Our stay at the Cristal Flora Hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. Department Guest Services Department was so professional and helpful. I am very grateful to them for helping me find my missing earrings.
Bad
The experience was very weird, we booked 3 rooms and not a single one of them had pads. Every normal hotel has pads and tampons, it’s necessary but here weren’t any even though it’s a 5* hotel and not a cheap one. I hope it changes

I don’t know how to explain these emotions I had these week, cause you can’t find bad sides of these hotel the staff is so polite, rooms so clean, foods the best you can eat in ala carte without limit thank you Crystal hotels
