White City Resort

Myself and my partner visited for 11 nights, I will breakdown below the important bits travellers may want to know!

Rooms

Our room initially was not great purely because of the view. It overlooked building site, and quite frankly, did not have a sea view(despite booking a side sea view room) luckily we upgraded at a decent price to sea view when we arrived ( photo attached). No issues with the room, cleaners are amazing!

Food and drinks

There is so much selection here. The buffet food is great, however after night 7 you do become a little bit bored of the buffet food. Can’t fault the beach bar, it’s a QR code you scan, and order whatever you fancy. This was a game changer!

The Starbucks…. It’s open 2-5pm. It’s not an all day thing, quite gutted with this as love a morning Starbucks! However there is a pattiserie open near reception, the sandwiches are lovely!

Staff

The staff honestly make this hotel. Shoutout to Natha, who worked at the beach club. What a lovely young man who made sure you had everything you wanted, we made sure to tip the staff, as they work so bloody hard! I honestly can’t fault the staff, from the cleaners to the bar staff, they go above and beyond.

Pools

The main pool always has something going on. The adults only pool was where we mainly stayed, however some days the beds were reserved from 7am, it had a lovely chilled vibe and was nice and relaxed.

In terms of entertainment, From assault courses on the water, to bingo and dancers on a night time. The entertainment team are great, some you do have to pay extra for. I won at the bingo and the prizes were a laugh!

Location and excursions

We paid for a private transfer and pleased we did, took around 1.5 hours. Theres sooo many shops around, snd alayna centre is around 30 mins £30 in a taxi. ( also take £ over anything else)

We done two excursions with jet 2, the boat trip ( so good!!) and the jeep safari that visited the canyon. This was our favourite day of the holiday! The hotel is lovely, but after a while it can get a bit boring if you like to be out and about.

Overall a fab experience, the views are beyond amazing and customer experience is at the top of the hotels list!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE BEST HOLIDAY I HAVE EVER HAD! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I even begin with White City Resort Antalya? This hotel has completely stolen our hearts and I genuinely already cannot wait to come back! 💙🇹🇷

From the moment we arrived, everything has been exceptional. The entire hotel is absolutely immaculate — everywhere is spotless, beautifully maintained and has such a serene, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. It genuinely feels like paradise.

The rooms are exceptional! The beds are SO comfortable and when you close the curtains the room is completely pitch black, which makes for the best night’s sleep. The air conditioning is absolutely freezing — AMAZING when you come in from the Turkish heat! 😂❄️ The shower is powerful and perfect, there are plenty of toiletries and essentials provided, the room is cleaned every single day and the mini fridge is restocked daily. They even provide free towels. The rooms also have doorbells and “Do Not Disturb” switches, which is such a brilliant little touch.

The food is FANTASTIC. There is so much choice that there genuinely is something for everyone, and the desserts and sweet treats are incredible. 🍰🍨 The ice cream is absolutely delicious too!

The drinks are brilliant — the cocktails are BEAUTIFUL and they certainly don’t hold back on the alcohol! 😂🍹 The Starbucks being included in the all-inclusive is another massive bonus and we absolutely love it.

The entertainment has been fantastic. There are always lots of activities to get involved in, but what I particularly love is that the hotel can still feel peaceful and relaxing. The music is fantastic without being ridiculously loud or blaring all day. They often have live piano, violin and guitar players filling the lobby with the most beautiful music, which creates such a gorgeous atmosphere. 🎹🎻🎸

There are always lifeguards on duty around the pool, which is really reassuring, and everything feels incredibly well organised.

Even the hotel shop is so reasonably priced! Handbags for around €10, tops for €6, hats for €6 and Red Bull for around €1.50. There are also loads of cheap shops immediately outside the hotel, so you’re in a great location if you fancy a wander and some shopping.

But the thing that truly takes White City Resort to another level is THE STAFF. 💙

Every single member of staff we have encountered has been exceptional. They are attentive, friendly, hardworking and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the lovely barman in the lobby bar, who has looked after us so well and makes the most beautiful drinks. 🍹

And then there is KAAN. 💙💙💙

Honestly, I don’t think I could ever put into words just how much we adore Kaan. He is such a beautiful person inside and out. He is respectful, kind, attentive, hardworking and genuinely one of the loveliest people we have ever met. Nothing is EVER too much trouble for him.

Kaan absolutely melts my heart. ❤️ He has made such an impression on us that just seeing him every day has become part of what makes this holiday so special. He doesn’t just feel like a member of staff anymore — HE IS FAMILY. 💙

I cannot praise him enough. He is an absolute credit to White City Resort and they are incredibly lucky to have somebody who represents their hotel with so much kindness, warmth and professionalism. Just Kaan alone makes me want to book another holiday here! 😂💙

Kaan, THANK YOU. Thank you for your kindness, your hard work and for looking after us so incredibly well. We appreciate you more than words can say and we will never forget you. 💙

This genuinely has been the BEST holiday I have ever had. The beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, fantastic food, gorgeous cocktails, entertainment, atmosphere and facilities are all incredible — but the staff are what turn an amazing hotel into an unforgettable experience.

White City Resort, you have absolutely won us over. ❤️🇹🇷

I already cannot wait to come back!

Such an amazing hotel! Everything is beautiful and clean, the food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We had such a great time here and would definitely come back! Special thank you for Kaan, was very very helpful and nice .
