not many people watching/dancing. Not much music by the pools in the day apart from when activities are on. (We are not people who like blaring music all day either). If your happy with watching shows and then going to bed or playing some quiet games this hotel may be for you, perfect if you have young children.
- No upgraded rooms unless you pay almost 2000 euros.
- Not many English speaking children for our son to make friends with
- Sunloungers are not the best, hot metal bits and a gap in the middle. Sunloungers are top quality by the pier and lake houses.
We have also been to Xanadu resort which I would say was more fun and better value for money, however the food here is much better quality and more variety.
I would highly recommend coming here for premium food and drinks, a totally relaxing holiday with lots of daytime activities, and great service.

Outstanding service
Wonderful Stay at Ela Hotel Antalya
We had a wonderful stay at Ela Hotel Antalya. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome.
A special thank you to Mehtap. She was amazing and really cared about us. Every day, she checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Whenever we wanted to see her, she was there for us. She was very kind, helpful, and professional.
The food was incredible, with a great variety of choices. There were also many good options for diabetic guests. One day, I went to the bar and told the staff that I was diabetic. They kindly selected a drink that was suitable for me. I really appreciated their care.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were very nice and friendly. There were no language problems at all because everyone spoke English.
The hotel app was also very helpful. It made it easy to check information and make arrangements during our stay.
We also enjoyed the restaurant options. If we did not want to make a reservation at the other restaurants, we could have lunch at Galata Seafood, La Sofa Turkish, or La Perla Italian.
Mehtap also gave me a very good offer for a spa massage. The massage was excellent, and it was a great experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was incredible. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Ela Hotel. The food, service, cleanliness, staff, and attention to guests were all excellent. We would be very happy to come back again.

Excellent 5 star treat
Our experience at Ela Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, we were struck by the impeccable hospitality, attentive service, and genuine warmth of the staff.
A particular mention must go to Mehtap, whose dedication and thoughtfulness made a real difference to our stay. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, checking on us every day and always being available whenever we needed assistance.
The culinary experience was equally impressive. The food was outstanding, with an extensive variety and excellent choices for guests with dietary requirements. As a diabetic guest, I was particularly impressed by the staff’s attentiveness. When I mentioned my condition at the bar, they immediately recommended a suitable drink.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The service was consistently professional, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and highly accommodating. Communication was effortless, as English was widely spoken throughout the resort.
The hotel app was also extremely convenient and made arranging restaurants and other services much easier. We particularly enjoyed the different dining options, as well as an excellent spa massage that Mehtap helped arrange for us.
Overall, Ela Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of outstanding hospitality, exceptional service, impressive culinary choices, and meticulous attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.
