Good choice
I have been to Turkey with my wife and daughter several times. This time we also talked our friends into this destination and it was a bull's eye. It's a nice, quite intimate (for Turkish standards) hotel. Nearby there are many clothing and souvenir shops and a dolphin house that are worth visiting. Well-soundproofed rooms, delicious food, dedicated entertainers, and interesting performances. The greatest praise deserves Sabahaddin, the bartender from the lobby bar, who is a professional and at the same time a polyglot and a very open and nice person. If you decide to stay at this hotel, be sure to ask about him ;) In my opinion, the trip was worth the price. Best regards, Kamil
Wonderful Staff, but Some Areas Need Improvement
This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall we had a very nice experience.
I would especially like to thank Aysem, who cleaned our room. She made such a lovely welcome for us by decorating the room with beautiful roses. It was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.
I also want to thank the amazing staff who took care of us during mealtimes. Everyone was kind, friendly, and always smiling. Special thanks to Mehmet Nur Bozan, Yusuf, Remziye, Sait Chef, Indra, Yudi, Aysem, Eren, Sirac, and Metin for making our stay even more enjoyable.
There are, however, a few areas where I believe the hotel could improve.
The desserts at lunch were disappointing, and there was very little baklava available. The fruit selection could also be much better. We were surprised that there weren't even strawberries during our stay. The ice cream was another disappointment, as the quality did not meet the standard we expected from this hotel.
The biggest issue was the sea. We chose to pay extra for a beachfront hotel because we wanted to enjoy swimming every day. Unfortunately, for many days the sea was very dirty, so we couldn't swim comfortably. This was quite disappointing and affected our holiday.
Another point is the beach pavilions. They were almost always empty because they only had uncomfortable sofas. During our stay last year, the pavilions had comfortable beds, which made them much more inviting. It would be great if the hotel could bring those back.
Despite these points, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the amazing staff, whose kindness and professionalism made a real difference. We hope the hotel will consider these improvements, as we would love to return again.

Great experience at the hotel
It was my second time in this hotel (2nd time in the row). Generally, I could really recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a nice passive vacation at the beach. Great food selection (I was in multiple buffet-style hotels, this one is very solid), friendly staff, nice facilities, the pierce is quite convenient (no sand rubbing against your body). We are not big on entertainment, but there were constantly something going on. The rooms are quite spacious. Everywhere in the facilities was so clean.
However, one of big dissapointment this year was the sea cleanness. Last year there wasn't such problem. It was clear but there were multiple times clusters of trash floating around the pierce and we were not happy with that. There were more days when we faced this problem than not and that is very sad because our main goal of the trip was to enjoy the sea. We let the management know about the problem and we are not sure if realistically anything could be done about it, but after telling the management, we saw no difference. I also wished we had baklava present as dessert at lunch like last year, which was available this year only for dinner. Having some fruits at the cafe/pastisserie would be amazing too. Last year we really enjoyed the yoga classes at 8 in the morning, not to hot and overall that gives you such an energetic start of the day. This year it is at 10 am, which is really too hot for that.

The best hotel in Alanya!
We had a great stay at White City Resort. The animation team was amazing and always made sure there was something fun to do during the day and in the evening. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, so everyone could find something they liked. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The hotel was also very clean overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
