Ideal for families with children, this modern furnished hotel consists of 4 buildings and is located on the beach of Belek-Boğazkent, 9 km from the town of Belek, famous for its golf courses. Covering 23,000 m2, the complex features a spacious garden area and a 150m long private beach. Public transport and taxis are available from the hotel entrance providing easy access to nearby places of interest such as the old town and harbour at Antalya and the ancient cities of Perge and Aspendos. It is 50 km from the city centre and 40 km away from the Antalya International Airport. This hotel features spacious and cosy rooms with a mini bar, satellite TV, a work desk and bathroom amenities. The hotel also offers a compact facility which consists of different size of pools and Aqua Park.

My first time in such a poor-quality hotel in Türkiye
The location is good, with shops nearby, though there isn't really anywhere to go for a long walk. The beach is pebbly and the water gets deep quickly—not ideal for children—but the water is clean; the only beach amenity is a mediocre drinks bar. There are plenty of pools and slides for everyone, and finding a sunbed is easy, but it is terribly dirty! Tables and sunbeds are stained with food and aren't cleaned up for the next day. There is a wide range of entertainment activities during the day and in the evening. The staff at the Lagoon bar act as if they are being punished—I know it’s hot, but their attitude was beyond words. The rooms are showing their age; there were unpleasant—even awful—odors, and our room was missed by housekeeping once. Reception staff have poor English skills... An intrusive masseur pestered and annoyed us every day. There are many à la carte restaurants, but without a reservation system, getting a table was difficult; we managed to try the sushi, though, and it was delicious. Unlimited ice cream available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Very nice place and staff
From the first day until the moment we left, we felt genuinely welcomed at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, is very clean, and is a great place for both families and couples. The staff always greeted us with a smile, and every part of the resort was well organized.
One person who deserves special recognition is Mr. Oguz Kotlu. It’s not often you see a hotel manager so present and engaged with guests. He took the time to speak with people, made sure everyone was enjoying their stay, and his positive attitude created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The food offered plenty of variety, the beach was beautiful, and there were always activities to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do.
Thank you to Mr. Oguz Kotlu and the entire Crystal Family Resort & Spa team for making our holiday such a memorable experience. We look forward to visiting again.

His professional attitude, willingness to help, and always positive demeanor made our vacation even more enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt truly welcome from the very beginning. We sincerely appreciate his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Thanks to him, our stay was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations. We would be delighted to return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable holiday.

Excellent hotel with outstanding cuisine and a great entertainment program.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and offers a pleasant atmosphere with good service. We would especially like to thank Mr. Oğuz Kutlu, the hotel manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests. His attention and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some of the waiters seemed a bit slow and not always very proactive. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.
