Designed with eco-friendly architecture in mind, the hotel reflects the Mediterranean atmosphere in the interiors with soothing orange tones, rich marble details, decorative elegance and heavenly garden culture.
CULLINAN Belek borders the most beautiful and longest coast of Antalya Belek, the tourism paradise. It has a total area of 170,000 sqm with a total of 600 rooms. It consists of Lagoon rooms, villas, and main building with 8 floors and 8 elevators.
800 m natural sandy private beach with 2 piers.
For early arrivals you can use the “CULLINAN LOUNGE” where you can change clothes, shower, relax and store valuables in the lockers.
If the room wishes to be used on the day of departure, guests can continue to use their room subject to availability and at an additional cost.
The hotel is located 26 km from Antalya Airport, 3 km from Kadriye Shopping Mall, 6 km from Belek Shopping Mall and 36 km from Antalya City Center. It is within walking distance of the CULLINAN LINKS GOLF CLUB, which has 36 holes (9 of which are night-lit) and is the only golf course that runs parallel to the sea and the river.
Our family had a deeply upsetting experience at Cullinan Belek when our young child became seriously unwell during our stay and had to be admitted to hospital in Turkey.
Our child suffered from severe gastrointestinal symptoms, persistent diarrhea, dehydration, raised inflammatory markers, and a fever above 41.5°C. He was placed under medical supervision and prescribed antibiotics.
During the ten days before this happened, our child had been staying inside the resort and had not left the hotel. His symptoms began after using the hotel’s aquapark. I understand that the exact source of an illness can be difficult to prove, but given the timing and circumstances, we expected the hotel to take the situation extremely seriously.
Unfortunately, we felt the hotel’s response was cold, slow, and defensive.
When the hotel suggested there were “no signs of infection,” this was very difficult for us to understand, especially as our child was in hospital, being monitored by doctors, and prescribed antibiotics. At the very least, we expected urgency, empathy, and proper support from a hotel that markets itself as a luxury family resort.
Our request was simple. We asked the hotel to help provide accommodation for a few extra days while our child remained in hospital and doctors did not allow us to fly home.
This was not about getting anything for free. We could have paid for the room ourselves if necessary. The point is that, given the circumstances, we expected the hotel to offer immediate and practical support until our child was discharged from hospital.
Instead, we were kept waiting for hours, passed between people, given vague responses, and told to wait for senior management. We were given an email address rather than meaningful crisis support or direct access to someone with authority.
The hotel did speak to us, but speaking is not the same as supporting a family whose child is in hospital.
For a so-called luxury family resort, the response felt completely inadequate. There was no real urgency, no clear ownership, and no practical help at the moment when we needed it most.
The rooms, pools, and marketing may look impressive, but our experience showed us how the hotel reacts when something serious happens to a child during a stay.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Cullinan Belek to families.
Very nice hotel . I like room, clean and comfortable. Food in restaurants very tasty , thank you all staff. All day my kids spend time in teenage club , they play volleyball, dart and football. also girls who work there very funny . thank you tnt club . Best hotel in Antalya !!!
This hotel completely failed us when our child was hospitalized during our stay.
Our child was admitted to hospital in Turkey with severe gastrointestinal illness, persistent diarrhea, dehydration, inflammatory markers, and a fever above 41.5°C. He was placed under medical supervision and prescribed antibiotics.
For the past ten days, our child had been solely inside this hotel. He did not leave the resort. The illness started after using Cullinan Belek’s aquapark.
So when the hotel tries to dismiss this by saying there were “no signs of infection,” I have one very simple question:
If there were “no signs of infection,” why was a hospitalized child being treated with antibiotics?
Antibiotics are not given like candy. They are normally used when doctors are treating or suspecting bacterial infection or an infectious complication. So either Cullinan believes it knows better than the hospital doctors, or this was just a convenient line to distance itself from responsibility.
What makes this even worse is that our request was very simple.
We asked the hotel to provide accommodation for our family for a few extra days while our child remained in hospital and doctors did not allow us to fly home.
That is it.
We were not asking for luxury. We were not asking for compensation. We were not asking for special treatment. We were asking for basic support while our child was hospitalized during a stay at their resort.
And let me be very clear: we can afford to pay for the accommodation ourselves. This is not about money. We would have paid if needed. The point is that, given the circumstances, the hotel should have immediately taken responsibility and offered a room at least until the child was discharged from hospital.
They did not.
They did not even properly offer a practical solution.
Instead, they kept us waiting for hours, dismissed our requests, hid behind vague wording, and told us to wait for senior management to make a decision.
While our child was in hospital.
They spoke to us, yes. But speaking is not support. Their response was cold, slow, defensive, and useless.
They did not properly check up on us. They did not provide direct access to a senior manager, director, or anyone with actual authority. They gave us an email address. That is not crisis handling. That is hiding behind an inbox.
At one point, their idea of “help” was essentially asking whether we wanted something sent to the cabanas or whether they should arrange a transfer.
A child is in hospital with a fever above 41.5°C, dehydration, diarrhea, inflammation, and antibiotics, and this is the response from a so-called luxury family resort.
Pathetic.
Cullinan had a chance to act like a serious hotel. They could have shown urgency, accountability, and basic humanity.
Instead, they chose delay, deflection, vague emails, and corporate silence.
So now this goes public.
Not because we want sympathy. Not because we want free accommodation. We no longer want anything from them.
We want families, tour operators, travel agents, and future guests to know exactly how Cullinan behaves when something serious happens to a child on their property.
This experience will be shared across Google, TripAdvisor, Booking, Expedia, tour operators, travel communities, and social media. My wife has a large Instagram audience, and people who witnessed what happened will also be able to share what they saw.
Cullinan can hide behind emails internally.
They will not be able to hide publicly.
The rooms may look expensive. The pools may look perfect. The marketing may look polished.
But when our child ended up in hospital, the luxury disappeared instantly.
What was left was cold, defensive, evasive, and shameful.
Cullinan Belek failed completely when it mattered most.
I would never recommend this hotel to any family.

We stayed at Cullinan Belek in October 2025, and it was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Even now, we still talk about it and would love to come back.
From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. Without us asking, the hotel upgraded our room because we were traveling with our adult children. We were given an additional bedroom, which made our stay much more comfortable. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful start to our holiday.
On October 3rd, I celebrated my birthday, and the hotel made it unforgettable. Our bed was beautifully decorated, and we received complimentary champagne and a fruit platter. It was such a lovely surprise and made me feel truly special.
Everything else exceeded our expectations as well. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful grounds, elegant rooms, exceptional cleanliness, delicious and varied food, and outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.
Another great touch was the VIP airport departure service, which made the end of our holiday smooth and stress-free. It’s these little details that make Cullinan Belek stand out.
The most surprising thing was how we felt after returning home. We missed the hotel so much that for days we wished we were back. We have traveled to many places, but Cullinan Belek left a lasting impression on us like no other hotel.
Thank you to the entire Cullinan Belek team for your incredible hospitality and for creating such unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to return, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional vacation.
