Никогда не останавливайтесь в этом отеле! Номер оказался грязным и явно не был убран после предыдущих гостей. Пол липкий,а в туалете капли мочи, а в холодильнике тарелка с недоеденной едой. В комнате неприятный запах.

Кроме того, номер забронирован на четырех человек, но в нем всего три спальных места: одна двуспальная кровать и одна односпальная. Для четвертого человека, 7-летнего ребенка, нет вообще никакого места для сна.

Когда семья обратилась на ресепшен с просьбой заменить номер, им просто ответили, что свободных номеров нет. Никто даже не попытался найти решение или предложить какую-либо альтернативу.

Когда они попросили прислать уборку, персонал не организовал ее. Вместо этого гостей отправили самостоятельно искать сотрудников службы уборки. Это абсолютно недопустимо.

Самое неприятное произошло после звонка менеджеру. Вместо того чтобы разобраться в ситуации и помочь гостям, он просто положил трубку. После этого на повторные звонки он больше не отвечал.

Такого отношения к гостям мы еще не встречали. Грязный номер, отсутствие элементарной гигиены, несоответствие бронированию, полное безразличие персонала и отказ руководства решать проблему — все это делает пребывание в этом отеле крайне неприятным.

Мы никому не рекомендуем этот отель.

Do not stay at this hotel!

My family of four checked into this hotel, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The floor was sticky, there were urine drops on the toilet, and there was a plate with leftover food still sitting in the refrigerator. The room also had an unpleasant smell. It felt like the room had simply been handed over to new guests without any cleaning at all.

To make matters worse, the room was booked for four people, but it only had sleeping space for three—one double bed and one single bed. There was no bed or sleeping arrangement whatsoever for the fourth guest, a 7-year-old child.

When my family went to the front desk and asked for another room, they were simply told that no rooms were available. No one made any effort to find a solution or offer any alternative.

They also requested housekeeping, but no one was sent to clean the room. Instead, the staff told them to go and find the housekeeping staff themselves, which is completely unacceptable.

The most disappointing part was the manager’s behavior. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he simply hung up the phone during the conversation. When I called back, he refused to answer any further calls.

This hotel showed absolutely no concern for its guests. A filthy room, unsanitary conditions, failure to provide the room that was booked, unhelpful staff, and a manager who refused to assist make this one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered.

We absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in…. I’ll start from worst part… hotel bar staff are VERY rude! It’s very much women and children last and men first. Every single time I was stood at a bar multiple men who came after me would be served first! My son was waiting multiple times for an orange juice for 5+ minutes. And when they would serve you they would be very rude. Constantly I would have men who worked at the hotel bump into me and my children because they was too busy chatting and laughing with each other to realise anyone was around them. I will say with the bar staff there was a lovely younger boy who worked in the pool bar under the large slides, I’d say around 18 years old, very kind asked our names, introduced himself and I think that was the only good staff interaction.

Noise level… I think it was just chance I had the loudest people in the room next to us, from when they got there they would be arguing till about 2am with the balcony door open. We also received multiple phone calls to our room phone at around midnight and when we would answer there would be no one on the other end of the phone and it would disturb our children out of sleep.

Food was terrible and not good as a British traveller. I love Turkish food at home but this was warmed up and dry. Same meals every night, every lunch and every breakfast. My daughter lived off bananas and chips all week. When we did try the food to see if it was just us being fussy we had funny stomachs. The chicken place was brilliant first few days, was good for all of us. Coming to end of the week it tasted like it had been cooked in dirty oil.

Also, the tiles by the pool are very slippery and the tiles in bay pool aren’t fitted safely, first day one of my children slipped twice and his elbow was bleeding then his head was, the my other child was stepping out and cut his foot on a loose tile and it was sliced and bleeding.

To top it off there was a child who looked around 4 years old stood crying alone who didn’t speak the same language as me and I watched maybe 3 staff members walk past her, she looked so frightened when I asked if she was ok because she didn’t speak my language I found a lovely guest who helped and talked to her and she was missing her parents, we helped her find them.

Pools was good I would say my children couldn’t stand up as the pools was all over 1 meters high and the children’s pool was up to there ankles so not much middle ground with them but they enjoyed the pools once they got used to not being able to stand up.

Cost of extras… we paid for 15 minutes on the car speed boat which cost £140!!! My partner a kids ended up going around on a normal boat for 30 mins trying to look for a car one that actually worked the first two they tried was broken! And that price you can’t even justify it but we promised them before we came that they could go on it not knowing it would be that much so didn’t have much choice.

My son had a problem with his tongue on the day before we was leaving, it was full of spots and he was crying in agony with it. We asked to see nurse, she took us to nurse and he didn’t even look at it, he didn’t come near him atall. they started speaking to eachother in Turkish (which we don’t speak) and the said it’ll be £140 for doctor to come look at him but I had to make a

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived at Crystal Waterworld, we were made to feel so welcome. Every single member of staff works incredibly hard, constantly looking after guests with a smile on their face from morning until night. Their dedication is amazing, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping our room spotless every single day. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. What truly made this the best hotel we've ever stayed in, though, was the kindness and compassion shown by the reception and guest relations team. During our holiday, we sadly experienced a death in our family, and one of us had to fly home unexpectedly. The staff went completely above and beyond to support us during such a difficult time. They checked in on us regularly, made sure we were okay, and reminded us that if we needed anything at all, we only had to call. Their genuine care and compassion meant more to us than words can express. Travelling with children can sometimes be stressful, but knowing we were surrounded by people who genuinely cared made all the difference. The kindness we experienced here is something we'll never forget, and it's the reason we can honestly say this is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. A huge thank you to every single member of staff for making such a difficult time a little easier. We will always remember your kindness and hope to return in happier circumstances. Crystal Waterworld is a truly exceptional hotel, and we couldn't recommend it more highly. ❤️
