The most Perfect Experience of my life
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and always very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well every single night. It truly felt like a home away from home.
There are so many different activities throughout the day that it's impossible to get bored. Whether you enjoy sports, games, relaxing by the pool, or trying something new, there is something for everyone. The entertainment team does a fantastic job of keeping guests engaged and having fun.
The staff deserve a special mention because they are simply incredible. Every single person we met was kind, friendly, smiling, and always willing to help (Especially the Blond girl at the reception, but also Samet and Almat are the Best animators eveeer 🫶❤️ ). They go above and beyond to make sure every guest has the best experience possible, and their positive attitude really makes a difference.
The evening shows are absolutely breathtaking. Every night there is a different performance, and the dancers, singers, and performers are so talented. It was one of the highlights of our stay, and we looked forward to it every evening.
The food is also excellent! There is a huge variety of delicious dishes, so everyone can find something they love. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every meal and were impressed by the quality and selection.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Everything—from the rooms and food to the activities, entertainment, and especially the outstanding staff—was perfect. We had an unforgettable vacation and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional holiday!

Staff is really friendly and nice. Hotel is beautifull, but little bit older. Indoor and outdoor of the resort is clean. Food is delicious.

The mini club was super duper! Cansel is very friendly and all the other staff. They are very inviting to all activities and we felt welcome.

We are so thankful for the mini club and the staff there. Berna was very welcoming and helpful. She took a great care of our daughter and patiently led her through all the activities. We appreciate that everyone speaks English and it wasn't a trouble to communicate.
Good
Overall was good. Only thing we didnt like were beds other things were average foods, animation, service etc. I would strongly recommend for families whit children for them will be fun.
