I really like this "Bellis Deluxe" hotel, here is absolutely interesting things, very delicious meals and people are
We liked everything. It was comfortable, delicious, and beautiful. The hotel is great, clean, and the staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and kind.
Location perfect, food delicious, atmosphere amazing
We stayed in bellis for four nights at the end of june. The property is big but dated and feels old. Our room was small with:
And the worst was that our double bed was actually two small beds sticking together which is funny for a five star resort
Food was good and the most important part was the taste of the food which was really good, but it was almost the same every night and we didn’t see any of the phrase “themed dinner”, just some offering at the beginning of the restaurant and the rest were the same. Also we didn’t not like the vibe of the restaurant, very old and average.
Staff try to be nice but most of them are not and you don’t feel welcome at all. A number of restaurant staff and bartenders are really nice but I think it is their own choice not the hotel training and police since you don’t feel it all around the hotel.
Pool and beach are nice but I expected much cooler and better vibe, they are full of kids jumping around and not giving a moment of peace to anyone else.
But the worst is the crowd, let’s say if you are not a russian you should definitely avoid this hotel because you don’t see one person smiling during your stay.
We first stayed at Bellis Deluxe back in 2025 and absolutely loved it, so for our 2026 holiday there wasn't even a question — we had to return. And honestly? Best decision ever. We didn't regret it for a single second. This place has only gotten better.
We arrived crazy early in the morning, way before check-in time, and braced ourselves for a long wait. But we got incredibly lucky — our room was already prepared, and they checked us in straight away. And here's the real magic: without us even asking, they put us in the exact same room we had last year. The one we fell in love with. Walking in felt like coming home. That kind of personal touch just doesn't happen everywhere.
A few things that really stood out to us this time around as well:
The stables are still a massive plus. My family did horse riding along the beach and on the hotel grounds, and our daughter even had another lesson in the manege. Alexandra was, once again, fantastic — so good with both beginners and nervous riders.
We decided to film a little video clip of our child on the grounds this year, just for ourselves. The staff were incredible. They didn't just leave us to it — they showed us the best hidden spots and suggested what props would work best on camera. It honestly felt like having our own little crew. We also used the professional photo studio again, and the pictures came out stunning as always, true quality.
The kids' club... I don't know what magic they work there, but our child was desperate to go every single day. Non-stop crafts, master classes, active games, and they took the kids horse riding too (extra charge, but totally worth it). I have to name the heroes here: a massive thank you to Aleksandra, Taya, Lola, Nesrin, Marina, Yulia, Darya, Gizem, Dilay, Sude, Dilber and kids club entertainment team's chief - Nataly . You guys are absolute stars. Saying goodbye at the end of the stay was genuinely emotional — our little one didn't want to leave you.
For us adults, the evenings were brilliant. The live shows were impressive and the after-parties were actually fun and went on nice and late. We were there during the World Cup and the hotel went all out — matches on big screens in the conference halls and in the restaurants. The atmosphere was absolutely electric, nothing like your average hotel sports screening.
And I have to mention the staff across the board. The restaurant team at breakfast, lunch and dinner were just incredible — always on top of everything, yet so warm and genuinely friendly, never making you feel rushed. The bartenders, reception, security, cleaners, groundskeepers, technicians — every single person had a smile on their face and kept the place looking flawless. It's rare to see a team that strong from top to bottom, where everyone genuinely seems to care.
Coming back in 2026 was a risk in a way — sometimes returning somewhere doesn't live up to the memory. But Bellis Deluxe actually exceeded what we remembered. We're already talking about next year. Thank you to the whole Bellis family, see you again for sure.
