I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the facilities were well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Looking forward to coming back!
Spent a week here July/Aug 24 I'll start with the good points Large complex, great main pool (very big), lovely children's splash park, beautiful lake that leads down to the beach area which is private with another little children's park. Shuttle bus runs from the hotel or you can walk it in around 8 minutes. Loved the patisserie in the bottom of reception. Always air conditioned and serves lovely coffees, cakes and ice-creams. The food was always plentiful in the main restaurant and outside pool bars, although often repetitive there was always something to eat. There is a late restaurant open all night for guests arriving late or early morning. The entertainment was excellent, both for children and adults and we really enjoyed the performances. The hotel grounds are well kept. It has a spa and indoor pool and onsite shop which is resonable Onto the cons..... The room- The aircon unit kept turning itself on and off, it also leaked so badly down the walls and wardrobes (the furniture in the room is ruined because of it. The kettle didn't work and our toilet didn't flush🫣 Had to ask reception 6 or 7 times before they replaced our kettle (which we needed to make baby milk). Took them two days to replace a part for the toilet. Mini bar fridge was cracked and barely worked. We didn't have our room cleaned once in 7 nights. The cleaners always came late afternoon when our children were sleeping. Never came all day whilst everyone was out. The main pool has a few cracked and dangerous tiles missing with gapping holes to fall down which need replacing. They want you to pay 20 euros to use the curtained sun beds 🤦♀️ You have to buy credits to play on the children's fairground part. The rides, games room, bowling, bumper cars are not free and cost us a small fortune over a week. The corridors to the rooms are always filled with food trolleys with dirty plates that attract lots of stray cats.
Overall we had a nice stay but wouldn't return
Nice place to stay with family, especially with kids. Great pools, sea is very close to rooms. Great food. Recommend!
We had a great time for a second time in the hotel. Everything is good here. Close to the spacious beach, lots of food and drinks everywhere. Absolutely friendly staff and animation team. They are caring, smiling and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, mimi bar is restocked daily as well. We like the hotel a lot.
The stay was amazing, beach is clean and there are enough sunbeds for everyone. Food is delicious and the variety is huge. Stuff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and mini fridge is always full.
