Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel

​On the first day, we didn't even have towels in the bathroom. It took reporting it three times before they finally bothered to fix the problem. ​The sun loungers at the pool and on the beach were constantly taken, even as early as 9 AM. We didn't get a single chance to properly relax all week because we constantly had to keep an eye out for an available spot. ​Most of the food was bland and often not fresh enough. The staff frequently seemed indifferent, as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. ​This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard in any respect. The view is nice, but that's about it.

(-) Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. The staff were generally very rude, especially in the lobby bar. The only people who were friendly and professional were two women working there - an older, short woman and a young, tall woman with her hair up. However, there was another employee, whose name was something like Erefeh, whose attitude was very unpleasant. She acted aggressively and seemed to almost want to attack guests when they asked for a drink. Throughout our stay, the cups, plates and cutlery were often dirty at meal times, which felt very unhygienic. I tried to upload photos that I took with my mobile phone to show this, but unfortunately Tripadvisor did not accept the photos. There was a shortage of beach towels every day. Despite paying a deposit to borrow pool towels, we did not receive a single towel during our six-day stay. The pools were also dirty and did not seem to be maintained properly. During our last few days, 3 out of 5 people in our group got sick with diarrhea. We can't say what the cause was, but it unfortunately contributed to a very negative end to our stay.

(+) The only thing that really deserves praise is the hotel's housekeeping. The staff there were very friendly, cleaned the room thoroughly every day and made nice decorations. We stayed on the 4th floor and really appreciated their work.
