Sentido Numa Bay Hotel is located 105 km to Antalya Airport, 65 km to Alanya - Gazipaşa Airport, 22 km to Alanya and 2 km from Avsallar. Our hotel is near the sea, our beach is within an ancient port dating from 200 BC. Our facility has 242 standard rooms,10 swimup rooms,10 Superior (Exclusive) rooms, 3 handicapped rooms, 20 family room , a total of 285 rooms. In our rooms everything has been considered for the comfort and convenience of you and your family and prepared with modern design. All rooms are equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, air conditioning, free safe, TV / satellite music channels, free wireless internet, balcony. Our hotel has 1 main Restaurant , 3 A'la Carte Restaurant and 1 Snack Restaurant , Pool Bar, Lobby Bar/Blue Bar ,Beach Bar and Disco Bar are available to our guests. You will enjoy a pleasant time during your holiday with activities in our facility. 1 outdoor swimming pool, 1 indoor pool, 1 Aquapark pool , 1 Relax (+16) pool ,1 pool with beach concept (sweet water) ,Kids pool ,TV room, shopping center, professional fitness center, water aerobics during the day, rent a car, internet stations. Live music 7 nights a week and 2 evening themed dance shows. Wonderful Stay at Numa Bay Exclusive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dates of stay: October 5 – 9 Concept: All Inclusive I stayed at Numa Bay Exclusive in early October and was absolutely delighted with my experience! This is definitely a place I would love to return to. What I loved the most: Staff & Service: Exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive staff everywhere — from the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff. Amenities (All Inclusive): It was great to see so many facilities included for free under the All Inclusive concept, including a great SPA area, a kids' zone, playgrounds, and an aquapark. Beach & Sea: The beach setup is extremely well thought out for everyone! There is a cozy, sheltered bay with a shallow entrance perfect for children, as well as a pier for adults who prefer direct access to deeper water. Both areas are equipped with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to relax in the sun or rest after a swim. Food & Drinks: Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were varied and delicious. If you get hungry between main meals, there is a great snack area. There’s also a convenient beach bar nearby where you can grab any drink to take down to the water. Evening Entertainment: Every evening features various thematic events and a diverse cultural program. I especially enjoyed visiting the bar after dinner to unwind with live piano music — the atmosphere was simply wonderful! A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for an incredible vacation! I will gladly come back here again! ❤️
Great Holiday
We had a great holiday. The hotel is very beautiful and spacious, with plenty to do for guests of all ages. There is a huge variety of activities and entertainment.
Zumba with Brown was a lot of fun, and playing darts with Martin was also really enjoyable. There was always something to do, and Gaston was also very friendly and welcoming.
The bars were great, and we had many delicious drinks. The staff at the pool bar were very friendly as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting the bar manager, Batuhan A., who was very nice.
Towards the end of our stay, we also met Annabel. We had not been informed that there was a Swedish-speaking member of staff at the hotel, so meeting her was a wonderful surprise. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She showed us around and gave us lots of useful information. Without her, we would have missed places such as Bake & Brew and lunch at Alibaba. She checked in on us every day and made sure we were having a great holiday. Without her, this trip truly would not have been the same. ❤️
However, one member of the management team behaved in a way that we experienced as very unprofessional and overstepping personal boundaries, which made our stay feel uncomfortable.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our stay at Numa Bay was far below our expectations, especially considering that we booked the Ultra All Inclusive package.
🏖️ The beach was a big disappointment. The water was extremely shallow for a long distance, making it difficult for adults to swim properly.
🍽️ The food was also disappointing. Despite booking Ultra All Inclusive, there were very limited food options in the evening. For children, the choices were especially poor — mainly fries and nuggets.
🧹 Cleanliness was not at the expected standard. Our bathroom often had an unpleasant smell, which was very uncomfortable.
🍸 We were also told that there would be a bar open throughout the night for adults, but this was not the case.
Overall, we are very disappointed with our experience. The hotel did not meet our expectations, and we do not feel that the services matched what we expected from an Ultra All Inclusive resort.
We travelled with children and expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed and would not choose this hotel again.
Return Visit to Numa Bay
3rd visit here and by far the best! Food always great but the snack bar - exceptional so much choice. New water slides and entertainment add so much as does the piano bar. Staff as always couldn’t do enough especially Victor at guest services.
