Surrounded by stunning scenery and intertwined with nature, this holiday village is located in Beldibi, between the city of Antalya and the resort of Kemer on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Public transport and taxis operate from the hotel entrance; Kemer is 15 km away. Antalya Airport is 43 km away. Covering 53,000 m2 of land bordering its own 900 m long pebble beach, the complex consists of bungalow-style blocks and features a variety of pools, an aqua park and a special garden with Bali-type massage units. The rooms feature air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV and music channel, wireless internet connection, mini bar, sprinkler system and fire detector. Bathrooms have a telephone, a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower and 220-volt electricity supply. We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Flora Beach Resort. Everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our holiday. A special thank you to Ilhanbey from the reception for his kindness and professionalism. He was very helpful and made our stay even more comfortable.
The food, service, staff, and atmosphere were all fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, and we would definitely recommend it.
There are only two things that could be improved: the air conditioning in the reception area should be fixed, as it gets quite warm, and it would be much better if the large stones on the beach were removed to make entering the sea more comfortable.
Other than these minor points, everything was perfect. Thank you for a great vacation!

Our stay at the Cristal Flora Hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. Department Guest Services Department was so professional and helpful. I am very grateful to them for helping me find my missing earrings.
Debut de degradation
This is the third time i come to this resort with my family the infrastructure is still good, i am still in this hotel for two nights but I noticed 3 negative points:
Low quality food; after 7PM all the good food in the buffet disappear and the staff will say to you it’s finished You will have sofa instead of beds Some people in the reception are arrogant

Bad
The experience was very weird, we booked 3 rooms and not a single one of them had pads. Every normal hotel has pads and tampons, it’s necessary but here weren’t any even though it’s a 5* hotel and not a cheap one. I hope it changes
