We have just returned from 11 nights as a family of 5, kids ages 13,10 and our daughter turned 9 on this holiday, what an incredible stay we had. We arrived late at night and were greeted straight away and shown to reception to check In. Once checked in we were seated in reception and were shown how to connect to WiFi ect. We were then offered drinks and chocolate covered strawberry's ,much to the kids delight. The 24hr bistro was open which is right at reception , so we went for something to eat, once done we were shown to our room. The room we had was massive, plenty if space for a family of our size. You get added to a group chat with 2 assistants throughout your stay who update you on the daily / night activities. We had asked one of our assistants Atakan to show us around the grounds which he kindly did which made a huge difference so we knew exactly where everything was. The watermark was brilliant and the kids absolutely loved it, this is where we spent the entire holiday. The pools are very cold, so be prepared lol. There is also morning and afternoon workouts at the pool which I really enjoyed. There is never a need to try hard to find a sunbed as there is so many and it never feels too crowded. Now the servers. Wow these men and woman work so hard and they always have a smile on their face. They get to know your order fast and I must say the strawberry daiquiri are amazing. A massive shout out to Fatih, Ibrahim, these guys made our holiday that bit better. Also shoutout to Beser , we will truly miss you all. At lunch we always ate at the turkish restaurant or Sapore italian, these were incredible, the food absolutely delicious. For dinner the buffet restaurant had so much choice , there really is something for everyone and its all delicious. While there we did dine at a few a la carte restaurants which were extra, we went to Teppanyaki for my daughters 9th birthday and this was amazing, the food was gorgeous and the whole experience was brilliant. We also dined at the Italian and the beef grill. The beef grill was our favourite, the steaks were incredible. As mentioned it was our daughter's 9th birthday while staying here and after a day at the pool we came back to our room which they had put in balloons, a cake, fruit platter and a bed spread saying happy birthday. This really was such a lovely touch and my daughter was so happy when she seen this. The kids loved the kids club and the shows on at the diamond centre at night as did we. There was always something for everyone , although the bar service could be a bit slow here at times, but I think that was down to not having enough servers. This hotel was truly amazing and can I just mention the smell , the smell throughout the hotel was amazing and the whole hotel was spotless. The shop in the hotel is very expensive, I ran out of tampax and had to purchase some more, couldn't believe it when I was charged €30 for a small box.
The housekeeping were brilliant, our room was always cleaned and given fresh towels daily. Whilst staying here I did attend the spa which was amazing, I had a full body massage along with the foam cleaning before hand which was a lovely experience and would highly recommend.
We are already talking about coming back to the hotel in 2028 with more family. Thank you all for an Incredible stay.
