Best of the best.
This is our second trip to this hotel and it has once again met all expectations. Gaffer, Victor, Dean and every other member of staff are exceptional and a credit to the company. We will always recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. We will see you all next year, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
5 star stay at numa bay!!!!
This is our 7th time here and the hotel has had a massive refurbishment large snack area with lots of selection chicken kebabs salads potatoes chocolate waffles also a pool bar Ali Mehmet on the skates great workers the entertainment team work very hard to entertain guest reception staff are friendly mufasha recognised us straightaway now on to GUESTS RELATIONS!..DEAN ANITA RENATA DIANA AND MANAGERS PELIN these guys are the heart of the hotel and are there to help all restaurants staff work hard.and are helpful thank you to the fmb team

The best men here is Dean from Jamaica, we loved him with all family, he’s very helpful ale nice to everyone. Also i need to tell about my friend Bambi-Donya, the animator with a heart full of love and energy. best people ever.
Family vacation
The transfer was terrible; it was supposed to be direct to the hotel. Not only was there a stop at a shop, but we also stopped at four other hotels along the way. On the return trip, we left incredibly early—six hours before the flight, according to the travel agency—supposedly to ensure we made the plane, yet we made another 20-minute stop at that same shop. At the airport, we had to wait for check-in to open, and the process took so long that by the time it was our turn, we reached the plane just as the final boarding call was being made.
We had to change rooms due to noisy air conditioning; the rooms on the upper floors are more modern. Housekeeping was inadequate: the floors weren't mopped, the balcony was ignored, and the water bottles that were supposed to be replenished daily were missing. The pillows on the bed were left exactly as we had left them, and the blanket was merely folded haphazardly.
The beach was great—a gradual entry into the sea (with occasional stones), making it perfect for children.
The bars and restaurants were excellent, with plenty of options available all day, and the staff were very pleasant.
The entertainment program was extensive.
It didn't bother us much, but finishing construction work is still underway on a new building; three-quarters of it is occupied, while the rest is being completed.
Overall, the experience was excellent.
Fabulous all round
The atmosphere was electric throughout. There was never a dull moment. Rooms were immaculate. The whole experience proved to be great value for money. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. There were no glitches at all. Amenities were top notch. Staff were excellent in every way. Special mention goes to Dean from guest relations for a fantastic job throughout our stay. He went over and above the call of duty with his professionalism and courtesy. Lauren was there for us from the moment we checked in up to when we checked out. She signposted us and gave us valuable advice throughout. I highly commend the duo for all they did for us as a family. They are a credit to you.
