Amazing holiday. Great rooms and views. Food was varied and so much choice of everything and Constantly being replenished. Plenty of bars, snack bars and little cafes inside and outside. Ice creams, barbecue ,pastries the list goes on. I had a freshly made omelette every morning and was lovely. All the staff work extremely hard and everywhere is kept clean. Always happy to help or assist. Their was seven of us and we left this lovely hotel last Friday. My only negative part was how some other visitors behaved towards staff from being demanding, rude 'selfish and Piling their plates so high that most went on the floor and no attempts to clean it up. The staff were constantly having to clean behind them. As I said their was no shortage of food ever. Loads of sunbeds, patio areas , large pool and smaller children's one. Entertainment, regular free shuttle bus to beach and return. Small shops in hotel selling clothes, shoes handbags and toiletries sweets floats etc and games area. Hairdressers and spa. Ordered taxi from reception and went to belek which had many shops , bars and restaurants. Land of legends very close by and visible from our room. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday.
Nice hotel good customer service dilyara was very nice and helpful good breakfast and room service

Positives: The rooms were nice, and cleaners were good and helpful. And air con was good which is a must for that heat!
The atmosphere was nice for families plenty to do for kids staff at the kids club are lovely, pools are nice and clean and there’s no huge rush for sunbeds just I would put a towel out before 9/9:30 if you want a okay sunbed location.
Food and drinks were nice with plenty of bars and places to eat, a decent selection of food with various dishes every night.
Negatives:
Flooring by the pool is LETHAL! Kids grippy socks/ sea shoes are a must!
Staff were sometimes not the friendliest especially when asking for cocktails they don’t seem to be too keen on making them.
Not a 5 star hotel I would say more of a 4 but it’s not too bad for the price
(I get this isn’t a hotel issues) taxis to and from the hotel are very expensive even though it’s not that far away to towns nearby you just can’t walk them due to the roads
Hotel shop Is very expensive
Spa staff are very pushy coming up to you every day! When you’ve said no 4 or 5 times
Hotel reps for the excursions are nice however will charge you through the nose ( tried to charge us a couple €100 for pirate boat trip, I booked online through the website instead for €36)
