Great family hotel woth lots of activities and lots of food and drink stations. Not to busy but visited just before peak season
Staff are great, food is excellent, very clean.
Fantastic family get away, weather exceptional, hotel facilities great stayed in nature family room, clean tidy catered for all needs. Cleaned daily and water restocked. Restaurants and additional bars cater for all. Staff very polite and friendly. Atmosphere brilliant and relaxing around rooms whilst lively and perfect holiday environment atain pools. Obviously quietest at over 16s pool. Beach on doorstep, plenty of sun loungers no waking up at silly times to get one. Only negative is constantly bombardment of onsite spa reps asking if you want a massage and mosquitos dawn n dusk otherwise brilliant holiday
Having traveled a fair amount and staying in other 5 star hotels unfortunately this hotel lacks a 5 star rating for a few reasons. First of all the food is extremely repetitive on a daily basis, when there are different food i.e sushi it’s gone so quick that if you’re not there early you will miss out! Travelling with a 3 year old was difficult as there was not much options other than, chips, nuggets, pizza and pasta! As for the speciality restaurant there’s no difference in the menu all 3 serve the exact same thing. The buffet restaurant setup is not ideal, by the time you have gone around the food inside and then the food outside your food is cold! The gym is usable however very outdated, 1 out of 3 running machines were working. The opening time needs reviewing, it’s opens at 8 however if you like to get in a gym session before breakfast it doesn’t allow time for this. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels given. We had a loud drilling noise that woke us up at 2.30am and 4am due to maintenance being carried out. I phoned and complained as we have a 3 year old to be told no maintenance was being carried out! My husband recorded the noise on his phone and when we went to reception the next day we showed them and they confirmed work was being carried out on a water pipe but no apology was given! If you walk into Belek city and try to get a yellow taxi back as soon as they see your wrist band they will refuse to take you back to the hotel, we were told it’s a bad hotel that was undercutting local taxi drivers and pocketing the difference. There is a taxi within the hotel that will charge €30 for return trip however the yellow taxi will charge €20 but unfortunately you can’t get them! There is a bus stop outside the hotel that comes every 30 mins but it’s not always reliable. Overall the pools are great and there are plenty to choose from however they could benefit from more rubber rings as there is always a que for them and some people don’t seem to understand the concept of a que! Plenty of sun loungers to choose from. The beach was great right next to the family pool. The only downside around the main pool is you constantly get asked for a massage even when you’ve said no multiple times. Bar staff were great plenty of nice spots to grab a cocktail. The lady’s serving drinks on roller skates is a nice touch. The resort itself is pretty, lots to walk around and see. Lots of water stations to grab a bottle of water. Definitely worth a visit to the coffee shop. Overall I would rate this a 4 star hotel not a 5 as there are a few too many things that need improvement.
food is pretty tasty and everything is fresh animation is amazing, hotel is pretty spacious, territory is green and service was welcoming especially i like volleyball and water games, and overall xperience was at point
