These are my opinions based on our stay in mid September 2026.

I'll start with the negative, but it will be brief! The accommodation and the way the issue we had was dealt with by reception staff and maintenance were really the only thing that let the hotel down. We stayed in a family room - not in the main hotel, over the road in the beach hotel section. The first room we had was fine but the aircon didn't work in one of the rooms. We reported to reception but it took several reports to reception/maintenance and a request to speak to the manager before we were told it couldn't be fixed and we had to move rooms - only across the corridor. The rooms were shabby, seemed to have water damage to floors and bathroom door, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the shower was temperamental. Not of a similar standard to other hotels with the same star rating. Air con issues did seem to be a issue across the hotel.

Positives Food/Bars I've read reviews complaining about the food, it is standard AI buffet, some food repeated everyday - but it was of the style that would cater to more fussy diets, chips, chicken, plainish pasta Some days I struggled due to too much choice, others I liked less but as the chef isn't catering to me personally that is to be expected. The food court which we used at lunch time had burgers, fries, salads, fish and chips, mexican, pizza and pide, pasta, kebabs and gozleme. The beach bar also had burgers, hot dogs and kebabs. The food was cooked fresh for each order and I expect this could cause long queues in peak season but we never had to queue for long. Theres also a coffee bar with a wide range of choices, and an icecream and haribo bar. The main bar - DBar - the staff were friendly and helpful - I want to give a special mention to Mehmet who was very friendly and always found time for a little chat. Sometimes there were queues but we had table service in other hotels and that didn't shorten the wait. The staff would attempt to remember your drinks from your previous round which was impressive, the barman in the pub was great too. Hidden away on the roof was the Marin bar, great cocktails and accommodating to put the footie on in the section round the corner. I didn't like the wines, and found the cocktails a little sweet, but again my personal taste.

Entertainment/Pools The evening entertainment was standard holiday fare, dancing shows, singers, bingo and karaoke. Daytime entertainment, the guys worked so hard: daily yoga, aquafit classes (with spin bikes and trampolines!) darts twice a day and daily waterpolo - although towards the end of the stay the darts and the waterpolo clashed which meant there wasn't enough people for the water polo which was a shame as it was very entertaining to watch - maybe the timetable could be tweaked to allow for participation in both activities. Special mention to Usain who was encouraging but not pushy to get people involved, he was great at including everyone, would stop for a chat, very friendly and polite. We had our 18 year old son with us, and Usain made sure he wasn't stuck with us oldies all the time! There was also an inflatables race one day which was hilarious, and a foam party with dancers that came in to get the energy level up. Oscar also loved to chat to the guests round the pool and was great with the darts and aqua fit. Fabulous choice of pools and so many sunbeds (beds available all day), lots of shade too. A pool over by the beach, with sectioned off toddler pool - as well as a private jetty for sea swimming. Main pool where all the daytime activities took place, another smaller, quieter pool with a jacuzzi end, 3 slides into a separate pool, a 'rain' paddling pool, kids pool with smaller slides, water mushrooms and finally a splash park open twice a day. A gym and a games room - pool, air hockey, Playstation, Xbox. Pool table in beach hotel and outdoor table tennis by the food court - all included in the price you have paid.

Communal areas all very clean - cleanest toilets by a pool I've ever encountered.

Other than the room and issues with getting that resolved, it was definitely a 5* hotel. My suggestions to the management would be to update the rooms and improve the aircon and also include a map - either in the corridor by the shop, in the room or when you get your key, if it wasn't for things I'd read on the facebook page we wouldn't have found the rooftop bar, we came across on the pool table in the beach hotel by accident too. Based on some reviews I wasn't sure about this holiday but it was great.

The hotel is amazing. Great service from all staff, especially Hussein from the wellbeing team who has looked after us all week and mehmet who went out of his way every day to personally serve our table and even came to our sunbeds to get drinks orders with a smile on his face... rooms are kept clean on a daily basis and soft drinks mini bar topped up daily. There is always something to eat at either the restaurant or the different food stands around the hotel including burgers, kebabs, fish and chips, jacket potatoes, sweets and ice cream for the kids aswell. The pool foam party was a great laugh and the entertainment on an evening gives something for everyone. There are local touristy shops just round the corner and excursions are reasonably priced aswell. I'm booking again for 2 weeks next year and cant wait to go back already. We had an issue with some other guests at the start of the holiday that was dealt with quickly and appropriately by hotel management aswell. And btw, the all inclusive alcoholic drinks are strong and always flowing.
